Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
I happened to be passing again tonight at a more muggle free time and noticed that things had been replaced and restored at GZ, unfortunately though the cache does appear to have gone missing.
Under repair is a bit of an understatement!
Only the frame is left with cones surrounding it.
I didn't take a close look but with the state of GZ and the previous logs I would suggest the cache is probably a goner.

The seat referred to in the hint has been partly dismantled. I think the cache has gone with it.
Here in the middle of the day. Just after a fire alarm in the adjacent apartment block. 3 fire engines. Not to be today. Visiting from Hamilton
Reinvigorated by a message from co but found in a place different from where it was indicated.
We have tried for this one a couple of times but there are always too many muggles. Mr Coblet was in Wellington for a couple of days and his hotel was nearby so he took the opportunity to go on an early morning mission and headed to GZ at 6am.
There were still a few muggles here and there but not enough to cause any problems and he soon had the cache in hand after checking a couple of spots.
Very nice hide, the log is full but managed to find a place to sign.
Thanks for the early morning adventure.

A dreary morning made this normally busy spot much quieter so I decided to give this one a go. Still, I knew it had to be a quick find or not at all so as not to attract attention, and fortunately despite the excellent disguise instinct led me straight to it. As others have noted the log needs replacing. TFTC!
Not what we expected, very clever container! Clues and pictures really helped, nearly gave up. Cool!!
On a road trip north, enjoying the day and pic up some caches. TFTC

Picked up this on the way to Starbucks. Lots of muggles around but found it in the first place I looked. Tftc
After a lovely dinner in town I decided to grab this cache while it was nice and quiet. I sat down in just the right place and put my hand on the cache. Tftc.
Puuuh What a Cache!
I think that was the most easiest hardest Thing to do!
Been here probably to the most crowded Hour!
Thanks for that really great Cache

Bit short of time and GPS must have been off a bit. Clues got us sitting in the right place but couldn’t put our hands on it
Nice hide. We loved that cache. We are now off to Fiji. Let's see what we find there. Thank you for all the work
A few hours to kill before a flight so grabbed a few caches. This one was found fairly quickly... love the art! TFTC!

Just dropped of my wife at the cruise ship shuttle so I can geocache. Found this one quickly. TFTH!
Missed this one on the afternoon because of muggles but made the grab when I passed by in the evening. Very fun hide. Greetings from Los Angeles!
On our vacation trip through New Zealand we passed by here too.
Many thanks for the cache and best regards from Munich / Germany

We were in the port of Wellington New Zealand for the day on Holland America's Amsterdam. Our main goal was to go North of the city and to get to the almost 5-mile bike path along the water and to walk it and to try to find all of the 28 "Recycle" caches on the trail. Mission Accomplished!
What a great set of caches!!! Thank you Yeetrees!
The caches were all clean, easy-to-find, well-protected from the weather by multiple insert containers for each, and the logs were in fantastic condition! We replaced one missing container (for Recycle Seventeen) and were also able to find the Archived Recycle Sixteen. We have given Recycle One and Recycle Twenty Eight FAV points, being representative of the entire series.
The CO was very clear that one should start at the mid-point of the series and do either the Northern or the Southern section first and then return to the mid-point and do the other section. So that is what we did. We were not sure how to get to the starting point, so we took a taxi from the main Train Station. It dropped us off at the #83 bus stop, between Recylcle Nineteen and Recycle Twenty. We did the southern section first from #19 through #28.
After completing the Southern section, we returned to our starting point and decided to do the odds ones on the way North and the even ones on the return to the South, so we could geocache in both directions.
When we finished the series, we jumped on the #83 bus, returned to the City and did 5 more caches there, before returning to our ship.
Great Day! Great City! Thank you

In town from the ms. Amsterdam on our around the world cruise. Nice sit and grab, cool container! TFTC!
Had a fair look but around 9 on a week day morning is far too busy for me - I should've thought about this really!
Dancing Queen 25252 and myself are on a 4-weeks-geocaching-tour in New Zealand with additional 4 stopovers. Many thanks for the cache and best regards from two German geocachers.
A sneaky little guy, enjoyed looking for this one, alot of muggles around. TFTC
Found it during our NZ trip with some muggle friends.
TFTC and many greetings from Slovakia.

I was a bit worried with the previous DNF`s but heading back to our hotel for our last night on the South island we called in to check. After a short finger search we had it. TFTC
Had a few goes at this one as lots of muggles around, luckily not far from my hotel so could get to it later in the evening
This is a awsome cache, shame the logbook is full tftc

Finally! Took too many tries to get this. Log full, but I added a strip of paper as temporary log.
On a cruise to New Zealand ports, Today we stopped at Wellington. Such a unique city. We ten caught a shuttle bus into the City and had a lazy cache day. Found a couple and did some touristy stuff. We had been here 25 years ago and looking around it has certainly changed from what I can remember! Sadly the muggles where thick on the ground today, and one seat had had all the slats removed so hoping that wasnt home to the cache! The other had several Muggles on it and we didn't have time fto wait for them to move along. Great sculpture though, saw it move a bit but wasn't windy enough to make it move alot.
Found with geowife kezza1211 naturegirl and rogerz1956 whilst visiting on golden princess tftc
just in front of our hotel- yay - a lot of Muggels out there...but a very cool idea. the cache needs a new Logbook. TFTC
tftc. This isn't a camoed eclipsed mint tin anymore. Try another type magnet cache.
The log is totally full. Had to squeeze in between others.

During our holiday in New Zealand we have visited both the North and the South Island. We saw a lot of highlights of this beautiful country, but there is so much more to see. So many highlights, so many caches! The geocaches showed us a lot of special and interesting places. Sometimes a quick find, sometimes we had to search longer. A few DNF's, but that doesn't matter. We loved New Zealand and we hope to come back some day!
Today we have found the cache "Chewing Protoplasm (Wellington)".
TharnTheHalkan, thanks for creating and maintaining this cache!
Greetings from the Netherlands,

Well this marks a good location for a cache. The artwork is something I have walked passed for years but I don't think I ever took much notice until today but that's what caching kinda does. A sneaky hide! Thanks TharnTheHalkan.
The log is full but I found a gap to scribble my name.

As advised by a previous log, I sat on the right place and there it was! Great container TFTC
Another find with 4yr old grandson JoggInjnr. What fun we had hiding our nefarious activities from the muggles. All safe and sound. Thanks for a super cool cache.
Quite tricky in the middle of the day as there are lots of watching eyes from muggles, but if you sit in the right place it's very easy to pick up cool cache! Needs a new log book though as this one is full! TFTC
Came into Wellington for the day on the train to pick up our hire car and picked up a few caches we missed on previous visits. As we wandered round we came across this cache and decided which seat we needed. Unfortunately there were some people sitting there. We waited and waited but eventually decided to leave it. We went to Te Papa for lunch and now walking to the car depot passed by again. This time the seat was empty and Mr CD immediately had the cache in his hand and we signed it and returned as we had found it. TFTC
I don’t think it’s here anymore I looked for a long time yesterday and today and I still can’t find it I suggest maintenance
Day off Norwegian Jewel. Lovely city. Thanks for bringing us to this spot. Greetings from British Columbia. TFTC. SL.
After driving down to Wellington we spend an afternoon and evening in this very nice city. We did some geocaching, enjoyed a beer in the sun and a very lovely dinner. Next stop South Island.
