As there has been no response from the CO to my email enquiries regarding this placement, I'm archiving this cache.

Please remember to return to the GZ and collect the cache if you have not already done so. We don't want to litter our environment with Geotrash and if you have any TB's or coins in your cache I'm sure the owners would want them moved on.

If you decide to proceed with this cache in the future (within 28 days) please contact me via email [email protected] and I'll unarchive it for you, but the current location may no longer be available.

With limited time on my hands I had hoped this would be a quick park and grab. Alas my GPS and my geosenses were not up to scratch today. I can't help but feel that in the rooms looming over GZ someone must be giggling at my frustrations. Will be back.

Out caching this afternoon with BoatieTim.
After reading previous logs, we noted the parking waypoint and headed to gz, remaining stealthily quiet. Once the GPSr settled down, it was BT who spotted the nicely hidden cache. Cheers!

It had been awhile since we had been out caching on a Monday night for various reason but the satellites aligned and the weather was good, so off to find a few caches with trailrunning it was. . Thanks angelique_anja for the cache.

Yesterday I was in the city but so many muggles stopped me from getting my mystery cache for the souvenir so today I still needed a mystery cache and after working on installing a new wok burner at the restaurant today since this morning, I finally got out of there about 4pm when it was still light to go and look for one.
After finding my mystery it was still light so searched for a couple on the way home.
I had been here not long after this was published and had a very exciting encounter with the nearby neighbours and had to leave with a DNF so this time I had a hint from a friend as to where it was in case they were hanging around again. Luckily they weren't and I made the find nice and quickly this time.
Thanks angelique_anja for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Our PAF for two previous caches requested help on this one, so we went for it. We had been warned that the neighbours had been very inquisitive in the past, so were very careful not to reveal what we were doing when we noticed that we were also being watched. Cache was located quickly by Q. When he returned to the car his shoes certainly didn't smell minty-fresh... he'd brought along a good load of dog poo someone had left on the nature strip. TFTC

Having made a couple of PAF calls today, we were requested to have a go at this one that our source had had trouble finding (in part due to local muggle interest). lochb, G' of GJMMelb walked in to the park where a multitude of hides presented themselves but splitting up we quickly searched the most likely options (aware the some muggles were working at the neighbouring house) and within a minute or two I spotted it and logged as quickly as I could while we chatted. Coast clear we made our mistake, only to find that the cache wasn't the only thing I had picked up on my visit and was ordered out of the car to clean up... (Bag it dammit!) TFTC

Quiet1_au, Lochb and myself were out for a caching run this afternoon. We had struggled on the previous two caches and had to PAF - using the same friend both times. After finding both caches the friend requested assistance with a nearby cache - this one. He sent a sad tale of woe. We could hardly say no - and it seemed like a reasonable challenge. At Gz we noted a neighbor or two about and were wary. We picked different locations and surprisingly Q soon found the cache. L then set about identifying the location, cache etc. Thanks Angelique_anja a fav

After all the dnf's, I popped by to check if the cache was still there. All is well and I'll consider upping the difficulty rating!

*5/08/2016, Found @ 10:03 PM, Find # 5540.*

While out and about searching for caches, this one was found.
This took me a little while to find as I search around all of the trees, it took me a second sweep before I found the correct hidey hole.

**Thanks to angelique_anja for placing this cache.**

Find #7848**

Headed out today on this remarkably cold but sunny winters day with SedgwickDave and 88andy88 to attempt to clear out some of the remaining caches in our 10km from home zone. Overall, a quite successful morning and early afternoon.

This was the scene of a DNF for me when this one was published, so I had to head back to see where it was hidden. The new co-ords helped a little....

**Thanks to Team ZACAATT for the cache. TNLN**

Found @11:26 #5608
Out on a morning caching run of the 10k with Ahomburg & 88Andy88. With expected rain it was great to have a sunny winters day but with a cold wind chill.

Found in about 60secs once on site after spotting something off or out of place. Coordinates were about 8m out for me today.

Not really a DNF, more of a story...
While it was really terrible weather all week it luckily fined up for the weekend so I headed out for a bike ride. I arrived here and parked by bike at GZ and started having a drink from my backpack when one of the nearby neighbors came outside and out from his front yard.
He was a very big boy so I didn't want to mess with him and while eating a huge tub of ice cream and walking towards me he called out to me "Nice bike man" and came over to check it out.
He then asked me if a was a policeman, not sure why? Which I answered "No" (like I would say "Yes" even if I was!) and then he wandered off back indoors.
I was about the start a search when what must have been ice cream guys partner came home. She got out of the car and said something to ice cream guy then immediately headed towards me really aggressively saying "Why are you taking photos of me? Are you from the DHS? My partner just said you were taking lots of photos of him and our house.". Not sure why he would even say that ... maybe to get rid of her temporarily?
I just told her why would some random guy on his bike in a park (particularly on a push bike and from a government department) just turn up at your house and start taking photos?
She then walked back to the house and started arguing with her partner so without even searching I decided it was a good time to leave.
Thanks angelique_anja for the cache and the interesting encounter, I'll keep a watch on it at the moment to see if anyone else meets the neighbors.

2TF! On a cold morning I ventured out to find a couple of new caches in the area. I used to play cricket at the bigger park just up Columbia Drive. At GZ there were clearly a number of possible homes for a small container, so it took a while to spot the cleverly concealed cache, but finally I laid a hand on it. TFTC

Hi, I sent Zedaycee by to check that the cache was still in place and double check the coordinates. The cache is still there but he found that the coordinates were about 1-3 meters off the mark.

Ok, I've switched these back to the original coordinates after being notified that the new ones were completely off, and not even within the park. The cache is most definitely in this area and I will go again tomorrow to confirm once again and take another coordinates reading.

25 minutes and I can't find this one

FTF @ 4:48
I woke up this morning to a notification of two new published caches. When I looked to see where these caches were located, I was excited to see that they both just a few minutes drive from my work. I headed out of the house at 8:15, knowing that I would have about half an hour to search before I had to be at work at 9am. Arriving at GZ I began searching, and after 20 minutes I decided to call it quits and head off to work. After finishing work at 3:30pm, I checked on the cache and it still hadn’t been found. I noticed that the coordinates had been updated. I jumped in the car and headed towards the newly posted coordinates. This time I arrived in a suburban street and GZ was pointing at a large tree in the front garden of one of the houses. I thought this can’t be right but then I thought maybe the CO knows the owner of the house and the cache is really in the tree. I took a step of the path towards the tree and had a quick look but I couldn’t see anything obvious. Checking the app again, the coordinates had been updated again to the original ones. Back in the car I jumped and drove to the original location. This time I stood back and surveyed the area a little more thoroughly paying close attention to anything that might look out of place. I was at 7m from GZ and I must have been standing at the right angle because I caught something out the corner of my eye. I was very happy to have found the cache and to be the first to sign the log. I must say that the cache name is very fitting. Thanks Team ZACAATT for making my day and bringing me to this location. TFTC.
