Greetings from UK. Saw lake and statues, so stopped and found this cache! TFTC
Visiting WA from Vic. Had a great weekend at WAGB and now heading NE seeing the sights and ticking off LGA's.Left Kulin the morning and ticking LGA's as we go. Glad we stopped here or we would have missed the artwork.TFTC SL TB's visited
Walked over to look at the sculptures first. Nice to see them here, then back for this cache on my way past. Not leaving without it, it's the only LGA cache for this one!Today was Narrogin to Kondinin. A full morning spent exploring Narrogin through the many ALs and caches in the area. A great little town and great caching highlighting its history and sites with a variety of cache types. A few night caches, lots of fishing ones and a pretty area of lush green fields and yellow canola in the sunshine. Similar scenery along the drive, as we pass through the towns in the area stopping as we pass to cache and explore. Honourable mention to Kondinin for their Tuesday $15 steak night, lucky to pull into town on this one! Thanks for your cache.
Quick find on the way back home from being h in Kondinin for the day.Signed log which is now full and will require replacementTNLN tftc
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 28 - Kulin to Bruce Rock via Kondinin and Narembeen. It seemed like a short day, but some things never go to plan. It all started out with the series not far from Kulin at the Gnarma Schools site and surrounding reserve area. Some of those caches were very difficult to locate. Next was on to Kondinin for a morning snack and two detours for the two caches I was able to target in the county. Narembeen was next, but after a long and difficult visit to the cemetery. Again, this county has hardly any caches along the roads I chose to travel, so every one counted. The last leg into Bruce Rock was smooth and I spent some of the afternoon doing a lap of town and the surrounds for the nearby caches. Dinner in the van tonight. For my second detour, I visited this location with the interesting artwork with the lake in the background. A great improvement to the barren landscape. Thanks for the cache Gazmanofaus46990.14 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2014 Flash Mob XI A#311**Albida**
Were on a two week holiday in WA from QLD. Currently on our way to Wave Rock. Nice quick little stop here. Cache was located easily. TFTC, from Brisbane. #1489

We stopped to check out the sculptures and then i saw the cache so made a nice quick find as the flys are getting annoying. Thanks for placing this cache here
I've been meaning to check out the artworks here for years but it took your geocache to make me do it! Cheers
Heading back towards Perth crossing off more LGAs as I go. The weather was atrocious today, I only stayed dry at the first find of the day. I spent the rest of the day shivering.
Not having the benefit of a phone here and only the car GPS to guide me I correctly guessed where the cache would be. Almost fell on my ar$e the ground was so slippery underfoot in the rain. I hunched over the log to sign in the rain keeping it as dry as possible. TFTC

Brad and Janet are on another epic journey. This time it involves many of Len Beadell’s 6500km of roads including the Anne Beadell, the Connie Sur, the Heather, the Neale, the Gun Barrel Highway, the Gary, the Talawana Track, the Gary Junction Rd and more.
And of course a 2 day visit to Maralinga which Len also located, surveyed and largely built as he had with Woomera and Emu. An amazing man.
If you don’t know of him he wrote some wonderful books. Laconic with a dry sense of wit, they are an excellent read. They are also available as audiobooks as is a recording of his brilliant after dinner talk one evening in Shepparton. Worth a listen.
And now the Moon Tours trip is over we are heading back to Adelaide via whichever way takes our fancy after a few days rest and repair in Karratha. Almost certainly down the WA Coast before heading to Hyden and the land of the Salmon Gums.

I have heard about these figures and finally managed to find them and the cache. TFTC
The fifth and final day of our Easter holiday break for TaurusSix and myself. We have had a wonderful time exploring the south east regional interior areas of WA, so much to see and of course much geocaching to be done. We have revised our plans for the day, today , once again around geocaching. Given there is a FTF cache to be had in the Kulin area we are going to head back in that direction and try our luck first thing heading from the Lake Grace area. And anyway there are still lots more caches in that area for us to obtain, so we are happy to head in that direction. Then at some point we will start meandering back to Bunbury again via many roads less travelled.
This is our twenty fourth cache find of the day. We have diverted back this way to get a cache in the Kondinin shire as we are now trying to collect our most LGA’s in a day as we make our way back to Bunbury. Interesting art works here. TFTC

After a great weekend in Kulin for IGD21 it's time to make the trek back to Perth. We took the scenic route via Narembeen, Bruce Rock and Quairading and picked up a variety of cache. We finished the night with pizza in Kenwick. Thanks to everyone who made this weekend so much fun!
Quick find with L1.77 and 777Tiger on the scenic way back to Perth. Thanks for the hide.
TFTC. on way home from IGD 21. Really enjoyed seeing part of the wheatbelt and will definitely be back. Lovely spot for a rest
Out and about for day 3 of the Kulin event weekend, before heading back to Perth. Thank you to all the COs for their efforts!
Detoured here from Kondinin, while travelling from Kulin to Narembeen. Quick find here. Added some photos from the stop. Cheers Gazmanofaus!

Nice find here with Deefa71and Orrsome Family on the IGD weekend in Kulin. Fave point for the interesting location. Tftc
Thank you! Day 4 of my 4 day Wheatbelt road trip. Thanks for bringing me here to this interesting location.
Enjoying a lovely weekend camping in Kulin. Today was the main IGD21 event and my intention after attending the CITO was to work my way along the Tin Horse Highway and pick up all the solved jigsaw puzzles. The only problem was so did everyone else attending IDG as well Given there was a long convo of cars on the THH I opted instead to head off and pick up a few others caches on my radar a little further afield - leaving the THH until later in the afternoon Took a long looping drive out and back to Kulin... and this was one that I stopped off at. Loved the location - not somewhere I would likely have found without geocaching - have a fave point for bringing me here Took a few photos then headed back to GZ to make a nice easy find - TFTC
We have travelled from Portland Victoria across to WA to see our daughter.
We are the victims of what we have now learned was unleaded petrol being added to the diesel tanks at Eucla. Many vehicles broke down across the Nullabor and we were one of the early ones.
As a result our car has been towed to Perth (from Cocklebiddy via Norseman and then Kalgoorlie)
She has now FIFO'd out again so we were able to borrow her car and head out to explore the wheatbelt. Day one and we headed to Kulin to tackle the Tin Horse Highway.
Day 2 of our trip and we leave Kulin to head to Hyden. After visiting Wave Rock we headed to Corrigan for the night and spotted the figures along the way
Thanks for showing us this part of the world Gazmanofaus

Day 4 of my Wheatbelt trip, taking me to some great places gathering smileys along the way. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining these caches. Sent an email to CO to replace cache ( hint belly height) - pls delete if not wanted. Happy to meet some new players willowyamanda
pug002 dnf it 8/4/21. Said to Geo hubby always one we can't find, to spoil our trail, but hey as the last two dnf's think CO needs to check please. Thanks anyway it was lovely to see the sight Thanks Gazmanofaus
Wandering out yonder around the wheatbelt for a few days. We found some amazing places that we might never have visited, and a number of beautiful friendly little towns along the way. The fields are greening up, the weather was perfect, and we had a great few days meandering our way around a number of shires collecting caches along the way. Amazing spot right in the middle of nowhere, and the sculptures are amazing too. We looked in all the obvious and not so obvious places, but no luck for us today.
On a weeks holiday driving around our beautiful state of WA, visiting places we've been to before but being able to spend more time this time around.
Stayed at Harrismith last night and only the short drive to Kulin for tonight except Nuvi decided to take us along another route
Checked into the Kulin Caravan Park, had lunch then off to Kondinin to get this and climb Yeerakine Rock.
With short legs I had to go under the pipeline if I wanted to get to GZ. Mr dimor found the cache while I was still getting there. After signing duties were done we went and gently checked out the figures, a bit of soft sand around.
Good to see the farmers can have some enjoyment too.

Had to head to Kulin and beyond so doing a few little detours grabbing caches as I go. Nice stick figures. TFTC
The race was on to find this one first lucky beau was quick today and made for a quick find, awesome sculptures here too! TFTC
This place was fantastic to see the maxing stock figures! Thank you for bringing us to this location. I have placed the log in a bag as the lid is cracked.
Interesting figures. The titles have almost rusted away, but they can still be made out. Thanks for the hide
Found it TFTC Gasmanofaus. Quick find here today. Interesting location but the closer I got to the stickmen the mud was deeper. If it’s wet look from a distance.
