Found today heading between Rockhampton and Charters Towers, not the quickest but we are running out of caches on the Emerald road. Thanks for replacing the cache.,
A nice straightforward find here tonight.Last night we arrived in Tambo after dark. A bit late for the chicken races but a nice warm evening to cache the main street. With sacada, we had planned to do the earthcaches. Decided we should camp nearby overnight and try to get away earlier to meet our plans.Started the day with a few earthcaches, then caches our way north to Nebo. Emerald, rubyvale and sapphire were good visits along the way, a bit of a detour, but worth it. Walking to a cache a local rode past, gave us some tips on gem hunting while walking the tracks. We didn't see any but was good to know what to recognise. A long day of driving and arrived in Nebo very late. We thought we had a good deal at $12 powered site, till the event the next day had them saying the other nebo camp was $10! Both great, thanks for your cache that guided our day.
Finished another long trip around Australia. The 6th. Back to the east coast for an event in Orange (non caching) and then a great family dinner catchup. Now heading north to Townsville with Aquilus1 to get the Palm Island LGA. A long day of travelling from Tambo to Nebo via Emerald, Saphire and Rubyvale. We managed to get 8 Earth Caches and a couple of virtuals today over about 700km. Also managed many other caches and Ad Labs as well.There had been a couple of days of talk on the radio from the gemstone area so it was great to spend some time there.Was taught how to find gems from an expert that happened to pass by on a motorbike and direct us to Policeman's Knob.Nice quick find.

So as not to whinge about a DNF. GreenGecko1 thought it might be proactive & replaced this one as we were going past.BOOM2 years unloved.Thank you all who came before!
had a good scratch around in a couple of likely places, unfound in over a year, I fear for the fate of this cache....
Found in the middle of no where, so have placed at base of large tree .. put in a swap

On our way to Airlie stopped to have a break and found this one didn’t have a pen so didn’t sign log book sorry

I headed out Tieri way
I had too !!
I needed to do some grocery shopping,
and nearby Capella doesn't have a supermercado !! [:o]
But more important than a bit of shopping,
was to find this cache on the way into towne
An healthy hunger for caches beats plain olde hunger any day [:o)]
A quick find after a short stroll [^]

Found the lid and felt the disappointment of a muggled cache. Looked around and found the base and contents 1.5m from hiding spot partly covered in leaf litter.
Reassembled and returned after signing.
There is a good size lizard hiding in the cache location.

On the way to Eungella and this was a quick find. Very relaxing and nice place. TFTC.
Grey Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.

Today, we left the van at camp and took a circuitous route via Mt Stuart and Teiri. We VISITED TIERI as we entered town. Easy grab, we left an elephant for the Geo kiddlets.

Out and about on a wet Sunday after Produce Swap in Emerald in the morning and finishing up in Capella for lunch ant the pub. It could have been hot but the rain made it lovely. And muggle-free.

I am zigazging my way to QOGM in Barcladine. Yesterday, I met up with my regular caching buddy, stortigirls. W spent last night in Emerald and this morning, headed off on a detour to Middlemount. Along the way, we stopped off to find other caches. I have never seen this type of cache container before and can think of some evil places to place similar ones if I can get my hands on them! With our names added to the log and the cache returned to its spot, we continued on our way. TFTC
On a roadtrip with Selva Girls on our way to Barcaldine for the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster. Today we were exploring from Emerald back to the Middlemount mining area. We found the unusual container and added our names to the log. Tftc whispering palms
Day 4 of the get to QOGM 2018 trip. Travelling with RoddyC and Mrs RoddyC in two separate travelling machines and last night we stayed in Moranbah. Time to set off. Not logging these in order of being found. We arrived at this spot and did not take too long to find what we sought. TFTC whispering palms

Sarina to Middlemount
Today we moved camp, inland into the mining regions of central Queensland.
We found a good variety of caches in some amazing locations.
The cache was laying on the ground, after signing we replaced it where we thought it should be.

Heading home after a mission to do the power trail at Jericho.
Of course I had to get some finds on the way through to my hotel in Barcaldine.

Found whilst on the 2017 #gnomehome adventure around the Australian continent. thanks for the cache and thanks for bringing us here.
Found while making a fuel stop. Did search for it previously but a snake was in the GZ so we left it for another trip. TFTC
A couple of hours to spare this morning, so ducked up from Emerald to grab this one.
