We had a great day today, driving out to Mudgee via Coolah and Gulgong, managing 37 finds including 7 trigs in perfect weather, if a little hot at times.
We squeezed off the road, and checked the hide in the long grass - got it.... unfortunately the container is broken, and the log too wet to sign - photo attached.... TFTC

On my first roadtrip after lockdown to pick up my daughter for the school holidays. On the way home today, we had the obligatory pie from the bakery & swung by here to pick up a smiley. First thoughts on where it was weren't quite right, but we made a quick find nonetheless. Picked up the TB. TFTC, smee1961!

Found by Mary and David at 12:45. Always enjoy the many black stump places. We have encountered them in several States. As M has lived mostly in Victoria, she can't get used to reversing into a parking space. D grew up in Sydney, and is used to it. Dropped off "Palmetto State Flag TB". Our thanks to smee1961.
While staying Tamworth for a few days, I ran out of caches to find 
So, I grabbed my geodog Scruffy and decided to find a few caches further afield.

Well it was very overgrown with long grass and lots of prickles, Found by GeoIan. T TFTC.
I think i put my life on the line for this one. The prickles and the long grass, no where to park because of. I searched the sign, as these usually are on the sign, but then a voice from the car says its BOT. Another trk, though the prickles and the long grass. Found it. TFTC.
nice and easy this love the area and our travels around , heading from Gilgandra to home so had to take the detour to pick up these along the way, many thanks for placing the cache

Made a detour on the way home from dubbo. i have slowly been getting a few caches every trip, but now i have to detour further every time to discover more amazing places. Followed the hint for this one and came up short , after widening the search the cache was soon found higher up the tree. Thanks for the cache and bringing me here.

Day 2 of my trip to the Clear Waters Mega. Going from Narrabri to Dubbo in a non-linear fashion, to make sure I cover lots of local government areas. A quick park and grab after lunch. TFTC!

We arrived at Coolah by a different road but who doesn't make a detour for a welcome? While MrG turned the RV around the cache was found. Always enjoy a visit to Coolah's caches. TFTC smee1961.

Having set up camp at Coolah Tops and survived the first cold night, we headed out for a day of Geocaching. This was our first cache for the day, and it was easily found.
On a family drive from Newcastle to Dubbo. Decided to swing by Coolah and grab some lunch and a few caches in the way.

After leaving Dubbo we headed to Coolah for an over night stay & to locate the many caches in the area. Placing all the caches in town must be a boost for the local area.

I have just came to replace the cache only to find it hasn't been muggled. It's still there for you to find folks
Someone has stolen this one, I found one of the 'tradables' it was a little orange dinosaur toy. Please try and replace this one for future exploreres
It is not there it was there cause me and my mate checked but nothing besides a little dinosuare toy.

Visiting friends in Coolah - didn't know about caching when I lived here so making up for time now. TFTC
We were driving past on the way to Coolac Tops and thought we might as well stop. Saw the HUGE spider just in time and went around the other way - only to find another one. Sorry Mr Spider for breaking your web - but there was a cache! Thanks to the CO for placing it.
Almost walked into the large black cache guardian having his lunch but saw him just in time. The other way was blocked as well, so the web had to go. Spider survived and so did we. TFTC
Have been in and out of Coolah several times in the past 5 days as part of the RFS Southern Strike Team. This sign greeted us every evening as we returned from the fire ground. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to stop for a photo or a cache.
Lovely spot, nice easy find. Took small destiny book left smiley magnetic. On the road now to Qld. TFTC

Having been at the Day on the Green on Saturday, stayed at Coolah for the night and on Sunday decided to do some caching. TFTC
Well I never came in that way but was pleased to find a large version of a small cache. Country looks great, with more rain on the way. Thanks.
Yay! Woohoo! This was a nice easy cache to find and on opening the container we were presented with a pristine log just waiting to be signed. A (FTF) is always exciting! The log soon had our name on it in the appropriate place and then all was returned to its hiding place. We are giving it a favourite point as we do with all the caches where we are the {FTF} cachers. Thank you smee1961 for placing this series of caches.
