A short walk from the carpark to come and find this snake-in-the-grass. Great coordinates led us directly to the cache. T4tC Hoods418,Civvnr&MissTreadlightly....(UK) Geocaching.com finds so far 11484

I liked that you hid it inside the tree .
It was a little bit spiky because the tree had a lot of broken branches.

Nice quick find in a pretty part of Auckland I’d not been to before. Out with geodog and geo husband. Nice and dry despite the rain. TFTC.
So many trees have gone since I was last here! Such a shame!
Cache was a quick find, and thankfully ground was dryish, so I didn’t get to muddy. TFTC!

We are staying close by and needed to stretch our legs. This park is such an asset. Accessing gz was slightly boggy after so much rain but all ok. Thanks for the placement Hoods418
Enjoying the walk out here and grabbing the caches in this park.
Turns out this is not the third fallen, but that’s what happens with time!
Found the cache in good condition, no worries here!
Thanks!

A quick find here first thing before starting on a longer walk for the day. Tftc
There was a birthday in the family today and the consensus was that we would pop out for lunch and do a bit of celebratory caching. While we were having lunch a plan was hatched to have a go at the caches in Churchill Park, somewhere none of us had been before. That is the good thing about caching, you are introduced to places you never would normally go to or places you never thought were there.
After our first cache in Churchill Park was a successful one, we headed to this one. This took us a bit longer to find than our previous one. Firstly we searched one set of the fallen but had no luck, Looked at the GPS on the phone again, and it didn't have us at GZ. So moved to have a look at another of the fallen, no luck there either. Now the GPS was pointing us back to where we were before. Argh. Another more thorough search, and still nothing. Arrghhhh. Then LordCacher08 decided to check another place, and hey presto, found it immediately. The log was signed and the cache replaced.

Last cache for today. Tramyard had found it already so he left me to it... my phone GPS was bouncing around a bit but it didn't take too long to spot the snake. All fine and dry here. Thanks!
Easy find, got a little confused at the start as I was looking at the wrong … My first cache and was a positive experience. Thank you
