Logs
We had just finished a big lunch at a cafe down the street after a big morning of sausage sizzle fundraising, and we decided that a bit of a stroll would be the trick to walk off lunch.
We wandered along enjoying the bush and marvelling at all the timber trash that the floods had left behind, and chatting to a few dog walking -pokemoning muggles, and then it was time to navigate the slippery mud into GZ.
Then after a quick lap of the POI, we found the cache and signed our lives away and rehid it as found.
We wondered the whole time why the cache appeared on one of our GPS PQs but not the other, it was only when we came home and discovered that it had been archived, it turns out that one PQ is older than the other one.
Thanks Simon for the cache in a nice, and only slightly damp area.
Cheers

Found on a walk with the geo-pooches tonight. Cache is safe and dry, even after all the recent floodwaters. The ground is very muddy at the moment thought.

My app had me way off today...but lucky I was with Shadow 67 . Didn't take long before she had it hand and found her 1st path tag (thanks harrowang). Also found a whole new level to Geocaching and that's playing Pokemon Go while out caching ....so also found several pokemon hanging around north beaches T.F.T.C mvyrmnd.
Back in Wangaratta after some caching adventures in Beechworth this morning and just had to swing by and collect these two new ones on our way home. The river is rushing merrily along and there were a couple of muggles enjoying a walk in this lovely area. We love all the beautiful old and majestic trees along these paths. Spotted the log easily enough and logged oour find in the log at 1.44pm Took: Team BGF's glittery PT and left one of our gumnut ones in its place. #3766 TFTC mvyrmnd and glad to see you joining in the fun again.
A lovely spot for a stroll. Thanks mvyrmnd, enjoyed your session for #newNRMways group during the week so much I had to return today to add this find and the other nearby. Enjoyed getting some photos of the prolific fungi in the leaf litter that's currently on show here. TNLNSL.
Was there after Team BGF; saw their glitter pt and left it - prompting me to read up more on those too!

#1939 Had to pop into town for a couple of items. Decided to swing by to collect a new cache and take the geohounds for a quick stroll whilst in the area. After a relatively quick find we then did a loop of the area and passed many a muggle dog which caused a bit of excitement. Will save the other new cache for another day. Good to see the Ovens at high flow, it will give it a good flush no doubt. Tftc mvrymnd, dropped off a team bgf glitter pt to add something to the bare cache.
Packed the bucket and the spade and headed off for the Northern Beaches with BettyBoo3747.
I think the idea of a beach must be different in Wang! Probably should have brought the bikes instead.
Had a nice walk in the late afternoon though. Fortunately the tracks were quite dry.
We were shocked to see not one, but two new mvyrmnd caches!
We figured this kind of behaviour should be encouraged, so dashed out to do them today.
A good sized log here and the GPSr was taking us all over it. Nice sized container though.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 10695. It is so rare for any caches to be published nearby that I can actually do these days that Robmc and I didn't waste any time deciding to chase these two. Not being locals we made hard work of finding the shortest routes to both of these. The mountain bikes would have chewed up the distance in no time however.
This was the first one and because the GPSrs wanted us to look about 10 metres away we took a bit of time to locate it. Eventually found it and my name is now in the book.
Thanks mvyrmnd
