Yay finally found something. If I didnt see the photo I probably wouldnt have found it. Also discovered a skate park after living here for 10 years.
Cache not missing i did retrieve the TBGot to watch a man on his skate board tooWow big housing development since I was last here
Searched all trees for about an hour before checking the activity comments.Located said tree and began searching. I think this cashe may have been taken. Have messaged owner.
Always worry when searching around by torch light so close to people's houses. Thankfully this was a relatively quick in and out and it was a v for victory here
Find #210
Nice quick find in the dark. Geocaching pal said “go home, you’re trunk!” Dropped off a trackable - TFTC

Great find, there are a lot of Vs in the trees! you better be ready to get your hands dirty!
“100 - woohoo!!” says the junior cacher. As it’s February, this skate park is 45 years old this month. So what better way to celebrate than make it our 100th cache found TFTC
Nice TFTC. This park is almost dystopian empty today and had a bit of a haunting feel. interesting little place.
Checked on cache not missing. The previous founder had the original which was replaced long ago. See image of hide today
Will need to check, but I thinks this is the original, not the new one I left recently
M24: Found the cache right on the ground, container over here and a broken lid over there, and no log anywhere.
Dont know why that is I put in some paper from my backpack into the cache for now, but because of the broken lid situation, it probably won't be long before certain conditions may damage the paper, so it'll need replacing soon.
TFTC.

The hint made it a quick, easy find - didn't realise there was a little skate park here. Covered it up a bit so the cache was less exposed (in case a muggle stumbles upon it down there)!
Keylev and I were on a mission to really crank up the numbers today. So better get to it!
I found this one quickly and we were soon on our way. TFTC

As luck would have it NZTravellers, B4Dawn and I realised that all our other work and social commitments aligned to give us some free time this week so what better way to put this to use then some afternoon / evening / night caching the WHOLE week!!! This is day 3 so by now the early work starts so that we could finish early and have more afternoon caching time was kicking in but we were not going to let that stop us. Unfortunately both of the NZTs had to pull out of the adventures so it meant only B4Dawn and I were on the caching hunt tonight.
Nice quick find after a short walk across the park.
Thanks for the cache.

Phot log for this one today. Thanks. I did not know there was a bowl here. Wow. Cool
TFTC! Nice easy one for the kids to find. Had them 'stumped' for a while though.
Really cool park. Will totally have to bring along a ball and board next time I'm in the area Tftc!
Lovely place and amazing basketball court and skate park. Amazed this is tucked away as a hidden gem! TFTC
Nice find with woolwood9 today.

I would have never noticed this reserve here if it wasn’t for this cache.
Cache wasn’t in the tree, but I put it in the nearest one.
Thanks for the cache!

Quick easy find while in the area today. No one in the park which made finding this one easier. TNLN. Cool hide. Cheers
Fun find. Pick the right V tree and you're golden. Sanitized hands afterwards.
Easy find after a couple of dnfs. Managed to squeeze a little treasure in for the next finder.
3rd find of the day with daughter. Didn't know this park was here.thanks for bridging me
Found this one today. No problem. Thank you for this one says Mafrika from Germany
All trees had V. Picked up the right one and took the blue Geocaching medicine. Thanks for the cache.
Had the day off work and was heading into the city to pick up books for the start of Uni next week. My aim was to find enough clues for the Mystery of the Museum to unlock the next stage. I knew the rain was going to settle in and hoped to find all the clues before it got really bad.
All quiet at GZ with the rain keeping all muggles away. I was following my GPS which said I still had 15m to GZ, but I quickly spotted the cache. After retrieving and signing my GPS had finally caught up.

Had to take a ride around the block to find the entry to the park, but once that was done the cache was a quick find
I arrived in the park just on dark and literally stumbled my way to GZ. Initially I was looking in the wrong place all together. And even after looking in the right tree I missed it on the first sweep. However got it on the second look. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. The cache is holding up well. So thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC.

This is geo streak day #982 in a row for me.

One of us made a late evening visit to Bob Hill Reserve to collect our daily find. There were a few people around in the park but nobody near GZ. Just needed to be careful searching with a house so close over the fence. Did not take too long before I was signing the log. Thanks.
We found this as we were visiting many way points involving Portage Rd history. Tftc
I was in the area this morning so walked across here (then thru the skate bowl) to the GZ for a quick find. I am not a fan of those horrible boxes overlooking the GZ but I guess that is the state of housing in Auckland these days. TFTC
Today I had a bit of time between work commitments and heading to the airport and home, so I decided to head westish to find a few caches out this way. Reminds me of the skateboard craze of my youth - it never grabbed my but plenty of my friends hung out at places like this. All good with the cache too. TFTC, Biggles.
Neat skate bowl design, I was tempted to try and have a go with one of the shopping carts laying around but the track does look a bit technical. Easy cache though, thanks for bringing me here, cheers
It took a wee while to find this cache. Thankfully no one was watching over the fence (l hope). TFTC
Almost didn't go for this one as there were children playing nearby. Luckily thru couldn't see us asy the GZ and we were able to make the easy find undetected.
Managed to get this without too much suspicion. There were kids playing at the skatepark and people at their balconies/ in the nearby houses. Cache is in good condition. Tftc
We didn't even know there was a skateboarding park here! Amazing what you find when you're geocaching. Fairly easy. All good
Straight forward to find, but rather difficult to retrieve. Signed the log at 1305Hr on 29 October 2017. Left a 1967 UK 6d.
Out and about for a spot of cache detection on this winter's day. I parked up on the street and followed the path around to the skate feature. From there I made my way down the steep and slippery bank to GZ. Managed to spot this one out of the corner of my eye with a casual look at GZ. Took longer to get the container out of the hidey spot. Cheers for the hide!
Found it with my kids. Great little unused skate park, does anyone know about this place? Awesome local knowledge
I needed to find a cache today to help fill my calendar. As such I decided to swing past while out for a drive. Unfortunately this took a little bit longer than expected to find as my GPSr had me looking (initially) in the wrong area. However after expanding my search, the cache was found. TFTC!
Noticed the cache had been replaced to returned to this one. Cache located and signed after a short search. TFTC!!
Missed out on this one the other day due to muggles, early dog walk and a quite park this time we made a quick find. TFTC
Was great that this cache was replaced as it was on the way to another cache and would have been rude not to stop. Great skatepark which was not in use today. TFTC
After a couple of DNF, visited GZ to see cache was missing. Cache has been replaced, covered with plant material.
Very quiet here in the evening so plenty of time to search but alas it was not our day today. The bowl was neat, impressed with the wave!
Out for a few caches this afternoon. Took a few minutes to locate the cache, while out of view of the muggles enjoying themselves sitting on the table. TFTC
This one took a few minutes of searching by me and westie38; it was nicely hidden. Thankfully (or sadly?) there was no one using the skate park. TFTC.
#3225. We had just arrived up in Auckland today with the whole family and done the New Years (late) lunch and present swapping thing. Everyone was blobbing out in the warm conditions but caches need to be found. So popped out at dusk for a short burst of local caches. Parked opposite the reserve and walked into the skateboard area. There was a muggle drinking some nasty cocktail up at the picnic table so gave him a wide berth. Had to work my way along the grove several times before finally feeling the cache in hand. Nicely hidden. Took about 5 minutes to locate. Signed the dry logbook and removed a geocoin. Returned the cache as found and wandered out again giving the muggle a wide berth. Thanks for the cache.
Skate park was devoid of skaters today, just an abandoned bike and scooter lying here. Cache found quickly. Left a trackable.
