TFTC... good to be tall. Took inspiration from Glen McGrath.. nil sandpaper needed
I was out today at Caringbah, so decided to pick up some nearby caches at Caringbah and Miranda.
This was my second on the list. I parked the car right near gz and then it was just a short walk across. On approach, I had an idea where the cache may be, and spotted it after a brief search. Signed the log and replaced it all as found. No cricket or soccer here today. Then it was back to the car and onto the next one. TFTC

A quick find. TFTC visited here on a beautiful sunny day after one of the coldest nights this year.
Nice quick find and thank god because it was freezing. This one brings up my 300...something Steve Smith might be doing here soon when he plays for Sutherland during his ban
Find No.2898

#1784 after going to a ANZAC dawn service near home came down this way to grab a few caches. This was the first one I found it was a nice quick find but the log is full. I signed about halfway down the front side where a few groups had a light pen so could barely read it.
Signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache Team MavEtJu

First instincts were correct, found it on closer inspection once the neighbors went inside. Thanks!
Find 2 of 3 for the morning (2 GCA and 1GC cache).
Stopped here with the geokiddies for morning tea and a play at the nearby playground. This was a quick find where expected. Geoboy watched the grounds men at work while I completed the signing duties. Squeezed my name on the side of the log which is full. Sorry did not have a replacement log of the right size.
Thanks for the cache TeamMavEtJu.

#4562 (2 of 4 today)
Dinner in The Shire with friends tonight, so as usual I got here early to grab a few caches. Managed to get four out of four, although I did have muggle issues at two.
And dinner was nice - thanks for asking!
###END OF CUT NAD PASTE SECTION###
I've been here before for a previous cache.
More muggle problems. A women's cricket match was in progress and one muggle was watching from near GZ.
Still managed to spot it and so had to position myself to make the grab unseen. Took a few minutes.
Away to complete signing duties - and he moved even closer to GZ. Grrrrr!
But now he was in front of it looking at the field. Snuck behind him for the replace, then away.

Much quicker find than the last time I tried here. Considering container, location and the tools previously employed, now satisfied it was MIA last time and I was not just suffering cache blindness.
#95 McGrath Oval is looking great for the upcoming cricket season, a nice oasis surrounded by urban jungle. Found the cache quickly, it was lying on the ground, probably due to all the wind lately. SL and returned to where I thought it should live. TFTC MavEtJu
No soccer or cricket today. Signed the log as EV and sevabo. Thanks for the cache and hunt
Took a few minutes before I noticed the obvious spot and quickly grabbed. TFTC
was about to leave and we finally found it! look out for the back of the sign
Last cache fir the day. Even though gps was spinning like a top I was on my game today. Eyed off the likely spot and after a quick search I had CIH. TFTC.
At the first place I looked, a redback spider was staring at me so I was about to leave straight away! When I checked the coordinates again, I was a couple of meters off. At GZ it was a quick find and log. TFTC!
We headed out on a geocaching weekend with Rapidlywild to collect the new puzzle trail in Helensburg and others along the way. The weather was not kind, in fact it was downright revolting at times, but we persevered through the rain, flooded roads and detours to collect the smileys. We tackled the trail and arrived in the Sutherland shire just on dark, time to find the hotel and grab a bite to eat before heading back out to grab a few more for the day.
We were spoilt for choice in this area as neither Rapidlywild or us had cached here before, there were quite a few slippery steps and slopes to tackle down to the water, but we managed to collect a nice bagfull before heading into the city to play our other addiction and grab a puzzle and an earthcache.
Apologies for the generic log, thanks to the cache owners for the placements, collecting them on this wet day only added to the adventure.

With the long weekend upon us, plans were in place with FurfacesLL to head towards Helensburgh to do the newly released puzzle series and what ever comes up. Weather in Helensburgh was far from pleasent....... we got pretty wet, came across some flooded roads, and some yucky leaches. We cached in Helensbough, Cronulla, Harbour Bridge, Bowral and even Goulburn lol we went everywhere [:p]
We had a swag of options available to us, so it was a matter of using the "Find Next Closest" on the GPSr and we let it make the choices for us Apologies for generic logs, lots of finds, lots of fun, slippery walkways, stairs and plenty of water lol.
Thanks heaps to FurfacesLL for another awesome weekend away, thanks Team MavEtJu for the cache placement [^]

Found it while out playing with the drone, didn't have a pen so I took a shot of the location from above.
Searched with my nephew but had no luck. Will have to try again when I'm in the area next
My timing really sucked when I went to find this one. A short cul-de-sac leading to the public sport field, which just so happened to be the rear access to a school during school zone time had so many cars sandwiched in to pick up their kids, who were being led out by the teachers.
I had to blend in and pretended to be a parent waiting on foot while I made the find.
Thanks for the cache.

I decided to explore more of The Shire today . Starting in Caringbah and hitting the pavements.
My third stop of the today, I crossed the pretty oval to arrive at GZ. A few things caught my attention and I walked past the hide twice before laying my eyes on it. It's simple but very well camo'd here

There was a game on, but i was too busy playing my own game to stop and watch the action. TFTC
Thanks for you cache , I have today a nice trip with my bike and found many cache . all the best Diddyhonda
dingoman007 thought he saw something early on but we looked elsewhere for a while longer. Came back to the initial spot and dingoman007 says "I told you so!". Yes, he was right. Came for the Geocaching Australia cache nearby, left with a smiley from this cache and points for my clan in the Summer Scavenger Series.
TFTC,
In the area after work, with time on my hands before the same CO event, why not collect some more smilies, quick & easy P&G here, even kept my car running.

On my way home from a meeting in Cronulla, I stopped for this cache. A couple of muggles around, but they were busy doing normal muggle stuff, so I could investigate GZ without problem and there I soon found the cache. Signed the log and replaced and then headed back north.
Team MavEtJu I found your cache Cricket and Soccer ][ on 30/10/16, 1:09 pm. This is my find #1791 and find #2 today. Thought it was higher than it was, a quick park and grab. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
TC has walked to this one from our lunch stop in the shopping area, I took the easy way out and drove. Another easy find.
Had to get tablespoon get it for me cause he is tallest out of the 3 spoons! TFTC
TFTC,
Back in the area after 3 months away and it's time to try and clear my 5Km radius again. I don't think it will happen very soon.
#2 for today. A quick find. Coordinates spot on. Watched a few balls being bowled for a while and thought about an idea for another cache. Now what type of twist could I add to the idea. Visited a group of trackables.
After yesterdays big effort to complete a 5/5 for my 4,000th find, it was back to basics today. What a day it has been with 11 found caches, left 3 trackables for others to move on and took 1 trackable to travel with for a while.
As a part of my contribution to helping make the "Easter 2017 Red Centre Experience" GC6825Z a great Event, I will be leaving a card in every cache that is large enough to take it or adding a comment to my logs. If you find a card, it provides a number for a trackable so you can "Discover me". It is for the Event Mascot. There is also the Web page address "red.ozmega.com.au" and a facebook page.

A quick find on our local geocaching day signed the log and replaced. Watched some cricket before moving on to the next. Thanks to Team MavEtJu.
20/8/16. 10:11 AM. Cache #4108.
2nd of 8 finds - Kareela, Caringbah, Woolooware.
**Happy International Geocaching Day!**
After a find at "Sir JB", a pause in the search for "Quest for the Holy Grail" and a realisation that "Lost Frog" is probably lost for good, that was as far as I could get in clearing out Kareela's three caches. So I decided to change direction and clear out Caringbah instead, coming here to the Ooh-Aah oval next.
Easy find once I focused on the right level. After signing and replacing, headed on to next target, "Caringbah Girl Guides Hall - Shanti". TFTC.

Nice easy find. Lots of people about. Didnt have a pen on me so I couldn't sign the log. TFTC!
After a quick cache grab at Hong Kong Airport I had to do another quick grab to get a distance between caches and this was the lucky one. After a humid 38c in HKG it was refreshing to find a nice 15c one back home.
A bit of deja vue after a few caches already done in the past here.

The sky was clear and thus a clear view to the city skyline was had this morning. Many muggles at the soccer games but all were engrossed as I swiftly made the find and did the business. I too recall find a cache "over there" in the past. TFTC Team MavEtju.
Nice quick find after the school dropoff. Remember doing the original here a while back.

Not so easy in the dark. Found at 2100. Lucky I'm so"tall" and could access it without getting on my tippy toes! 3TF. I found the original last year but it was a much bigger container. Nice park to look over in the daytime. TFTC. #669.
FTF this is my first one! Found with Geokids and Missa25. This oval is awesome I have seen a few international cricket teams play here! TFTC
