Elliejay2024 and I are on our way to toodyay for the IGCD24. Decided to warm up for the weekend by grabbing a few on our way. TFTC
Out and about again, out for the afternoon. Have a Trail Race Opening Ceremony and Race Brief and Check-in near Toodyay Rd and Roe Hwy.So went through Gidgegannup and round the back roads back to start. This is 15799.Thanks to WebblyWA for the caches I have found.
Early wakeup for todays event at Bells Rapids, celebrating EarthCache Day. Attended the event at 9am and grabbed a nearby multi cache with others before deciding it was worth a lengthy detour to Toodyay for a pie and donut. Thankfully the road out and town itself were both quiet today, which is unusual for a sensational spring day. After smashing my smashing my feed, it was time for a few caches that Ive had on the map for a bit too long. Cleaned up a number of the Bilya Bounty series, as well as the Toodyay Trek series. This was my last find for the day. Originally pulled up around the corner, as I was on my way back from Toodyay and didnt know of the pull off area. Eventually got smarter and drove around. The cache was in good condition. Cheers WebblyWA!
Full time nomads stopping in Toodyay for a while.
An earlyish start saw us tackle nearly 60caches and travel over 200km. A variety of hides some very long searches and and some quick finds.
Only 7 DNF's today. We did maintenance on any caches that needed it including replacing broken containers and full logsheets.

Teamed up with ullyssia today to find the GG series and the ALs around Northam and Toodyay, working towards qualifying for a challenge. We also looked for the AL bonus caches and a few other hides in the area that neither of us had already found, including this one. Thank you for the cache WebblyWA.
Thank you! Headed out for the day with papillon367 to travel around Northam and Toodyay. Happy to make the find here.

Out this way today placing some caches, I couldn’t go past some green dots on the map so stopped in here to make a quick find TFTH
We had a trip planned for this neck of the woods in March but the ‘Rona virus put a halt to that and we have only just got around to booking some free time to get away from home. This cache was one we targeted for our two day mini-adventure, cheers and TFTC.

Outnabout again and was determined to flip the sad face. Google maps had us clambering across the river but we were better informed this time. I’m too embarrassed to post the photos that were taken. Thanks for ultimately an easy find.
Muggle Hubby AKA Impatient Geocacher trying to appease me turned this into a D/T 5/5. Little data to go on and so gave up before I got wet.
I'm doing the 'trek' today as camping overnight in Toodyay Missed the pull off here so had to turn around at the nearby Motorcross track and do the short double back. Headed down towards GZ but then decided a change of footwear was probably wise - and went from thongs to hiking boots, lol. Suitably attired off I went again and this time was soon at GZ. A few rocks about but coming from this angle I immediately spotted a rock placement that looked a little suspicious, and sure enough made the find straight away No problems here, everything is as it should be. Decided to leave the boots on as I'll most likely need them again before I get to Toodyay! TFTC
Hint didn't help too much as there are heaps of rocks here. Good Coors's in spite of failing phone signal. Tftc
Trying to grab a few caches between showers. Managed this one with no trouble. tftc
Another day, another adventure, we headed out this morning on a mission to claim some more smilies including some recently published ones. Happy to say we came up trumps here today with a nice quick find TFTC
Just near the Motorcross track. Great little location. Thanks for the cache.
Up early to grab a few smileys on the way to an event at Lake Lescenaultia. Planned to try and finish the TBROG series.
Starting to warm up now. Spotted pretty quickly. All in good order

It's always a challenge finding offline caches - the gz bounces around like crazy. But I got there eventually. Gorgeous Golden Whistler and Splendid Fairywren here.
We came up again this way to find the last 20 or so caches of the TbroG series and some others in the area.
Most caches were easy to locate, but a couple kept us going around in circles for a while. No DNFs today, happy days!
Bit noisy here today with the dirtbikes nearby. TFTH

Another cool but sunny day so off to get some caches with m4yb. Might even see how we go for a run at 300 in the month of June.

Off to Tbrog today with megawat60 and the GeoJazz, with a few other caches as well, this was one of them, TFTC in this lovely spot.
I was surprised I managed to find this one at all. My phone died just as I pulled in to the parking bay, with at least 60m to go through bush to GZ. I remembered the hint from reading through the cache description during lunch a couple of hours earlier, so I set off in an approximate direction searching all possible GZs. After about 15 mins I miraculously struck gold. What a fluke! TFTC
Out for a miantenance trip to Toodyay with Robbo 56 stopped to collect a Smiley here after a quick find

I walked down from the car park and saw the Noble Falls motocross track in front of me. Haven't been there for many years. Didn't take long to find the cache but it was 6m out for me at 972/963. Signed log and replaced as found and covered it up better as it was a bit exposed when I found it. Thanks for the cache.
** This is a late log **
The caches I am now logging are from a little road trip I did with Eliktrisiti back in late January. We were only away for the one night, but we certainly packed in lots of fun, finds, smileys and laughter, not to mention getting totally drenched on day 2 as we picked up most of the Julimar Wander - like two drowned rats we were, but happy rats at that.
Since then, many more caches have been found and shared geocaching adventures have been enjoyed too, so it is about time that I got down to work on all those outstanding logs, albeit somewhat late.
I appreciate all the effort each of the cache owners has gone through to create and place each and every hide and I do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my usual style of individualized logs.
No problems finding this one. Thanks for the smiley WebblyWA

Day 2 of the end of school holidays road trip with Mistraluna. Luckily the the heat had tuned down, but not so luckily the rain from north had reached the GinGin are... ou well, that should not stop the cachehunt.... and it didn't. Best day ever, although at times we were soaked as some poor rags on the washing lines. All for the name of THE smileys. Thank you for this one WebblyWA
According to the temperature gauge it reached 44 degrees today, so a lot of hoping in & out of the air conditioned vehicle. This one was a nice walk, or it would have been on a cooler day. The cache had been left out in the open, completely exposed. Tucked it away as per hint. TFTC
Found with pommieparkin2 on an extremely hot day. We don't intend to walk far from the aircon but hopefully that will not hold us back too far. TFTC
Walked in on short route through the reeds, walked back on a slightly longer route with less reeds. Thanks for the cache WebblyWA.
TFTC! Had a day out caching with Cravo10 to collect some of the new Toodyay Rd caches, before exploring the Toodyay township and then continuing on our journey to Northam where we picked up a couple of caches we haven't managed to get to on recent visits including an archived cache at the information bay just outside of town which was very well found by Bristag (read the associated logs - don't think it will ever go missing again!!) after completing the majority of our chores in Northam we continued on towards wundowie where we had a couple of caches we were desperate to find wundowie wonderland, which was quite amazing when you linked what we saw in person and what was on the aerial maps on the iPhone, simply amazing. Maybe jasenjanine can organise a nice event for us all go see the masterpiece!!
Then we went and tried for the highly rated BBF the drawer field puzzle cache by jasenjanine who never disappoint with their nicely constructed caches! Won't say much on here but it's well worth a look, leave yourself an hour to get it and you only need one or two fingers, no force required. Fav point for that one!
Great day out with only a dozen ish finds, but happy to add to the stats. Thanks to the local COs

Out for an unexpected morning of caching along Toodyay Road, this cache was our next target... We all made our way to this one & were scratching our heads for a moment or two. The hint lead us astray & had us searching elsewhere, until we decided to have a closer look. The well hidden cache was then soon discovered [^]
