TFTC,Travelling into Victoria to visit LGA's I have not visited and find new things to see as a tourist. Also bringing my finds on every calendar day to more than 15 for my milestone year on the 28th May 2025.Quick easy find, visited trackables.
Spent the weekend around mansfield and did a heap of caching on the way home to the south and getting to mansfield.Perfect weather for the weekend too.Saw lots of great things and found some really cool caches. This series along the rode were all easy to find but definately a great thing as it broke up the drive. Quite a few cool containers here too!TFTC
On our way home from a great weekend.Mansfield, we decided to do this string. Nice easy find, beautiful day. Once the fog listed thanks for the cache
On another road trip with our caching partners in crime to check out the area, Molesworth, Cathkin, Yarck and Gobur and pick up some caches along the way. This was the eleventh cache we found today. This was the last cache in the series for us and one which our friends had found on a previous occasion so we were on our own. It was Mrs. Pooky who made the quick easy find of the very appropriate cache container for the song which we did use to sing a lot back in the day. A favorite from us. After finding the cache we couldn't get the song out of our minds. TF placing this cache and the series for us to find on our travels.
Caching around Yea and Yarck today I decided to do this series. I wasnt too familiar with this song I had heard it before but its a bit before my time. Great idea and a great cache. Thanks nanna.c-super.pops
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. B.Ll
*Mansfield Art Trip: The Way Home #2*We've done what we came to Mansfield to do. We're now looking at the 3-hour trip home, and we're pretty sure we need to fit in a few pit stops. One man's trash is another man's cache! Thanks heaps for the cache, Nanna C and Super Pops!
Were staying in Woodfield for a few nights and finding some caches in the area. We loved this music themed series and very creative camos! All were located easily and in good order
I'm old enough to remember this song and most of the words so had a laugh, loved the container too, very apt. Hopefully in the not too distant future we can pick up some more along this road.TFTC TNLN
After spending a day traveling from home to Eildon then onto Bonnie Doon for dinner at the pub, Mrs B and I were threading our way towards home and as I was getting bored with the monotony of the road decided to branch off to take a different, more circuitous route (via Gobar back to Yarck) and start picking off this cache series. Well that was the plan but even though the skies were clear the cold wind had picked up which dampened our enthusiasm for looking for others in the series - at least for today anyway. *To be continued!*TFTC
Found with Tankengine and Youban.
We are in the area and caching for a couple of days. The flooding is real and the rain patchy, but we stayed safe and sensible and had a great day.
This cache: Not great parking and the recent rain has made that harder with full muddy gutters. But at least the road is bitchmen and the cache was quick to find. Tftc!!!

With echidna44 as we made our way to Bonnie Doon. Took a detour to complete this series and it was so worth it! These caches made our trip so enjoyable, the song theme and the joy of finding the cool containers was so worth it! This was a quick find. Thanks nanna.c-super.pops!
On our way to Bonnie Doon with pinnacle333, we detoured to do this wonderful series as we took a trip down memory lane.
A great hide and easy find. Thanks nanna.c-super.pops

Driving from pakenham to wodonga thought I'd see if I could find a few cashes but the rain is beating me
After having driven past this a thousand times, today driving home feom a weekend of dirtbike riding at Starglen Lodge, we managed to have some time left in the day to stop and do the few caches we had left along the highway nice easy fun find, and today was the day to log it. Tftc
Heading north for another New South Wales family holiday. This time for a week with the entire family. Means the car is fully loaded and no room for ladders and other TOTTs. We have a few geocaches on our 'Want to Find' list, most to help with challenges, and other than those it is just whatever caches that catch our eyes.
This was the first cache of the day and our first stop. As such, we all got out to stretch our legs and with the GPS pointing everywhere, we just fanned out. Eventually Son2 found this one. Signed at 8 am.
Thanks for the cache nanna c-super pops

On our way home from Mansfield with Bogonghazy. Quick find. Thanks for placing the geocache
It’s now time to head home after enjoying a long weekend exploring unvisited locations by way of geocaching. As we still get a few more on our travels we marvel at the scenery that each cache brings us to.
An unexpected hide here.
Thanks nanna.c-super.pops for the fun placement.

After doing the fireworks for the Mulwala Ski Club last night we joined forces with The Drovers to try and grab a few caches before parting company. After parting company in Benalla we decided to take the scenic route home
Heading down we spotted this little series and decided that we should give them a try and we are so glad we did. The only problem we did have was every time we headed off to a new cache we wound up with that song stuck in our head until the next one we came too. We didn't realise that we knew the words to so many songs. We loved all the themed hides and the effort gone into them, they all bought a smile to our face.
We apologise for the generic log for this in no way takes away from the work that was involved in setting these up and we are leaving a well deserved favourite point on each one as a small thank you for the enjoyment we had.

Yes, this one had us singing the song as we found the cache and retrieved the log. Signed and duly replaced.
We have managed to organize some time off so we can head to the Wangaratta Mega. It has been a while coming with Covid difficulties and cancellations but we can finally say we are on our way.
Left home yesterday afternoon after cooking sausages at Bunnings all morning for our Rotary Club. Didn't take long to hook the van up and be on our way!
With numerous trips to Tumut over the years we have cleaned up most of the caches en route within a reasonable distance of the highway.
This time we took the opportunity to stay overnight in Yarck in a great free cam at the Rec Reserve.
This allowed us to leave the van there this morning and head off to do this series of caches.
Pleased to say that most were good-sized caches with well themed containers. Certainly added to the enjoyment. We appreciate your work!
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache nanna.c-super.pops.

Heymissjo and I had used this Mini-less Christmas as the perfect day to take the Geo-Pup on her first road trip, en route to my centroid out near Kevington. An ever growing long line of slow traffic that had refused to pass a motorhome for the previous 15km gave us ample reason to get off the main road for a while.
HMJ noticed this cache just a little way ahead so we detoured here for a short sanity break.
Geo-Pup bagged her first cache but she also bagged a fur full of grass seeds! We'll be picking them out all the way to Kevington methinks! It turns out her fur doubles as velcro for seeds. The sheep in the paddock merely looked on bemused.
Thanks so much for the cache, nanna.c-super.pops.
It had me momentarily stumped, but the obvious soon revealed itself. Everything is in perfect condition.
Happy Christmas.

After a lazy Christmas morning with The Welder and no minis home for the weekend. We decided to road trip for The Welders centroid AND take our new geo-pup on her first caching adventure.
Now at only fourteen weeks old, there is a whole new world of excitement and wonder, some scary and some so interesting it makes one pups tail wag furiously. After nearly two hours in the car, we thought we would stop at this cache and allow pup a wee stop and collect an interesting cache that has attracted some favourites.
Yeah!! geo-pups first cache… and oh first story! On her excitement to follow her pack Daddy aka The Welder she leaped through the tall grass, excited to be exploring… but it was only when we picked her up for first geo-photo we realised she had a belly full of tiny spiky grass seeds!! Oh no, poor puppy. Lucky treats could be provided as we spent what seemed like forever to hand pick them out of her curly fur. At least the nearby cows and sheep were a nice distraction to her as she barked at these weird looking creatures!
Anyway, all is good with the cache. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas.

We are headed to Wangaratta to stay in the accommodation that we had booked for now deferred Mega. We made a detour to tackle this series. We parked as best we could on the reasonably narrow road and spotted a likely spot and made a quick find. Thanks to nanna.c-super.pops for the cache.
I spied a likely spot to hide a cache, and there it was! Thank you for the cache.
Met up with RoamingHowie to find some caches in an area neither of us had explored.
My dustbin's absolutely full with toadstools.
How do you know it's full? 'Cause there's not mushroom inside!
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, nanna.c-super.pops

Heading away for a few days camping. Met up enroute for a morning of caching with OZHockeyChick before heading off to reach camp. The KG trail (also OHC’s namesake) was the main target in our adventure.
Not much trash to take out on this one. I knew the song but only the key line lyrics unlike some other nameless counterpart.
Thanks nanna.c-super.pops for the cache.

On my way to Yea, I spotted this little stretch of caches.
This series is fabulous and surprisingly I knew most of the songs. I sung the chorus to each, as I searched for the caches. The GPS jumped around slightly at some and may be attributed to the wind. All caches were in good condition and I loved the theme!
I didn't know this song.

#4382 After a great day out in the Alexandra area, we had ducked into Yea to grab dinner and tackled this eye catching series on our way home.
With Mrs BGF behind the wheel, Mr BGF had the task to make the finds quickly as we start to run out of daylight. A nice quick find here to get us underway. Nothing rubbish about this hide. TFTC nanna.c-super.pops

As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Karen

Many cache owners are already aware: As per Groundspeak guidelines, I am claiming find because physically found under TeamOzcat. I undertake this not for disinterested statistical purposes, but because of inability to revisit this cache, and/or because it's so damn confusing when viewing the local district geocache maps. I sincerely thank all CO's for time and effort in placement of their caches. Cheers Reg.
Thank you nana and super pops for providing an enjoyable series in a beautiful part of the world. All caches were found in good condition.
I love the theme of these caches. Found with my grandson, who has just found his second cache (with a bit of guidance from his grandmother).

Out for a country drive heading through fog chasing sunny skies.
A crisp morning with frost still seen along the way. This area was full of sun soon after lunchtime. An enjoyable journey along K G Rd. Loved the theme. Thanks nanna.c-super.pops.

In the area for work and catching up with friends with some caches to go. What great locations and areas. TFTC
Thanks very much for placing this series. Why else would anyone come up this road? But once searching we watched farmers, kangaroos and enjoyed the calm peacefulness. They were all pretty user friendly. And I enjoyed the theme. Hope you don't mind me copy and pasteing the responses.
#2226 Heading back to Melbourne after a short country break and picking up a few caches along the way. All in order hereThanks nanna.c-super.pops.
Day 1 of KmanNZ's latest roadtrip. Today had me travelling to Narrandera, NSW via Yarrawonga on some long, back roads.
Find #5
Decided to have a go at a few of these ones since I was driving past.
A quick find here, cache in good condition.

Possibly the last find of the day. And no my old man is not a dustman. A very quick find and a very good little mini series on a quiet country road. To the CO That set up this set of caches thank you from the inspectorrexteam
Suscoe was heading home today but not before we found a few more caches in this area.
It was a cool start to the day, not as cold as yesterday and Eildon was covered in a good fog.
It soon cleared after Thornton and the rest of the day was sunny.
We have enjoyed these few days up in this beautiful area of the state.
So many parrots, cows, trees, hills and streams.
Thanks to nanna.c-super.pops for this hide and this interesting trail.
We love Koala cherries and we were pleased to drive by their processing sheds on the drive here.

I was on my way home from a day working on a mates car in Alex, and I decided to grab a couple of quick caches on the way home that I have driven past about 40 times.
Fortunately this road was nice and quiet tonight (all the traffic in the world was out on the main road), so I was able to jump out and make the quick find and sign.
Cheers

On a short trip out of Yea we stumbled across this well-executed family friendly series. Grandma Muggle was less excited by the concept of random out-of-town countryside exploration, though came for the drive anyway. Upon holding up our first golden cup she warmed to our “obsessive” adventures, granting us permission to continue. Five caches later we were heading back to Yea singing the theme song “Oh, my old man's a dustman He wears a dustman's hat.” Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. TFTC
Decided to do this little trail whilst camping at Merton for a couple of nights on our trip round Oz from WA TFTC
A nice quick find here. A short detour while making my way north. I enjoyed finding these quirky hides. TFTC
Finally got to have a couple of days off so I headed up to Molesworth for a few days of R&R and caching.
After setting up camp I ventured off for the afternoon.
I spotted this series a while ago and I was finally back up this way with time to find it.
The last one in this great series and a fav goes out to you for setting up these fun caches.
Now nobody has to listen to my fabulous singing for a while.
Thanks nana.c-super.pops TFTC.

There were not many caches on the program today as we had to cover quite a few kilometres, along with ilook4geo.
This was a series with very apt decor at each one. It was very difficult parking at many of these caches though, especially as we were towing our caravan.
Each found log duly had two more names noted on it and all caches were replaced as they had been found. Thanks go to nanna.c-super.pops for these creative caches.

On a travelling day today with goingplaces2 and just doing a bit of caching as well. This was a fun series and we knew all the songs chosen. Cache found, log signed, job done! Time to move on. TFTC.
On day 5 of our annual caching blitz holiday and today we have a mission , to see if we can get our 7000 before the new year. #6990 On our circuit around Eildon. Hoping this series will see us reaching our goal. Love the theme and very happy to see the creative containers. Looking forward to the rest. Looks like the favourites will be flowing. Tftc
Apart from s nice little detour, fun series to get a singalong happening. Glad I’m doing them now before the joe Blake’s get too active. Distractions over for the day and time to seriously cover a few kms. Thanks for container effort too.
Gunks and Trailstevos 'Summer' adventure. Well at least the rain is warm. Trek to Bright and surrounds taking in some places along the way. Great trail series. Loved all the hides. TFTC
Day 1 of 3 in the Beechworth Bright area for Trailstevo and I. 12 months ago we were here and had to get back for some unfinished business. We collected a few cache on the way up, all pretty much drivebys and then onto the Beechworth rail trail to continue on where we left off. Picked up around 30 on the trail and then stopped for a few solved puzzles in the area. The weather has been so bad here in the past day, but we were serious lucky to not get wet today. Luck to see an echidna and 4 tawny frogmouths sat on one branch. Has been a good outing today. Heading into Bright for dinner now. Thanks for the fun.

My third of a 9 day caching road-trip holiday. I had a couple of caches I was determined to find before making the last stretch to Melbourne, which took me away from the trails so my find total was a bit lower than I hoped. But the views from Mt Buller when the place isn't covered in snow were spectacular.
Thanks for the caches.

We were on our way home from an epic road trip through 4 states and some time on the Gold Coast when we spotted this series. Needed a few caches to get our 500th so came up to do some of these. What great themes, really enjoyed these caches and the effort that has been put into them.
This one was a quick park and grab by myself and geo daughter. Thanks for the warning about the road, for a small road it gets some fast traffic. TFTC.
