A nice quick find here today. We did t know there was access tracks for the crown land here. We might need to come back and some point and do some exploring. Thanks for the cache!
A easy find while passing by on our way south. This was a nice quiet area to travel through. The drive along this road was a nice alternative to the highway.TFTC

The weather was not kind to us yesterday, and saw us unable to get out and do much other than a trip to the movies and time spent in Grafton.
Today we ventured out with an open mind as to how the caching would go after all the rain but we ended up having a reasonable successful day on a couple of loops north towards Maclean. The ground at most GZs wasn't too bad much to our surprise. We had a number of DNFs and a few areas where we barely looked because obvious of obvious damage from recent floods.
Another good day!
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Baby Birt.

On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird. I’ll leave the more interesting & detailed log to Mrs Geo (aka: SeasonedBird, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird, Angry Bird & occasionally even Love Bird) because she writes so much more eloquently than I and usually has much more time to do so while I’m driving. It’s a great day for caching. TFTC Baby Birt

Fantastic trail on the back roads i love to take.
This time i am bike touring south and decided to see how long it would take to ride and search for 17 geocaches. It was only about 40kms but took me 7hrs and almost all my phone battery. Experiment complete, i will now be more conservative with my geocaching, while touring.

We were stumped on this one till we read the clue. Then all was revealed in all its golden glory. Tftc
stump? what bloody stump! the grass is so tall around here they are all in hiding....the gps wasn't being very helpful and if I'd been wearing thongs (like I normally do) I would have given up. However with the geodog looking on to make sure a snake didn't come out of hiding at the wrong time I eventually found the container. Once signed I fought my way through the vegetation back to the road only to discover I'd stolen the pencil, damn back we go to drop it off. A frustrating adventure for the afternoon, I worked hard for my smiley here.
Have had a fantastic few days caching in and around Grafton and decided to head north again when making our way home to finish off this trail that I started two years ago and never got around to finishing. Happy to finally have the whole trail full of yellow smilies now.
TFTC! Staying locally and going to try to get as many in this series as we can in the next couple of hours TFTC

My youngest wanted to go on the vehicular ferry at Lawrence, so that became our destination for the morning, with a return loop through Brushgrove, Cowper and Tyndale before heading back to Yamba for a late lunch. With the troops getting restless, we agreed on a half dozen of this cool looking trail.
We weren't sure about the gate, so checked the hint.... TFTC...

Found tyftc. Having a week caching our way from newcastle to brisbane. Find #1/1698
We continued on and this was the second one in the series. The gate was open and the hint letter straight to a well hidden container. We signed the log and then made our way back to the air-conditioned car before heading further south.
Thanks Baby Birt

On the way back to Brisbane from our holidays in port maquarie we decided to pick up some smileys . This was our last find for today and we totally enjoyed finding the caches along this trail. I think there were around 4 we didnt find due to muggles . Thanks for taking us along this trail and for placing the caches along here for us to enjoy. With the hints and coords they were all relatively quick finds.it was also interesting to see where the highway will be going. Hope to be back one day to complete this series. Thanks for the fun
Today we are travelling from Casino to Angourie and grabbing some caches along the way. We have completed the trail in reverse lol TFTC Baby Birt

A stop and go along the trail on the way up to Mullum from Canberra, we thought this bit of road cache trail was a very good compromise to cache while not having another walk. Very nice back road but the turnoffs for the construction sites of the new highway and all the trucks on the road made it a bit eerie.
A quick find with this one today. Thanks for the Cache Baby Birt.

*** ATTENTION ALL CACHERS *** We’re hoping someone, anyone can help us! We think we’ve accidentally left our cache/swag box at this site . We were traveling North along this route, so were parked on the opposite side of the road to GZ. The box is a black container with a clear, Perspex lid covered in stickers, including a TFTC Geocaching sticker. Inside are 6 red compartments which store ALL of our swag, TOTT and ours as well as others’ trackables, which is why this is potentially such a huge loss!!
Unfortunately, it does not have any of our contact information on it, which is why we’re hoping someone local or passing can help to see if it’s still there? We’re already in Woodenbong, 2.5hrs away, and as luck would bloody have it, we only have enough money in our account to get us on this final leg home to Brisbane

The hint really helped here as we eventually found the stump at 8m off. It wasn’t until we were trying to approach GZ from the main road did we then see it. Nice, big container, although the logbook is slightly damp. Took Hello Kitty for a Good Luck Cat .
I needed to collect a couple of caches for a challenge and this one happened to be in a distance window I needed. Quick find. TFTC!
Nice and quiet here with only the cicadas to keeping us company. Quick find. TFTC Baby Birt.
We are on our way to attend a geocaching event at Di Morgans Port Macquarie. We enjoyed doing this cache. Nice hide. Thanks to Baby Birt for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
TFTC baby Birt.

I was headed north from Tucabia and back to the highway.
With no heavy vehicles tailgating me for once,
I managed to slow to a relaxed stop opposite GZ
I spoke too soon !! [:o]
A couple of minutes of waiting for the traffic to pass and I ran across the road,
past the fences with all the construction signs on,
and hugged the stump
A quick cache find,
with a few funny looks from passing construction muggles
