###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###

----------

I notice from one or more log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of some help - **there appears to be a need for owner intervention.**

Therefore, the cache is being temporarily disabling so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) I cannot see any log that indicates a recent visit by the CO to this cache.

If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.

**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days, so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?**

You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:

- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.

- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) the cache on the basis that it has been abandoned.

Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

*9 Sep 2018, Found @ 8:13 am, Find # 8241.*

I headed out today with biggles1024 for a trip down to Phillip Island, it has been a while since we have been down this way and there are so many more caches to find now since the last time.
This one did take a little longer to find even though it wasn't that hard we just weren't looking were it was and it was well camouflaged by the grass.

**Thanks to Wal-len for placing this cache.**

During a previous visit to the area, we had looked for caches along the Phillip Island Road from the junction of the Bass Highway to San Remo. We found most of them but missed a small number. Since that visit a number of new caches have been added to the walking/riding track along this road. So, our last task for the afternoon was to look for as many "To Be Found" caches as possible before the light faded.

Despite accurate coordinates, it took quite some time to locate this cache in the long and wet grass. Apart from a full logsheet, the cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Wal-len for the cache and other caches along the bike/walk track.

Decided to tackle a section of the Walk Path series today, on foot
Was pleased with the variety of hides. Most were quite easily found due to accurate co-ords. Unfortunately some logs were found wet and some logs quite full
Loved the pathway and the views. Look forward to returning to complete the series including the odd DNF
Many thanx to Wal-len

08/04/2018 - 11.17am - Find No. 946 - 3rd of 8 finds for the day - with dgfb33 & big-little & littler grand daughters on a warm but relatively short 'hunting' trip.
The girls & I alternated between walking & travelling in the car between caches with the cooling in the car being a draw card as well as resting the legs & feet & dgfb used the transportation to get to where we needed to be.
A quick hunt was done before the magic 'found it' was uttered. Cache was found, admired by smaller ones, photoed, signed & returned as found. Thanks for the cache. Big Grin
There were about 4 cycling muggles during the whole trip but not while we weren't hunting & only one muggle on foot for the whole trip...bargain!!!
The girls did a lot of walking between short car rides but still managed to get distracted with stones, gravel, sticks, stones, sand/gravel, stones ... but nowhere near as much as they'd managed on our trip out on Friday ... they were a bit tuckered out & a little warm but & mostly happy by the time we headed home. Cool

After visiting family in Wonthaggi, I decided to take a walk in San Remo. I grabbed these caches along the way. These seemed to be accessible along the highway and there wasn't much traffic today, I'll have to come back and get the rest another time. Happy Easter! Thanks for the cache Wal-len.

I spent the morning caching down the Bass Highway, starting near Wonthaggi and working my way back north. My main goal for the day was to find one last cache to complete D/T loop 10, which I did.
On the way back I parked the car and had a pleasant walk along the bike path (no bike today) to find the caches. Nice views along the way too.
Thanks Wal-len.

Find #3286

Had some time to spare before heading off to the footy on the Easter Monday public holiday so I took a drive down towards Philip Island without a specific destination in mind. I knew there were caches along the rail trail here and this leg starting along the old road to the island seemed a good place to start. This was my sixth find of 12 along here and a section that I would normally ride the bike along didn’t seem as much fun in the car. This was a quick find to keep me moving. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Wal-len.

Out and about for the day with Mark9375 and Geojill_11 picking up a few caches along this sandy trail. Another quick find. I love the upcycling of these cache containers.

Found at 2:50 PM GAFF1.
It looked like I was hiding i nthe bushes while logging the cache and a group of cyclists went by and thought that they would embarrass me by saying g'day - but I didn't mind. Just said g'day back and smiled.
Thanks Wal-len.

With life getting in the way of caching recently, today was a good day to get out and head south for a mind clearing day away from it all. In the company of abl973 we had some excellent walks around areas and trails that we hadn't visited before.
A nice view from here, although we would soon enough discover there were many great views along the trail.
Thanks for the cache.

Rummaging around just in time before a herd of cyclers road past. Claimed a TB while we were at it.

01-Oct-16
A perfect place to leave a TB we have been carrying with us for a few weeks. SL at 3.34pm Left: House of Parliament TB which wants to visit Houses of Parliament all around the world. We made a start on these Pathway and Bike/Walk trails this afternoon and hoped the showers did not cause too much disruption to our plans. We ended up with 26 caches and 1 DNF for the day although not all were part of the trails. We had a mixture of weather - showers, wind & sunshine and not too cold to make it uncomfortable. We travelled mostly by geoCruiser, but in some parts we walked to take in the views and breathe the sea air. A successful day and added another tick to a Challenge cache we are working on. #4046 TFTC Wal-len
