We had a great day today, driving out to Mudgee via Coolah and Gulgong, managing 37 finds including 7 trigs in perfect weather, if a little hot at times.
A quick find, but everything is now wet and caked together, not signable, needs replacing.... TFTC

Cache has a hole in it. Would need replacing if it rains as log would get wet. Didn’t have anything to replace it with on me.
Quick find on the way to the Warrumbungles this morning.
Lovely town as well.

Found by Mary and David at 12:30. Now we understand the cache name. A wonderful old specimen. Dropped off "Christmas in Australia" trackable. Our thanks to smee1961.
There was a dumped car at GZ, but no cars came past while I found, retrieved and signed. Tftc.
Found on a trip around central New South Wales with e.gregory1. Our original plans were to travel through Bourke, Cunamulla and Toowoomba to attend the Dayboro event in Queensland and return via Port Macquarie and central NSW, but a series of events that included road closures due to flooding in southern inland Queensland, a covid outbreak in Brisbane and widespread storm damage and road closures along the north coast of NSW resulted in multiple changes of plans during the trip. As it eventuated our travels took us to central New South Wales, on a route from Broken Hill to Cobar, Nyngan, and Gunnedah from where we meandered southwards through some great scenery and historic towns that included Dunedoo, Wellington, Cowra and Yass. We then headed in a roughly westerly direction through to Temora, Wagga Wagga, Deniliquin and Swan Hill before making a final dash for home. All up we found a good mix of Traditionals, Puzzle Caches, Multicaches, Adventure Labs, Wherigos, Earthcaches, Letterbox Hybrids and Virtual Caches on a very entertaining and enjoyable trip. Thanks for the cache smee1961!
Found on a trip around inland NSW with FeatherWaite.
Our original intention was to attend the Mega event at Dayboro in Queensland, travelling up via Broken Hill, Bourke, Cunamulla and Toowoomba, then home via the NSW coast to Port Macquarie then on to Adelaide via central NSW. However, the Covid outbreak in Brisbane forced us to reconsider, particularly given that the Mega and associated events were within the area of concern and we may have had difficulty re-entering NSW to get home and then would have had to quarantine back in SA for 14 days.
The floods in the north and east of NSW also hampered our travel plans. But we were able to develop a new plan that took us on a very pleasant tour around country NSW, picking up some great caches along the way.
Thanks smee1961 for the cache.

Tonight we have set our van up at the free camp at the golf course for the night. Once set up we head out to find the caches in the area. We really enjoyed caching in this sleepy little town. Afterwards we went back to our van and got changed before going to the country club for a nice feed and to put a few bucks through the pokies.

Found under a widow maker considering the violent winds blowing today. Appreciated location as one local yokel ripped past without seeing me. Thanks.
A nice quick and easy find, I so detest generic logs, such a pity people cannot take the time to write a proper log, oh well.
Heading south on holidays we stopped and found a few caches along the way.

Wonder if Leichhardt said 'boo yeah' when he passed here . . . we certainly felt like it when we saw the scenic country views and a GZ that looks as old as Methuselah. TFTC smee1961.
Visiting friends in Coolah - didn't know about caching when I lived here so making up for time now. TFTC
Found while staying at Coolah caravan park for Easter, on the way to Coonabarabran
Quick find even if we did park our car and van across the gateway and then to have a car wanting to leave the property. It was a good excuse to have a chat.
