Damm this one has gone and walked the plank. It's gone yet again. I am going to rethink it's home and change coordinates Watch this space
I did a maintenance check today and apologies to all, the big branch the hide was in has been broken off. I found the container on ground near lots of rubble. I've temporary disabled this hide.
Had a quick look for this one whilst I was doing the Adventure Lab series in the Cemetery, but like the last log suggests, there was no cache to find in the obvious hiding spot and then nothing else close by that would easily hide a cache . Could probably do with an owner check when they next go past the area. Thanks anyway 64PirateLady.
Two of us looked but couldn't see where the cache even could be. So many trees to check. Terrain 2 had me wondering if we needed to climb a tree.
Getting the adventure lab and this trad whilst at the cemetery. Nice and easy find. TFTC, found with Torz!
Apologies for the late log here (08.01.24) but I've had a busy time since getting back to the UK.Now. This is a bit of an odd one. I did the local ALs and recall DNFing the bonus, and while nothing's marked on my phone, I'm *fairly* sure I looked for this one and I'm *fairly* sure I found it while in the area. Soooo I'm logging it on that basis. If there's not an SP in the log, please let me know by Messenger and I'd amend this to a note. Thanks TNLN-TFTC!SP (UK) on an epic trek right around the world.
I am in the cemetery doing the a l and thought I would start to find this considering it's just been reactivated I want to say thank you to the CO taking such care and keeping it going
I am currently on a road trip from Victoria enjoying Queensland.
I am having a ball travelling round
I am driving around getting new local government areas to fill my map and make it worth while in a geocaching way
I want to say thanks to the CO for the placement of the hide

Ok New container again. This is the 4th one. If it grows legs this time I'm done with it
It is tethered this time. The owl has nothing to do with it. Maybe the muggles did a swap. Left a few geocaching stickers.

A bit of maintenance today to this cache. Added some geo-stickers and a new container. Same spot. Hope this one doesn't grow legs and run away. Good luck.
A bit of time to kill today after a lucky early mark from work. Thinking I would grab a couple of caches in the local area before heading home, I headed to an old favourite hang out from when I used to live down the road ( a couple of decades ago haha!). This is a lovely place to wander through and take in the history.
I completed the adventure lab while I was here and spent far too long trying to locate this particular cache. I definitely broadened my search area quite widely and looked at many a past log....but alas, came up empty sadly.

Headed north for a few adventure labs, picking up a few caches that I passed.

We are hitting up some Cabo caches, on the inspiration of Shazzar66. Shazzar66 found this one whilst we were doing the AdLab here. It was a quick and easy find by Shazzar66 at GZ, but hope the bloke waiting at the lights across from us isn’t paying too much attention. TFTC
Events have a habit of turning into a day of geocaching. So this is one of the day's catches.
Interesting to be in a cemetery and not do a Multi based upon gravestones!!

A nice cache that we collected when completing the nearby AdLab. Everything was good with the cache, besides a couple of mozzies hanging about. Thanks for the hide!
After attending the Celebration Event and whilst in the area doing an Adventure Lab, we stopped by here to look for this cache.
Thanks 64PirateLady for the neat hide, found quickly by hatzofff.

Found many places couldn't pf been seems as if someone may have removed it though bc there are cut ties
Stopped to grab this one during the adventure labs. Nice quick find and cache in good condition. TFTC
Nice easy find. These places are always peaceful and nice to sit for a while. Except of course, for the hellish noise of the traffic going passed. Thanks 64PirateLady.
64PirateLady I found your cache Dead Centre of Town on 31/8/2022, 2:35 pm. This is my find 4055 and find # 16 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Found with The X-Trailers heading to the Gold Coast. Cache all pk. Just love exoring a cemetery. TFTC
Interesting snippets of history evident in these old tombstones. Cache easy enough to find.
While doing the lab close by we saw this one on the map as well.
The muggle sister actually found this one while we are showing her the ropes of this hobby.
Cache signed and replaced how we found it.
Thanks for the hide 64PirateLady

Found this one quicker than the answer to the nearby Ad Lab waypoint!
Time to move on to the Caboolture area where we have solved puzzles and there are a number of Adventure Labs and plenty of trads to find.
The weather is improving further although there seems to be plenty more muggles about.
A good variety of hides and some interesting places to visit.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache 64PirateLady.

Today we are aiming to spend the day caching in the general area of north Brisbane basically concentrating on Labs, virtual's & earth caches because of the amount of muggles there are and of course anything else that is possible along the way.
We were here doing the nearby adventure lab and spotted this one so we headed off to try our luck here.
Two school kids on pushbikes decided to pull up not far from gz for a smoke so we just wandered around until they left and then headed off to gz where the cache was located quite quickly and the log book now contains our name.
Many thanks 64Pirate Lady for the cache.

Election Day Saturday as there is a lot of rain, we decided to mainly do AL.
Before mid day the rain became too consistant & we called it a day. We did manage to take a good drive around the coastal area.
Hubby looked for this cache, while I hunted around the cemetry collecting the information for the AL.
Thankyou 64PirateLady for placing this cache.

Today, the plan was Xixau & Shenzi's Glass House Safari event, which commenced from Caboolture and finished in Toorbul, and it was an enjoyable drive around the Glass House mountains through the forestry areas, plantations, and farms. Following the event, the Toorbul peninsula was further explored, before making a loop back to Caboolture.
Following the collection of my vehicle from Caboolture, I had a short duration of time to complete some solo geocaching, so took a drive and stop past this geocache. The coordinates initially led me to a post at the intersection, and I soon found a wire loop at the top, that I thought may have been hiding the cache. As it turned out, the real cache was about 7 m away, and helpful logs hinting at a convenient seat nearby soon had me on the right track. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and indeed, the bench seat was handy. Thanks 64PirateLady for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Joined a great group of cachers for a very enjoyable morning of cycling & caching along the rail trail & around Caboolture. ruzzelz Rides S3 - Cache the Caboolture Wamuran Rail Trail
The Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail showcases the history of the Caboolture to Kilcoy railway corridor, which has been closed since 1964, and provide a shared pathway from Caboolture to Wamuran.
A great roll out of people on a range of bike types including one or two that really could do with a bit of lube on the drive train. An early start meant the weather was cool and we avoided the rain showers until the end of the ride.
Coffee and cakes during a bike ride is a mandatory obligations and there were no objections when the local bakery in Wamuran was suggested as the first non geocache stop. A few hardy types even rose to the occasion and took a second caffeine hit on the return to Caboolture.
Thanks to the CO’s for placing caches and a big thanks to all the will riders who turned up for ruzzelz Rides S3.
PS - Production of ruzzelz Rides Season 4 has been delayed due to the 2022 Flood even. Once things dry out the next episodes will be screened.

No find today, and I felt that perhaps my father is entombed in one of these walls. Not sure. But good seat to ponder.
Parked in Aldi while Muggle Jane did some shopping, stinking hot day. Luckily quick find, just where I would have hidden a cache in that area. Tftc. Second cache for 2/2/22.
Out and about with Alycem89 to grab a few caches in the area while enjoying the beautiful weather we’re having.
We’ve driven past this cache several times now and every time we do we keep saying we need to grab this cache and today was the day to do just that.
We parked the car at Aldi and cautiously crossed the road. We made it to GZ and quickly spotted the likely hiding spot and sure enough after a quick search the cache was in hand.
Great spot! I’d love to come here again to have a look around, but Alycem89 doesn’t like cemeteries.

After the Caboolture markets, I wanted to finish off an AL at Centenary lakes but there was some sort of event on so we skirted around the park and ended up here at the cemetery. Great! There's a cache here too that we had a DNF on 3yrs ago so now was the time to redeem. We wandered across finding some interesting headstones from more than a hundred years ago on the way. Soon at gz, I was rustling in some bushes and J found the cache quickly somewhere else. Yay!!

We've lived nearby for a while now and have never visited the cemetery until today. It's a lovely spot, and we were surprised at how old some of the graves are. Nice cache, easy to find with a minute or two to look. We signed the log and replaced as we found it. TFTC!

Out today to grab a few target caches in the area with certain attributes, this was one of those. I parked at gz and saw the cache from a distance and with no one around today making the grab was very easy.
With log signed and cache replaced as found I was back and onto the next one for the day. Thanks for placing this one here.

Parked at a distance to get some incidental exercise, plus I like looking at the headstones and thinking about the lives if those who have died. What were their dreams, were they cut short, did they live their life to the full?
Makes you think about your own life choices too which is why I'm spending the last days of my holiday caching and moving a bit slower through the countryside

It has been several years since my last visit to this older section of Caboolture Cemetery. We had to scout about a bit before locating the cache and sign the log.
We invested some time visited the graves of family members who are buried in this section.
Thanks for providing the opportunity to call in.

Quickest grab ever! Parked and bought a cold beverage at the Aldi and cut across for the park bench in the shade after using the crossing. Hubby spotted the camo and grabbed it from its spot as we neared the park bench. Quick and easy!
This one has been taunting me for a long time....
I shop regularly at the ALDI across the road, and have wandered across many times to not be able to see it due to a) mozzies or b) muggles or c) spiders, or d) leaf litter
OR most commonly multiple items on this list.....
Finally able to cross it off...
