We had a great day today, driving out to Mudgee via Coolah and Gulgong, managing 37 finds including 7 trigs in perfect weather, if a little hot at times.
Our Oliver has been pretty keen to find this one since he knew about, and was pretty stoked today.... TFTC!

Found by Mary and David at 12:10. After a visit to the local bakery, we sat here for lunch. Magnificent poplars wearing their autumn coats. The sun is shining and the sky is beautiful. Dropped off "mr. pyrofrogg's Racing Lego" trackable. Our thanks to smee1961.
TFTC Quick easy find today, thanks
Grateful thanks to CO for placing and maintaining the caches to entertain me on my journey.

While staying Tamworth for a few days, I ran out of caches to find
So, I grabbed my geodog Scruffy and decided to find a few caches further afield.
And this was one of them ...

Many thanks for putting these caches out and maintaining them all the caches that we did today where in great shape, we were heading home with a drive from Dubbo to Maitland from seeing the Family, and heard this detore had a few caches for us, we also heard that there was a good Pie shop in Coolah "Coolah Bakery" just on the right as you get into town, well it was one of the best pies around for geocaching the one that you can drive with it in one hand and not slop it down your arm Oh and they taste great as well highly recommended, really love the area and the fact most containers where different yes a few minties but you need them but all in all we had a great 2 hours of caching from Coolah to 30 kms north or so to king and I , and what's more the geowife was happy as well win win , so we have done the approach from Dubbo and north of the town we will be back to finish the rest off in the near future another family trip thanks again, I will stamp pad this log
Found on the way to Queensland with aqau, doing the mystery in the museum.
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
Made a detour on the way home from dubbo. i have slowly been getting a few caches every trip, but now i have to detour further every time to discover more amazing places. This seemed the trickiest to get as there was a muggle slashing the grass very near to gz, but didn't take too long to sign and return. Thanks for bringing me here.
Tonight we have set our van up at the free camp at the golf course for the night. Once set up we head out to find the caches in the area. We really enjoyed caching in this sleepy little town. Afterwards we went back to our van and got changed before going to the country club for a nice feed and to put a few bucks through the pokies.

Nice easy find on a spectacular day. Dropped a marble and a trackable however there was no trackable there as was stated.
We remember the movie Oliver. We should, we would have watched it dozens of times when our kids were young. And if I'd been as sharp as Fagan I'd have known what the date was today. Took a stab at 7th......... wrong. Found on 6th, signed 7th. TFTC smee1961.
Caching around Coolah with my Geowife. Good to see so many great caches.
The recent rainstorm has played havoc with a lot of caches unfortunately.
This one is where we came unstuck. My alternator packed it in so after locating the cache, which was in good condition, it was an NRMA job to transport us home to Tamworth. We will return to finish off the series. TFTCs.

Travelling from Gulgong to Armidale and collecting a few caches along the way. Thanks so much to all the COs for your time and effort in making and placing these caches as well as making this drive a lot more interesting. Happy caching!
log was a bit of a mess..we left remains in there and supplied new log and baggie..thanks for all your efforts..we enjoyed our time caching in Coolah..on to Gulgong
Not sure if this should have been where we found it so tucked it back into a traditional position. Thanks for the cache.
After spending the night in Gulgong, it was time to continue my journey north. This cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
Another find after having set up camp at Coolah Tops and survived the cold nights.
Decided to break up the drive back from Dubbo to Newcastle with a few more caches.
This was a quick find after pulling over into a slightly dodgy spot. Just as well I wasn’t there long. TNLN TFTC

After leaving Dubbo we headed to Coolah for an over night stay & to locate the many caches in the area. Placing all the caches in town must be a boost for the local area.

Gave Oliver a miss as damp underfoot having rained on and off today. Hate to have the UAV slip down the embankment. Nxt time.
A quick and easy find, though the log was damp. Good to see so much rain has been falling in these parts...
A quick find before heading up to Coolah Tops for a couple of nights. TFTC

Passing through this nice town and just had time to pick up a few caches including this one. Again thanks to smee1961.
Visiting friends in Coolah - didn't know about caching when I lived here so making up for time now. TFTC
Parked at an alarming angle on the wrong side of the road. Stepped over the Armco just as the traffic arrived. Thinking that this was all a bad omen, I was glad when the cache was spotted. Thanks for placing the cache.
Almost drove right past and dived for the side of the road before considering where we should be. A short walk and spotted the cache. Thanks for making the effort to place the cache.
Found it - Merry Christmas - thanks for caches in Coolah - will have to visit again to complete -thanks
A quick find today. Contents of cache were damp but log signable. Seemed odd that cache was on the ground as it has magnets for attaching to something, not too sure where so we left it where we found it. Thanks smee1961
This cache was found out in the open a bit away from its intended position. On opening the cache the log was found to be wet, but could still be signed. When the legals had been done the cache was put back where it should have been hiding. Thank you smee1961 for placing this cache where it can be easily found.
