Thank you JNK for a terrific walk along the bush path and the newly-learned information about Mr Beerwah. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
It was a lovely walk along to the view point where the answers were found. There are many people climbing to the top today and it was nice to sit at the table and watch them disappearing along the base of the pipes. It is a beautiful day to explore around the area. Thanks J N K for the cache.
Day 32 of our roadtrip in Australia. Staying in Maleny with friends and today's plan is exploring Glasshouse Mountains and later a birthday lunch with our friends. It's unfortunately our last full day here in Australia, flying back home tomorrow afternoon. But we'll come back . Very impressive looking up the mountain to see the organ pipes. What we didn't quite get were the signs asking you not to climb the mountain next to signs telling you how to do it. Out of respect one should not do it probably. Fortunately this EC does not require you to do it. Thanks and kind regards from Switzerland, Hinni&Simo
Well, I did it! I finally did it! Many thanks to the crew, particularly P', who got me up there with the help of a rope. Maybe I didn't need it, but it was my psychological safety net. Gorgeous views!!!
Today the SOS Save Our Summits group organised an event to celebrate the reopening of Mount Beerwah.
We went, listened and then - as always - TBU2Uwe001 and I worked together on the answers. We got the ok from CO to log this cache.
Afterwards, I hiked up this mountain for the first time and I would say for the last time. Absolutely a beauty in always different features on the way up and down.

We were here today on our QLD coast leg of our ‘Around Australia’ trip.
We set off back at the start of 2021 expecting to go around Australia in 12 months - here we are still going in 2023 with about 1/3 of the island left to lap.
My (Geo Mum) personal Favourite experience: Too many to choose, Finding Gold and Opal high up there, working on a CQ cattle station was awesome too.
Favourite location: Gibb River Road/ Kimberley closely followed by Nhulunbuy/ Arnhem Land.
Best paid activity: Horizontal falls
Best free activity: Kings Canyon Rim Walk, Matt Wright putting us up for free in one of his helicopters was pretty awesome. (Let’s not talk about his current situation )
Most interesting location. Arnhem Land
What you have learnt: I wish I had something insightful to put in here, if I though really hard about it perhaps I do but I gues the most practical things I learnt are: Mango sap burns, midges are xxxx’s and dog beds are a versatile alternative to real furniture.
Miss the most: Family & Friends, closely followed by my garden and my chooks.
Look forward to the most: The Whitsundays
Regrets? Worrying so much and not heading off years ago!

*Sorry for the copy and paste log but I’m notorious for getting behind with logs and fluffing them up

We had planned a road trip to Queensland to visit family in 2021, but our travel plans were stalled due to border closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the world was trying to get back to a semi normal state, we decided to have another go at getting away from the cold and head up north for some sunshine and warmth.
Day 16 – While staying with family in Morayfield we decided to go for a drive to the Glasshouse mountains and Caloundra. Some lovely views and lots of happy snaps were taken today.
This was a pretty cool EC took a few photos at this one, EC's really do take you to some great places that normally one wouldn't go.
Answers have been sent to the CO.
Thanks for the earth cache J 'N' K and keeping this hobby alive.

Alycem89 and I decided to venture out this afternoon to grab a few Earthcaches and several other caches on our travels. We couldn’t have picked a better day to do it either, it was a slightly cooler day with a touch of cloud cover to take the edge off the heat.
I have been wanting to visit Mt Beerwah for such a long time and luckily that came to fruition today, not to climb it, but to visit the area and to grab this Earthcache.
After parking the car nearby we walked down the trail to GZ and once there we were in awe at the stunning scenery. We’ve both never experienced Mt Beerwah from this angle and to view it’s beauty from up close was an amazing experience. One day, yes, one day I’ll have the confidence to get my arse up the top to grab the caches, but knowing me and my health that will most likely never happen, but as the saying goes, never say never.
Thanks for giving us a reason to visit. We had an amazing experience and sat down at the nearby table to take in the scenery and enjoy the piece and quiet.

Found with bennyboppers and mnance101 today. Weren't totally sure of some of the questions, but answers sent and feel that I have learned something about these mountains. Love looking at the mountain but happy to respect the Aboriginal people of the land and not climb. Tftc
Answers sent Lovely area here, on my todo list one day to hike mt beerwah out for the weekend with lisylou and mnance101
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers and Lisylou). Great to see Mt Beerwah but I don’t think I will ever be game enough to climb it. Happy to respect the Aboriginal peoples wishes for us not to climb it. Answers sent to CO. TFTC and bringing us here!
Wow, what a mountain.
The tallest and arguably hardest of the glasshouse mountains open to climb.
Definitely a memorable experience. Would have loved exploring the honeycomb cliff face section more, although we did power over to the saddle for more mayhem.
I was with davidwazza, who despite several months going by, is still the last finder for this earthcache.
So on this international earthcache weekend, let me rectify this unloved gap with this eye rolling activity log.
I've held off on logging this for no good reasons, not least because this weekend i'll get a souvenir for international earthcache day ,
I need to log a find today to keep a ridiculous daily streak going (53 days, yay) aaand
This earthcache, legenedary is it's location, that it seems most fitting for it to also become my one hundredth Earthcache find.
Earthcaches also give seven hundred and fifty points to this current (elbrus) summit souvenir malarky.

Today, I joined a small group in hiking up Mount Beerwah in the Glass House Mountains. We had a reasonable starting time, and then proceeded up to the summit, to be rewarded with some terrific views of the surrounding mountains and plains. After taking a short detour past the summit geocaches, we were back at the car park in 6-7 hr. We managed to take a few more stops in the vicinity, and then I travelled solo south to Caboolture, where I managed to completed a few more Adventure Labs: *Caboolture Oldies* and *Sports of Caboolture*.
I joined a small group of enthusiastic hikers consisting of curare63, E_Smiley, rogueleader, and smallwombat, as we ascended Mount Beerwah. I had heard of the initial slab being difficult, and even with my experience and confidence, I found it rather tough, perhaps more so with the fear factor and lack of holds ascending, opting to do this direct route rather than the nearby goat track as a few others completed. It was nice to get up the first part and rest, and yeah, this is one hike that would be almost impossible to do in the wet (or at least to the amateur hiker/climber). We then spent a few hours ascending up the rock face, crossing between the main face, and route through the trees to the side, until finally making it to just below the organ pipes. We then continued our route, heading all the way to the summit, where we rested admiring at the 360 degree views that the peak presented. We then returned back down via another geocache, finding a rough goat track to detour there, before descending back down the way we came.
We managed to answer these EarthCache questions on our way to the summit, and it turned out to be a nice rest before the main feat. We had a bit of trouble understanding what the questions were truely asking, and hence there was some interpretation required to obtain some answers (perhaps this isn't a bad strategy, since it means you talk and discuss the questions further). A great EarthCache worthy of its geology lesson here. Thanks J 'N' K for the EarthCache placement and organisation.

After climbing Beerwah last week TGG left me the TASK to log this Earth Cache & so promptly forgot . So trying to make amends I am doing it a wee bit belatedly.
Muggle65 and l were here recently but ran out of daylight. Popped back today and worked out our answers. M65 had one job - to message the answers. Seems he finally got around to it Great spot for an Earthcache that had us talking about it for ages. Thank you for placing this one
Really enjoyed the drive up here and having a look at the start of the walk to the top- we could even see a few people on the scrambling section from where we gathered some answers. An interesting spot and a great mountain. Answers sent off. TFTEC!
Today Selva Girls and I plan for a kayak trip to pickup a few caches. We had company of CuriousQuest today.
It was nice paddle over to Bribie Island. My main cache for today was code clash to finish loop 3.
But the first thing we had to do today was find a earthcache. This one was plan before the paddle. Want the big thing was none of us have done this one.
So today paddle we found 3 trads, 2 mystery and 3 waypoints from 2 Adventure Labs.
The round trip today took 4 hours. Did have lots of fun watching Selva Girls and CuriousQuest trying to paddle in a straight line.
Sorry for the generic post. TFTC 4300 Finds

Out for some caching fun with Brislions and Mr CuriousQuest. On our way to Bribie Island, we detoured to this cache so that we could all earn the earthcache souvenir available this weekend. We parked the geomobile and strolled to the day use area. There, we marveled at the majesty of the mountain and I, for one, was in awe of the brave(???) muggles who had made the ascent and were on their way back down. I was so enthralled watching them that I almost forgot why we were there. :s One of my caching buddies reminded me of the reason that wee were there and I set about gathering answers and taking photos. I am not sure that I will ever make it to the top of MT Beerwah, but I appreciate that I have been brought here for a closer up view than the one I usually have. TFTC
Twice now I have attempted to climb this mountain and baulked part way up. The first was last year with a friend. Today I decided to attempt alone and if travelling solo would enable me to skip across the worse sections. There were very few people on the exposed slope at the bottom and yes, I know it is possible. However, after a few failed attempts at crossing the slab, I found myself sitting on a ledge admitting I was no longer really having fun, or making progress and that this dang mountain just isn't worth it. I headed back down and retired to the picnic area and this earthcache.
Last time I refused to bother with this earthcache until I'd done the climb, but it can be a consolation prize this time. On my way up I had snapped a few photos for the answers. And soon after that, I had a close (and extremely unlikely) encounter with an echidna. But now, looking up at the mountain, there was much to see.
Spiralling in the updraft were two paragliders contrasted against the bright blue sky. Climbers could be seen scrambling the summit route, their shouting echoing all the way down here. I noted none of them were moving particularly quickly. And of course, the geology too. Being such an exposed mountain (or plug) it really is interesting to look at.
A family of tiny birds flitted around and as they disappeared, I was confident I'd done all I could here today, including grabbing the answers that have now been messaged off. A small smiley for a second fail at getting up Mount Beerwah. And truthfully, I'm not that motivated to try again. Thanks for this earthcache, J 'N' K

We spent New Year’s Day in the glasshouse mountains and had a great time exploring. Finally got to this location after wanting to visit for so long and was not disappointed. Beerwah is very impressive!! The local indigenous have nothing to worry about with us though - we are never going to climb it! Thanks so much for placing this earthcache here for us to enjoy and discover.
After a stop at GC2A5JF Glass House Lava Plugs
we wandered over this way
Little stroll down to the listed co-ords for a closer look
Gathered some info, had a chat with some climbers after their ascent
Not for us today, just admired it from the picnic ground
Then on our way ... thanks for the EC
Hopefully got the right answers.

This is so awesome here.
I saw a paraglider here whilst waiting for the walking group to return. Now that would be an awesome way to see the mountainside! But how did they lug all that great up there!?!
Thanks for a great earthcache.

After an epic walk to the top for my find #18,000 we stopped here for a breather and to again admire the stunning mountain.
My head was a bit slow there, back home the questions made more sense and I have now sent the answers.
Thank you for placing this good cache

An amazing view of Mt Beerwah. We are staying in Beerwah, which is a very central location. I am logging this hoping my answers are OK.
Completed the summit hike first and answered all questions when coming back to the car park.

To Cut A Long Story Short the Longest way is ALWAYS the best way. I had noticed this little trail of caches had popped up around the Glass House Mountains. Now ruzzelz is never one to knock back a nice ride mixed up with a little geocaching. But, what can one do to spice up a ride a little along the way.
Looking at the map I thought maybe we could ride over there,up there a couple past those little hills. Along the way we should get nice views, there will be just a gentle slope along the way. Well that is what I told Beardman when he volunteered to come along for the ride.
Why are you walking Blair? That was the easy bit. No trouble just peddle harder mate I said. It is getting so much easier now, it should be all down hill now, well maybe.
Now that was a top day out, I do like having fun and caching.

Been here many a time on the bike. Always a great spot to take a rest and admire the view.

12:27:00 PM. After finishing the climb it was time to sit down for a break and a snack. I found the required info and enjoyed the view of where we had been today. A climb crossed off the bucket list thanks to company from Konie and his son Jordan. Answers sent to CO. Thanks for the cache J 'N' K
Great place, great views with a packed car park. TFTC J 'N' K
Answers sent to CO on morning of 19 July.
The main walk of the day was to climb Mount Beerwah. We took our time climbing making the return trip in just over 3 hours. We spent over 1 hour at the top enjoying the views and speaking with others who had enjoyed the same experience scrambling to the top. From the car park to the top and back was 5kms with a total ascent/descent of 483m.
We also completed this and two other EarthCaches as part of our day's activities.

Heading up the coast for a few days camping. Today's target were the caches along the trail from Wamuran back to Caboolture way. Then whatever I passed on the very scenic route to Coochin Creek Campsite.
I was surprised how full the car park was on a week day afternoon.
Answers sent to the CO. Thanks for bringing me back out here. Been up the hill once at that will do me.

Yes I am officially crazy! Mental MinnieMoo climbed Mt Beerwah with 1GiantPanda and Grand Poobah. I cant say with them in tow as I was the one in tow, petrified like rocks for much of the journey up and down. But those organ pipes? Not only are they impressive from down low, but when you make it up to them and see them up close, they are both a relief to get to and even more impressive to see than from down low, reminding me of the Cathedral Caves in Carnarvon. (I think having now been to both tho I would much rather the experience of Cathedral Caves, where I don't need to worry about falling off a mountain and ending up as a pile of boney jam down below!).
Thankfully my companions got me through the ordeal of the day though and I made it back to the safety of the carpark in one piece (tho I have left considerable skin and denim on the mountain to remind it of my visit - surprisingly my jeans did actually survive the journey!).
It is nice to know this Earthcache is doable by those of us chicken at heart, had I not managed to make it up and back today.
Thanks for the earthcache J 'N' K.

Aussies are one of the toughest people I have seen. People stall this mountain with their teenage kids.
Being Russian myself and having some climbing experience/training, I was fascinated.
A great country with great people.
The view at the top is worth living!

What a stanky, busted, hot smut of a day. Everywhere we looked was drooping in the heat and temperature gauges were busting open in sympathy alone.
Mid-morning we found ourselves in the car park which was brimming full, but there was no one around to be found. If they had decided to climb the mountain on this crazy hot day, we had to assume they had either melted on the hike or were near dehydration and death. My daughter and I skolled some freezing cold water from the fridge as a tribute and walked to GZ.
It was either 22.00 metres of 22.06 metres along the track that my daughter asked me if she could hold the car keys for safety. It was a strange request but I obliged and when I glanced back there was only a puff of dust like the Road Runner leaves, and no sign of my kid. Looks like I’m dealing with the rocks on my own.
The view of Beerwah from GZ is just the most amazing ever and in reality my daughter missed out for being slack (and a teenager). I could go on about how Mt Beerwah contains my favourite word “Beer”, but it really has nothing on my favourite hill: Mt Orgasm. Answers emailed. tftc

Today I took another walk to the summit, this time with a friend who had not done it before, and on the way back we stopped so I could get the info for this cache. The sign is very informative of the history of the place. TFTEc, J 'N' K.

We visited my beerwah today, and enjoyed the mist rising above the trees and the waterfalls running off the mountain, though on previous occasions we have climbed this mother mountain. Today it was lovely to take clues blues here to tell her the stories of the mountains and enjoy the amazing spectacle that is the organ pipes and Mt beerwah
Today I visited this mountain with my friends and we also gathered earthcache information.
Thanks for the fun.
Thanks for the fun.
I came to climb Beerwah today with a friend. Got about halfway to the caves and turned back. Managed to kinda forget all about this one that we no doubt walked right by. I'll get it next time, and hopefully to the top too.

Another perfect sunny Winter day for a few more caches around Beerwah.
Not any muggles around here today and an excellent piece of geology here.
Just a short walk and all info gathered, answers sent and hopefully all good.
Thanks for the great Earthcache J 'N' K, fav point added.

The way up was really challenging, mainly first 20 meters. I enjoyed it very much. View on top is amazing. Thanks.

This has been on my radar for awhile and while working in the area, I made a detour and grabbed this EC.
Once at GZ, I gathered the info required, then made it back to the van and headed back to work.

We were visiting Beerwah for some rock climbing fun, and -- especially since the Organ Pipes were staring down at us from the top of our climb -- we just had to claim this Earthcache while we were there.
Maybe next time we'll venture up to the Pipes themselves, but today's activities were a few metres down the mountain from them.
Thanks for the Earthcache and the geology lesson, J 'N' K. Nice to actually learn something about the rocks we're climbing.

We will have to come back to this mountain, today we were with relatives who wouldn't be able to take the hike, we would have enjoyed the climb.
thanks

We were on our way to visit friends in Maleny today and seeing we were in the area, we thought we would drop in and have at look at the Organ Pipes. Basalt columns are always amazing to see and these ones didn't disappoint. We gathered the answers and I have sent them off to the COs - fingers crossed all is good. TFTEC J 'N 'K, we enjoyed our visit
We spent a nice day in the Glasshouse Mountains area and made a detour to Mt. Beerwah. Thanks for the interesting EC, redgecco
Today I explored the Glassmoumtains national park.
First I went to mount Beerwah.
What a great sight.
Thank you for sharing.

This is the first time I've been this close to My Beerwah, and I don't need to go any closer
Collected the answers, puzzled over one and then we stood watching to see if we could see any one up there, as there were cars in the carpark, but we couldn't see any.

Out and about with Wombles creating a few smileys.
I love Mt Beerwah and can't wait to get up to the summit one day soon.
I think wombles thinks I'm crazy
THanks for the EC J 'N' K

Out to find an Earth Cache for Earth Cache day. Geo hubby's birthday coincided so what a great day to get out and explore.
Shamefully we have never visited Mt Beerwah before despite living on the Sunny Coast for many years. I was impressed with the tranquility (chose to ignore the noise from nearby trail bike riders) of the area and understand why the local aboriginals chose this as a sacred birthing place.
Thank you for placing this earth cache and for the information. Very pleased to have discovered the location through geocaching.

Out to collect an earth cache souvenir and this was just down the road. What started out as a quick run down the road quickly turned into a slow trip due to a bad accident somewhere on the Bruce, closing down both lanes.
Eventually getting to the Mt Beerwah car park, a police car overtook me to arrive just before I did. On the way out an ambulance was waiting so all in all I didn't have a bad a day as a few others in the area.
First time to My Beerwah and what an imposing site. Not geared up for a climb today to collect the other caches on top. Maybe a future trip . . .
Answers sent to the CO for consideration. Thanks for setting up this earth cache J 'N' K.

Out for a drive through the area today and to grab this EC which I'd been meaning to do for a while.
It was a busy day but once at GZ the information was soon gathered. After enjoying the view and a chat with a few climbers I headed off and will have to return another day for another climb.
Thanks for an interesting EC and well worth a fvourite point.

Auf dem Weg nach Maleny haben wir auch einen Abstecher in die Glashaus Mountains gemacht. Sehr schönes Gebiet. Hie konnten wir auch die Lösungen zu den Fragen des Earthcaches finden.

Visited the Mountain yesterday and sent answers off to CO. We walked past a lady who climbs up once a week! I don't think I could climb to the no waiting zone once a week! Thanks to the CO's for bringing us here
Out and about in the Glasshouse mountains with EatSleepCacheRepeat, and came to have a look at this mountain. We decided not to attempt the climb today as there were only two of us, and I was in hiking boots and somewhat weary after a decent hike yesterday.
Quickly gathered the answers to this one before heading on to a mountain more to today's abilities; we'll be back for the traditional on top though!

Out caching in the area today with JezNDez, this being our first stop Questions were quickly answered and submitted. We went for a walk up to the base of the mountain and after climbing the first face, we sat and watched the sun rise. Not having the right gear to do the whole mountain today meant we comically slid back down to leave the climb for another day! We took a mental note that a maccas tray might help with the descent when we return Loved the Earth cache, I learnt something new which is always a nice feeling FP from me
Answers sent. Great location and interesting i formation. Another favorite point from me. TftEC.
After reaching the lofty heights at the top of Mt Beerwah earlier in the morning we stopped at the picnic shelters on the way back to the cars for a rest and to admire our achievement. In between Swellerfungus accosting every passer by to show them his newly shredded pants from the climb down, we managed to gather the necessary observations and information to answer the questions posed. A lovely morning to be out on the mountain, reflected in the constant stream of people who were heading up there today. TFTC
Having climbed the mountain today, we got up close to the organ pipes and the fantastic geological structures at the base of the pipes.
Back at the bottom, we took a break and considered this earthcache. Answers sent to the CO. Many thanks, J 'N' K.

Clambered up the nearby hill for a bit of fun yesterday. We took the time on the way to find the answers for this one. An interesting bit of learning about the different rock types. Thanks. Answers sent to CO.
Out for a drive and decided to hit Glasshouse. We love this area and for some reason hadn't visited this mountain. What a grand view! I zoomed in with my camera and could see lots of crazies (whoops, climbers) clinging to the rock below the pipes!!! Thankfully J'N'K didn't want us to go any higher. It is a fantastic view from GZ and Flora and I were a bit envious of the climbers. After a million or so photos we decided to pack up and move on to the next cache, just a boring old traditional. Thanks for bringing us here J'N'K, loved the Earth cache. Have a fav point
We needed this cache to help us complete a Monthly Challenge we’re working on so we made quick dash up today to specially do it. I use to come here many many years ago and we’d Abseil off the overhang up the top. They were big days lugging all the gear up but a lot of fun.
Today it was a very casual affair as we strolled around the picnic area and found the answers and viewed the mountain.

Have climbed up and down this mountain three times. One of my favourites. Answers sent.
Was in the area for the climb, and so set about checking the old girl out from here on Terra much Firma. Collected some data, sent off the answers ... and learned a valuable lesson on mineral elements (as well as reading the questions properly) . Logged with kind permission.
Thanks J 'N' K for bringing me to this location.

We were with Pprime, Fangsoki and Griffo on an assault to the top of this challenging mountain. Once we were safely back down we discussed the questions to this Earthcache and jointly decided on the answers and Pprime submitted them to the CO for us. We had a great day and thank you for the geology lesson. TFTC
I certainly have been slack logging this one. We found all our answers on our return trip down from Mt Beerwah with Pprime, Fangsoki, herbz and myself a few weeks back. Certainly not a climb for the faint hearted.
The answers were a little tricky and it took some time to gather all my info before submitting to the owner. In the end the more difficult question was staring me in the face.
Confirmation received by the owner that I have the correct answers.
Thanks for the great Earthcache

Well I know I had been here before - but for the life of me I don't know what for
But today I was certainly here - with Pprime, Team Herbz, and Mr Griffo. We all debated our answers and Mr Pprime sent them on our behalf and they have been graciously accepted by the cache owner.
It is a remarkable mountain indeed - and looks very impressive even from down here. TFTEC J 'N' K - always good to learn something about our local area

It's International Earthcache Day and what better earthcache to get than the one at the most prominent geological feature within 100km.
I have been wanted to visit Mt Beerwah all year but things kept getting in the way. Today I t looked like the weather might interfere but it held off thankfully.

A beautiful morning climbing to the base of Mt Beerwah.
The rain held off and lots of young people made the climb to the top.
I asked lots of questions about the climb and was told it was all rock on the way up with only a patch of sand under the organ pipes.
One climber told me that he had done the climb twice that morning.
Thanks for bringing us back to this place where we have had many picnics in this park.
Must have just missed Vennfamily as he came when we left.
TFTEC Thanks J'N'K All good with this Earthcache

Wanting to find an earthcache for International earthcache day, this was the closest to home in an interesting location that did not involve a climb. As the weather was threatening rain at any time and a bit windy, we thought climbing any of the mountains was not a good idea for today.
We have climbed Mt Beerwah before together before the kids were born, and I climbed it several times with my Dad during my primary school days - I remember my younger brother and sister being tied to Dad with a rope, and wearing out many pairs of jeans sliding down the rockface on the way back. I think the track has changed somewhat now and there were certainly not so many warnings back then in the early 80's. I am yet to convince our now teenage kids to climb - hopefully we'll get up there again soon, to go to the other caches.
Nice close up view from the picnic area and we were surprised that there were quite a number of people climbing the mountain despite the weather.

Tuesday. Slow Puncture was with a group of other intrepids to tackle three caches on the mountain, this being one of them.
We stopped at this one on the way up to Big Bold Beautiful Beerwah and Where Eagles Nest. Lovely location, stunning scenery - it just stares at you in the face and is quite breathtaking. It is spooky to be able to literally stand underneath it all.
This was the 1st of 3 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***J 'N' K***, for showing us this great place. Answers to the cache page have been sent via email.

Mt Beerwah is one of my all-time favourite places, and the time I have spent there is etched firmly in my mind, mainly due to the physically challenging nature of climbing here, and the sheer majestic beauty of the area.
As such I have taken a plethora of photos, in particular of the area in question, the organ pipes of the cathedral. The geology here is unique, and I took some time studying it. What a great idea to have an Earthcache featuring this area.
Thanks JnK for showcasing this area, and it's nice to know that so many can enjoy visiting it without the punishment of having to climb the beast! Awarding an FP for your effort
