Long weekend road trip out to the Wheatbelt to finish off a series I started last year and also pick up some extras along the way. Stopped off here on the way into Northam. Easy to get close to GZ but lots and lots of places to check. Figured it might be easier to walk around than go over... and that proved a wise move as that new approach took me on a path straight to the container No problems here - TFTC
A sleep in this morning in the cool weather.
Mrs F did her morning walk whilst Mr F did the housework and packed lunch.
Then we hit the road to tackle a few caches. Seems we added some KEP track caches along the way. Visited a winery and just had to do a tasting and have a chat (after finding the cache of course) visited some historic spots, some clever evil caches along the way. Did some cache maintenance to help out the CO's and returned to camp on dusk. Big day out for these nomads.

Day 1 of WAGB22 week, the plan was to go to Northam and do a few along the way including KEP Series near Clackline and the walk up the hills in Bobakine Nature Reserve. Did some GG Series but had to miss a few and some missing in the roadworks sections.
66 Finds and 4 DNF, and 1 not willing to swim in the Avon.
Thanks to all the CO’s for their hides and maintaining the series.

Out grabbing some local caches closer to home. Slowly but surely Im knocking off more of this epic Kep series. Thanks jasenjanine for keeping me busy.
After Mr dimor grabbed a few hours sleep yesterday after finishing work at 8.00am we headed off for a few days away so I could claim the new Science souvenirs, with plans to stay in Northam for two nights and then Bruce Rock for another two.
What I thought was a slow start to our geocaching morning became even slower when we drove through town and saw a sign that said the markets were on. Naturally caching could wait while we had a wander around, ran into Geotrakka there so stopped for a chat.
Must have been close to lunch time before we headed to the first cache.
We are only getting ones we can drive close to, Mr dimor headed in the right direction and soon found this one, saved me rock hopping too much. TFTC

A wet and windy day! Lachlan1.77 and I were meant to fly to York in the little bugsmasher, but we decided that a day caching in the car would be more pleasant. So we headed off east of Perth into the hills. Lots of good finds today, with some great spots visited!
Tiger777 and I were going to be flying out to White Gum Air Park for the weekend for the Westfly aviation fly in. However, strong winds and at times driving rain made it an unpleasant weekend to fly and camp. So we opted for Option B. Hitting the road for a few caches to guide our journey East today.
Massive cache. Quick find. Cheers OOH YEH!

Travelling back from dance comps in Northam and stopped along the way... fab find, well maintained and great fun! Master 11 found it this time!
We visited this one on our final day camping and caching around the York/Northam area. Sadly, all good things must come to an end though and today we were homeward bound, but of course we had to stop and find a few caches along the way. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for the rest of us to come and attempt to find OOH YEH.
Hi there OOH YEH. I was out with Mistraluna for a couple of planned days of Geocaching around the FOTT trail near York. We had both worked out finals for all caches and using the Nuvi and both GPS's, all caches were found quickly - and the containers and logs are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to OOH YEH for this cache - our find 8330
On a road trip with the Machman on our way to WAGB 2019 in Northam.

Found this morning with Photo-Play, filling a few gaps in the Kep Track on our way to Northam. This one was missing when we had our first bite at the track and it was good to turn the green dot into a smilie. Thank you for the cache OOH YEH.
Found it. TFTC OOH YEH. Out with Papillon367 to tackle some of the Kep Track series that were missed several months ago. Others that were close to our route were also attempted. quick find here today
As were are staying in the area we thought we would tackle some of the local caches along the Kep Track and pipeline as well as a few others. The co-ords for some gave a general indication of where GZ was, but caches for some were found quite some metres from that point. It was an interesting day's hunt, along with ilook4geo, with some finds being more challenging.
The caches which took us to places where there was signage about the local history were really appreciated.
Thanks go to OOH YEH for this cache placement.

Today we were trying to pick up some caches, with goingplaces2, that were not too far off the roads and were reasonably accessible. Logs were signed, all containers were put back. We had a fun day. TFTC.
Heading back to Kalgoorlie for work and decided to leave a little earlier so I could get in a few caches along the way. This was #11. TFTC
We headed out to continue on the KEP series and any others along the way today with Neva2old, happy to say we came up trumps and claimed the smilie here TFTC
Out and about with Parkacruz getting some more of the kep done and some others along the way TFTC
Found after a bit of a hunt around. Picked up TB.
Out and about bright and early grabbing some caches before the event at Lake Leschenaultia.
TFTC OOH YEH this is find # 4006 for us.

Quick find this avo while driving back to Perth, dropped Dough Boy trackable for a rest. TFTC
Doing a bit of caching after a day trip to Toodyay. Had some trigs, a few GC caches and GCA caches on the GPS and this was one of them.
Took a couple of minutes to find this one. Trusting my GPS was the right thing to do. Terrain was what I expected.
SL. Thanks for the hide OOH YEH

On our way to Northam with PP2 and taking a few detours along the way. We were driving right past this one on our way to another puzzling cache so just had to stop. They are some big pebbles and the GPS and I both bounced aroundfrom pebble to pebble in different directions. Just as PP2 joined me at what had become GZ I yelled got it. TFTC OOH YEH this one was a bonus cache for us.
WebblyWA persuaded me to make the long Trek to Northam for an Event.....and that's a whole different story! We met up on route & decided too try for a few caches before the Main Event....or should I say the Non Event! This one was not on 'the list' but we just couldn't help ourselves. TFTC
Thank you! I had been talking to my dad last week about a recent day trip Geocaching, when he asked me if there were any out near his hometown. After showing him the map, and watching him study it for a while, I asked if he was interested in heading on a road trip with me. So today we headed off, with the only goal being to check out Baandee lake after the February rain.
Eventually spotted this one blending in with its surroundings.

It was baking hot and we nearly gave up the search but we found it just in time. Thanks OOH YEH.
This is find # 23772 for me

It was drizzling so slippery negotiating the rocks while searching. Fortunately geo-hubby found it after a five minute search - well hidden. Thanks Ooh Yeh
Ooh, didn't expect to find a brand new logbook here. Big container but well hidden and so many possible places to search. Spot-on coordinates helped a lot. Thanks for the cache and took TB Pug. XXX
Havent had a chance to replace it yet but hopefully it will be replaced in the next 2 weeks.
Jasenjanine checked on the cache for us and it appears to be missing. Will replace in a couple of weeks when we are back up this way.
Oh no!! so soon into our day. They are large pebbles!! We looked hard for the prize but it was not to be today. Thanks for the opportunity to come here.
We decided today would be a good day to complete some more of the KEP series, however when we looked at our lovely yellow smilie line from Northam to Chidlow we noticed a few green marks that weren't there before! Doh! No matter, with the opportunity to pass by the Bakers Hill Bakery we extended the drive. Unfortunately no luck for us on this one we looked in all the likely places and the not so likely ones. We will pop it on our watch list and try again another time.
Despite much searching we didn't find it. Maybe because the weeds were so long
Enjoying a holiday in Perth with tmann421 and collecting a few caches along the way.
Another great find here. TFTC

Lots of clambering but we got there. Like the Cancer Council pen in the cache. I'm two weeks post surgery with breast cancer, let nothing stop you caching! TFTC
TFTC! Cravo10 and I had a share day off to go caching together again, so made time to head out and grab a heap of the TbroG series, some of the remaining Julimar wonder caches, some odd ones in and around toodyay before heading to Northam to take the Kep track and great eastern highway back to Perth. We finished the day with thirty plus finds which was a good effort with a late start and early finish.
The TBroG series has kept flooding the inboxed when a new section gets published so we've been trying to keep on top of it and not let it blow up the map. All found reasonably quickly and some took a while longer as they are very well placed.
We had planned to complete the six remaining Julimar wonder caches I had left to complete but after a navigation stuff up we managed to miss one of the caches!! Eeek!! I guess we can just come back again!
We the headed into toodyay and grabbed a couple of caches and a drink to replenish us a bit. We liked the toodyay information bay cache which was a well made camo.
We then headed to Northam where we lined up a bunch of the Kep track caches that we still haven't managed to knock over. All found without issues, including honky doozy which was nearly lost forever as I dropped the cache into the leaf litter, thank goodness I found it
Had a great day out and can't wait to come back soon for more! Thanks

Out and about with B12, late logging however have back dated so as to report correctly,
Have been in the area a few times in last couple of weeks and finally have the chance to check over old logs.

I had been keeping an eye on this area for some time now and I finally decided to head here with my cycle and fill in an RDO. My main goal was grabbing as many of 'The Kep' series as I could but I was also able to get the smilies on a few nearby caches as well. Thanks to the cache owners for the placements and I apologise in advance for the generic logs .
OOH YEH - jinta29 found your cache PEBBLES on 29/07/2016, 9:39 AM. This is my find #5494 and find #23 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Found it a while back but hadn't logged it yet, on our way home from York not prepared for caching and absolutely not in the shoes I was wearing and on those rocks! Perhaps it was the clinging on for dear life and at times manoeuvering on my hands and knees that led me to the find hahaha nice hide and fantastic paint job!
Ironically, given the size of the container, this was one of my slowest finds of the afternoon. I had rolled my ankle earlier on similar terrain so was treading gingerly. The container was well covered and it was only by luck that I eventually found it while peering under another rock. Thanks for the cache OOH YEH.
We were enjoying a cook up of Bacon & Eggs when we noticed this cache published, so after finishing that we madly rushed around getting dressed before rushing out the door... A short time later we were pulling up at GZ, the kids & I were on the hunt for the prize where I found it after a brief search Found that Bristag had beaten us by only 5 minutes... Guess we will have to not mess around next time hey
TFTC OOH YEH & Congrats on your FTF Bristag [^]

After a big week working in Exmouth and late return last night I awoke to the sound of an email alerting me to new cache's being published, Hmm how far away, hey that's just outta town i'm gonna have to be quick knowing what my competition is like. Loading the gpx into my GPSr I looked about to see my three boys in various states of morningness,
Bristag: Quick boys get in the car we have to go
Boys: But we are still in our bed clothes
Bristag: It doesnt matter no one will see you
Boys: Oh ok if your sure
Driving (within the states driving laws) I soon made it to GZ where the grass looked disturbed by only one person, sweet, but as the name suggests a blasted rock pile.
Setting about hunting this one down, where could it be, nope not there, nope, hmm blasted Groundzero Camo I've been stung with that before, hang on whats that, yes there it is
Opening it up, stomach in my mouth, is it gonna be blank, whoop whoop its blank
Fun thing those FTF caches, such a thrill you just never know if its blank or not, 50/50. or more like 0/100 in this area .
P.S. Sorry I hadn't logged till now hobbits123, but there is no requirement to log online straight away (i only use my GPSr for geocaching so I couldn't anyway) The game is finding a cache and signing a log, FTF is discouraged by HQ, although its a fun part of the game (especially in this area with all you lot champing at the bit) .
Ask yourself, would I had gone out and found this if it wasn't a FTF. Plus you did get that FTF thrill while opening the cache did you not, wondering if it was blank or not? the way I see it we both won.

See order of below logs, one of the reasons I don't use the geo app is because it records the finds at the american server time not local time so your finds end up on the wrong day and time
