This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 45 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

After a thorough search, and crawling right under the structure, I have to record a DNF. Oh, the shame!!!
Another day.......
Another day.......
Out for a pedal around to get some of the stray caches around town. I had been lucky with the muggles until this one. Busiest spot in town.
I did check a few spots but did not manage to find a cache.

Swooped on Caboolture today chasing green boxes ... a nice easy walk into GZ, whereupon I began my search. It was here I found what I needed, but also more than I bargained for. A little cache of baggies with suspicious powder, and some supporting 'paraphernalia'. The powder has now been destroyed, no swaps this time!
Thanks Computer Cat, and Larry the Looter for entertaining me at this location.

Can't believe we were so close to this one after finding Locomotionless. We walked to the bridge and didn't realise how close we were to another cache!!!
For this one we parked at a dead end street near a nursery. We walked to GZ past the new plantation of plastic pot plants!!!
We spent a lot of time searching here but this one eluded us.
Thanks.

With the incentive of the Groundspeak Mystery of the Museum Souvenir promotion, it was time to get out and find a few caches. This one is not far from home and was a good place to start.
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you Computer Cat and Larry the Looter for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy.

A veritable treasure trove for those who love swaps! Nothing on me today as on my way home from work!all good here now
It appears the cache had dissapeared. Cache has now been replaced. All good to find again
I (previous finder) went there for a walk today to drop off a TB, but the cache has disappeared. I checked the nearby area for any signs, but nothing like logbook or so.
What a pity!
What a pity!
Looked everywhere we could. Especially all the "right under" ones. Could not find the right under section!
Parked at the end of Wallace Street and followed the path under the highway for a quick find.

Found on a Sunny Wednesday morning. 4° celcius at home. What would possess us to go outside.... a geocache.. found with my amazing Geo-Wife KaleidoscopeCass and those no gooder VeganCachers... oh wait.. vegan... ha! So are we... all is good. Cache found. Log signed.. no vegan cooties left. Tftc
A late exchange of messages last night soon had the 'Vegans' on patrol today! LOL ...
WallabyTim & KaleidoscopeCass teamed up with Vegan Cachers (& Winter the Geo-cat) & after a quick internet search we came up with an area, as yet relatively untouched by all, for us to invade today collecting smilies, sharing great company & spreading the word! .
Our tenth cache for today.
There seemed to be some confusion between our navigators (never get theres) in plotting the course to this one but we still managed to make good time & NOT get lost. LOL ...
Tight parking but we all squeezed in & WT, KC & Mr VC headed of for a short nature walk in search of the cache, leaving Mrs VC & Winter the Geo-cat to maintain the security of the vehicles.
KC was quick to find the cache & while she retrieved it I noticed a magnetic iten lying nearby which appeared to have been dislodged from the cache at some time.
Replaced said item where we thought it should go, made our marks & replaced as found.Took a moment or two to scope out the area & were disappointed to see the amount of rubbish, a shopping trolley, cigarette packets, torn & scattered catalogues ...
I wonder if the platypus is still here or has sought cleaner pastures.

Our map showed a white "street" so we thought we could drive to this one, as Linda from Vegan Cachers is on crutches. Alas, we parked about 300m away and geo-hubby WallabyTim, Dennis from VC and I enjoyed the walk in excited to see the platypus habitat. Upon reaching the bridge however, it was very saddening to see how much rubbish was in the water, from ripped up catalogues, cigarette packets, even a shopping trolley. The cache was soon in hand (the P had fallen off but we put it back on). Thanks for a cache in what has potential to be a truly beautiful spot.
Headed down after a work appointment in the morning on a quest for more Hidden Creatures... I think this one brings the count to #50 for the challenge and as there is little hope in reaching 100 in the 1 remaining week, this may be our last souvenir for the series...
We came here earlier in the year for another cache, didn't realise this one was so close. Short walk from the car and soon found the bridge with probably a more pleasant outlook at a time before someone pushed a shopping trolley full of paper in the creek.
Soon found the ammo tin, out of its hidey hole and open. Contents seemed OK inside although there was a piece of food that I thought was not allowed in caches, so I removed the twiggy stick as a swap, leaving a blue bracelet. (Our dog, Jasper, was pleasantly surprised with his treat when I got home)
Nice big logbook to sign. Replaced further tucked away and closed properly.

2nd cache for the day! Beautiful spot to place one pretty quick find, nice large container:)

I made all the right choices with this one and arrived near GZ with little trouble. Went for a very pleasant stroll to the cache and found it quickly. Sad to say, the tin has been damaged and isn't water-proof anymore. Signed the log and replaced it where found.
Found and signed log while traveling the country in our van..finding the right access in was the hardest part ..TFTC
Thankyou for the find. The cache was open and dirty, I’ve dried and cleaned it as best I can. It looks like it’s been kicked. I managed to seal it, but it needs some love
I love finding those kinds

Tried to approach this one from the wrong entrance without the help of technology the other day without luck, came back today and found it straight away
I thought M had looked at this spot so didn't bother to look here and was looking further afield. After a while we came back to this and voila it was an easy find. Removed the two TB's.
Didn't see any platypus on this occasion, but we easily found the large cache. It seems someone has beaten us to it though because the 2 TBs we were hoping to find (having just been dropped) are no longer contained. Hopefully they are logged correctly soon...
Just a visit at this Cache to welcome a TB, starting here his trip through Australia. Tftc and tft tb
Container was rather wet inside, we tried to dry it out a bit before signing the log and returning it to its hiding spot. TFTC
Did a visit today to drop off two TBs. Hope they don't have to wait too long for another trip. Tft tbs

Another perfect sunny winter day for a quick afternoon drive around Caboolture.
Not many muggles around and a good quick find here.

Wasted time looking for this cache then I used some brain power and thought where it could be and forgot about my GPS and hey presto the cache was in my hand. Easy when you use commonsense. Signed a huge log, the biggest I've seen then replaced cache as found. TFTC
This morning we headed to Ikea for breakfast. Following this we found a few caches in the area.
This took us to various locations & a good selection of caches found.
After returning home hubby went for a ride on his bike & found this cache.

A pretty little spot to spend a while hunting for caches and platypus'! Unfortunately no cute little duckbill critters today but I found a cache with DreamerSkye We left our marks and collected a few TBs.

On our daily walk (at different spots though), we thought we just check if this amazing cache is still there.
I spotted a lot of TBs and took couple of them. Still quite a few left ...
Tftc and tft TBs.

Visited this cache, as it is the closest one to home that could accept a stack of Trackables we have had for a while. Time to have some of these i other hands.
Went to the GZ, and found the cache reasonably quickly. Had to move a critter off it before opening though. Log was in good order, and all looks fine - no maintenance required. Thanks for showing us the walking track.

I had just picked the geodaughter up from the nearby QUT after she had finished her Animal studies TAFE course and she jumped in the car covered in dog fur. I had to pick up another daughter at 5pm at North Lakes and thought we had better find some caches (and shed that fur outside of the car). We parked at the appropriate spot and headed up the footpath.
As we made our way to GZ I was quizzing her about the newly learnt lessons in animal welfare and it was clear she had spent the day playing with dogs rather than learning something. I did get to learn a few new things before the hunt began.
There was the odd person walking through the area and when the geodaughter told me she had found it and placed the cache on the bridge I went into a panic. If anyone walks by we are busted to the max. This cache is too big to stick in our pocket and walk around inconspicuously. Luckily no one came and we could sign the log and make a swap. We took a tiny water pistol and left some goodies for this well stocked ammo can. tftc

Once we had found locomotionless we saw another cache nearby, much to geo-daughters delight we decided to take the short walk to this cache. Upon arrival she was even more excited to see that it was a cache that involved a bridge. She was still trying to recover from walking under the bridge to get to gz, thought something would jump out and grab her.
Looks like she recovered ok cause she had no idea we had made the grab and signed the log as she was too busy taking selfies of herself. Tried to tell us then that she deserved a Vanilla Coke after finding that one...kids of today, don't participate but still think their awesome.
We told her come on we can go now but she needed to take one more selfie on the bridge, but that was a wrong move cause the troll tried to grab her:)

Found on a sneaky caching afternoon with Selva Girls...not getting out to do a lot, but every cache counts Tftc Computer Cat!
An afternoon of caching with stortigirls. We parked the car and took a pleasant stroll to GZ. There, our phones said one spot, but my geosenses said another. I followed my geosenses and quickly had the cache in hand. TFTC
Everything soaking wet. Some things slimy. I poured it out (stagnant water) but it needs a good air dry. Sorry for the bad news. Thank you for the great Cache though guys!!

The caching plan this week was to go and get the Wherigo at Toorbul. Put a few others in as well and yesterday decided that today was the day. Left home at 0430 to beat the eat and the muggles. Began my Caboolture searches at 0615 approximately. Found a good spot to park and walked about 300 meters from geomobile to GZ. Soon had the good sized container in hand. Very good hide with good accurate co ordinates. Left travellers. Conatiner is damp inside but log bag and log book are dry. TFTC Computer_Cat
TFTC 2136# out and about with miss millie geo dog little wet inside container only from condensation if somebody has a towel or cloth to wipe would be great every thing in plastic bags are dry TN/LN
This was my chosen cache for the haunted hides souvenir. I love ammo cans, especially the bigger ones. Took TB. TFTC
After coffee at the nearby Reclinc café (Lagoon Creek Café) with muggle sister and BIL, leaving BIL in the car, we went for a walk. This cache was not here last time I walked this track 18 months ago. It was an easy find, Mr D reached in to retrieve, the floor of the ammo tin is still a little wet, fortunately everything seems to be in zip lock bags.
Took nothing from this well stocked cache (leaving them for the geokiddies) left a toy and a Travel Bug. Travel safe little bear.
Thanks Computer Cat and Larry the Looter

This was a nice quick find. Great to have a big container. Our co-ords were 16m away for us but the hint helps. The bottom of the ammo tin was wet because the lid had come off the hinges and wouldn't close properly but we were able to fix it. TNLNSL TFTC
The hardest part of this cache was trying to find where to park and start my walk, once parked up I strolled through the bush land but didn't see any snakes - thank god!! Arrived at GZ and a nice quick easy find. All good with the cache. TFTC Computer Cat
Today I spent a few hours with RhoBoCacher, but she had family duties to go to this afternoon, and I wasn't quite done yet. There's just a few more caches that need smiley-fying
I took the leisurely walk around to GZ, and after waiting for a muggle bike rider to go by, I got into the search. Only a couple of suitable hidey-holes, and the cache was soon in hand. Definitely a spot that requires a quick grab as muggles appear out of nowhere here! Nice to see such a big container. TFTC, Computer Cat.

Found at 1230. Lots of muggles around today so I had to be careful while search for and returning the cache. Luckily there was a break in the cycling traffic. TFTC.
What a great spot. Tks. Will come back platypus spotting at right time of day. New favourite for me. TFTC
Dropped in to see what the fuss is about . I had the place completely to myself, which is nice, but had my head on a swivel in case muggles came around the corner.
Quick find in the second place I checked. Great cache, well stocked with goodies and a nice big logbook. I tether my ammo cans these days, stops them growing legs . Loved your cache, FP for the agent.

Saturday. Needing a cache for the day, and being nearby, we thought this looked like a good one, so we drove as far as we could, and then ditched Blue Thunder and continued on foot.
Nice walk. Got to GZ and had a look and nothing. Read the description full and got sort of freaked out and part of what we read. The size of the container means there are only so many places it can be. Of course we looked in all the other ones first!
We saw no platypii today, not Orange Crew, who must have been there sometime before us (unless they saw us coming and hid) lol.
This was the only cache found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Computer Cat***, for showing us this place.

After not doing many caches lately we decided to do a couple random drive bys while we were out. This was our 3rd. Hubby was onto it straight away. Wish we had the geokids with us as I'm sure they would have loved any of the new shiny swaps on offer. Took nothing so the next geofamily can have fun. Love this spot. We walk this path quite frequently TFTF!

Tftc awesome spot, enjoyed the adventure, saw bubbles from platypus but no siting!! Thanks for the big cache kids will enjoy the bounty! Huge log is in perfect shape!!:)
Another one we did with the inlaws, we had a nice walk down the pathway while M.I.L was looking for koalas & F.I.L was looking for kangaroos sadly we didnt see any today. And when we approached Gz we were looking for platypus we saw bubbles but none were surfacing. F.I.L loved the cache container and M.I.L loved what was in it. M.I.L also left a lil note in the log book. TFTC and bringing us to this place to make new memories
Well in almost 10 years of geocaching, a first for us! Looking around for the cache and all of a sudden there's a voice asking "what's under the bridge". Just a geocache officer!!
Luckily they knew about caching so didn't have to explain!
Thanks for placing this cache, awesome log book and well stocked with swaps!
My patents house is not far from here so I spent lots of time riding bikes in here and swimming in the creek.

Heading home after a day caching, we detoured for this one. A pleasant walk to GZ and spent some time looking for the platypus while we waited for some muggles to leave. Soon found the well stocked cache. Thanks Computer Cat for bringing us to this lovely area.
