I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi FissieCrewThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
A nice quiet spot to sit watch the ocean eat a Chelsea bun and have a cup of tea tftc
Late log from our family holiday at the end of last month. We stayed at a lovely Bach down the street opposite so when the family went swimming I remembered to take a pen and grabbed this cache. All in good order, but took longer to put back as that's just when the coaches all decided to pass. Good thing there's a spectacular view to admire while I waited. Tftc
Having a milestone birthday this weekend, my aim was 50 caches. That was too much for one day so the 50 finds were spread over the celebratory weekend, 1/2 on my way South and 1/2 on my way North.
This was find number 8. Not in the hole though.

Went to do lastnight but muggles in view. Managed a gap today for a quick find TFTC
A quick park and grab on an overcast and cold morning - log signed - thanks for the cache
A quick stop as we head back into town.
Thanks for putting this here for us to find

This cache was missing the last time we looked, but today the replacement was a quick easy find. We assume the hint object has been replaced, and as a result the second part of the hint no longer applies. TFTC
Working through the Adventure Lab and picking up bonus caches along the way. TFTC
Nice easy find on a great afternoon walk. Had to wait for some muggles to move on but all good in the end. TFTH
Staying at the NZMCA park in motorhome with out cat Coco. Went for a lovely walk with stunning views and many photo stops. Thanks the cache jofish3.
It was time to explore the South Bay of Kaikoura.
I was "shocked" to see it here.
Cheers for the cache.

On a trip south from Tauranga. Been cycling around when we can. Love it down here. Camped up for the night nearby. Heading north again. Thanks for bringing me here. Emailed CO and have replaced for them.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Logged with permission. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Like the other entries, no sign of cache. The poles have been upgraded. A pity, after finding the 3 on the track, would have been nice to complete the set.
Everything about the hint and other logs did not match the location. There are 3 new power lines that look very new.
LEST WE FORGET..
Woohoo a long weekend and a good excuse to get away ...I usually just drive through kaikoura but this time I've decided to stay for 3 nights on a caching mission...
After knocking off mt fyffe yesterday thought I might as well go for another stroll today to work off breakfast
Parked up at south bay to do this wee track..and back Long the beach front..
Perfect place to sit for a while and grab the cache tftc

A quick find at dusk. TFTC.
The holidays are here and another tour begins: ‘The Very Top of the South Tour’. With GraciesGPSFun at the moment before NosyNel and Jude_E join us in Nelson on Monday.

Joining the Easter crowds cycling around the trails. Loved South Bay. Cache is all good. TFTC
After two weeks in the South Inland we are heading home. Stayed the night in Kaikoura, out to find some caches before heading to Picton. Thanks FissieCrew for the cache.
Last for the day before heading back to the motel to log caches and arrange dinner.

Found it. Needs a maintenance check, plastic container has broken. I have put it inside a glad bag to protect it from the weather
Nice to be away on another geocaching trip with tmann421, travelling to a few places in the upper South Island.

*We soon had another good cache located, now to the next one!*

One of four caches found today during a drive from Kaikoura to the ferry at Picton. I’d stayed the night at the NZMCA site just along the road. Picked this one up before hitting the road this morning. Very quick find! #3506. TFTC.
Easy find, with no car around, both container and logbook are in good condition. Thi was the last one before the deserved ice cream for the afternoon tea. The beach is really nice and the views from here are great. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache!
Still wandering around South Bay and surrounding area. Another nice quick find here. tftc
A quick park and grab using the car to conceal our activities although there weren’t many muggles around. TFTC.
(# 5996). Day 2 of my South Island odyssey. Today is getting caches from Blenheim to Kaikoura. The weather was decidedly average with mainly light drizzle interrupted by heavy rain. It's the first time I have driven along the coast since the earthquake. I can now appreciate the carnage that occurred. Even how much the seabed rose around Kaikoura. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
Wow first caching since lockdown. Daytrip to Kaikoura with the family (PDH_NZ) and time to stop along the way. Exploring Kaikoura rather quickly, however this was a clever hide. SL. TFTC.
Whenever NanaAuckland (Darby&Joan) is in town, geocaching is on the agenda. Today it was a daytrip to Kaikoura, with plenty of time and energy to make stops along the way. Nice stop here and quick find only a short visit to South Bay to see what was here. SL. TFTC.
I am spending today caching in and around Kaikoura. Finding a bunch of caches, old and new. This is my first visit to Kaikoura since the earthquake and it looks like it's been nearly 10 years since I found any caches here. That's a long time between drinks! The weather was stunning today. Blue skies and warm, my car said it got up to around 20C today. Very warm for the middle of June I think. Anyway, I had a great day so thanks to all the cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. No problems here. Cache found in the first place I checked. TFTC, Biggles.
Roaming around the South island attending a few meetings and doing TMGT and any other caches nearby. Mrs S is not well today so Mr S is doing these local ones. He had no problem here and used the camper as cover just in case.
Thanks jofish3.
