I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi #Road Runner
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Spiders and slugs all through it and the case is broken so log was not accessible
As others have noted, the containers are broken and the logbook is too sodden to write on. I wasn’t keen to disturb the little eight legged inhabitant of the inner cache container, so here’s a picture in lieu of signing the log. TFTC
A quick find today however as already mentioned in other logs both containers (inside and outside container) have been broken and the log book is very soaked! Definite need for some CO TLC!

This geocacher reported that the cache might be missing.
I made myself a plan to get all the souvenirs in the Cache Carnival that is going on that the moment. The idea is to celebrate geocaching creativity and diversity around the world!
And at the same time earn up to five souvenirs inspired by historic carnival locations by collecting points. The carnival ends on 14 April 2019 and I am logging this now to confirm how many points I have collected before the time expires.
However, as happens from time to time, other things got in the way. I was horrendously busy at work and all three of my kids had a big week of school and sporting activities in the last week of the school term. I still managed to get out and find a cache each day but I got a bit behind (and I still am) with logging all my finds on the website.
I am sorry to all the cache owners whose caches I visited during this time because it is likely you're getting a generic, cut and paste log without much (if any) detail about the state of your cache.
Thank you

Had a good hunt around... as previously suggested think it might be lost and in need of maintenance
I had to visit schools in this area so of course i had to visit a cache or two each day.
unfortunately THIS WAS A DID NOT FIND although the old brace post was lying on the ground. all around it is a new fence and post although the rusty gate also remains.
this needs checking.

Had a quick look for this one. As the previous logger indicated, there is new fencing and the cache seems to have disappeared. Certainly not where the hint indicates it should be!
Log completely waterlogged. Have put a new log inside double pill container and left old eclipse tin and soggy lig in same location. Found with little blue hen. Seemed appropriate to do this as her brother is kapiti weather at the end of the private drive
Many thanks to all the COs who helped make our geocaching holiday a great success
We left home early April and returned 21 May 2018. We toured from our home base up to a wedding in North Taranaki then carried on heading south right down through wellington and on down the west coast and back up via the eastern side of the alps some times going around in circles. Our aim was to get as many smiley faces on the puzzle caches that we had solved but of course stopping for many traditionals, multies and others as we went. some time we biked the bike trails or walked but mostly by campervan. we enjoyed the quite back country roads, many of them were metal but we just travelled along slowly going from cache to cache. Most caches were in good condition and I will remark if we thought it needs maintence etc.

Quick find, bit windy out here today, so pleased to be heading back out of the wind. Log is completely full, TFTC
The GPS was either off or the cache was left under the wrong strainer post. Either way, a nice quick find on a walk I wish I had found sooner! TFTC!
nice quick find with the boys on school holidays, had to avoid some big puddles after rain this morning
Nice cache, had just had tea and was feeling rather full, but determined to find this cache at the same time. The walk even though it was short was hard on a full stomach. Quick easy find once at gz. Signed the log, and replaced the log exactly as I found it. Thanks for the cache.
I took my youngest son up to Wellington in the camper van. I dropped him off at his friend's house where he will stay. Meanwhile I get to geocache and be on standby.
After staying at Greytown and spending another day in the Wairarapa, it was time to head to The Hutt area.
Son number two got dropped off at the airport. Hubby got picked up.
I needed to get the Camper's clutch checked out at Miro Auto Repairs. Once we got the all clear it was time to continue our adventure. We stayed in Paraparaumu last night.
Hubby stayed at the campground and chilled out, while I went biking and geocaching. Win, win.
It was a mission getting my bike over the style.

After dropping searchPartner at the Airport it was time to find a couple of nearby caches...
Found this one in a skindoesque spot, signed log and returned as found ... Thanks for the cache roadrunner!

Begins our holiday in NZ in Christchurch, we came from Italy to find our son who lives there for two years.
After ten days spent in the 'island of the south stopping at lakes in Dunedin in Oumaru and be returned to Chch, we decided to go north to the island with a flight to Wellington, the idea is to relax a few days between the sea and the beach course cache, unfortunately we will take four days of rain and wind, impossible to take to the beach.
But we'll make with the cache.
They expect historical cache but especially the GC46 one of the few positioned in May 2000 still alive, among other things, the oldest of NZ.
Arrived early at the hotel we walk this beautiful bike a nice walk is what it takes
Greetings from Italy

I was in no doubt about where this cache would be hidden. I just had to wait for some muggles to move on.
#3388. We came up to Paraparaumu to stay with some friends on Sunday night. The weather on the long weekend was horrible with very strong winds and steady rain all day Sunday and Monday morning. Finally a chance to grab a few caches before we head home. This one was very close to where we were staying. Nice quick find in the first place checked. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache as found. Thanks for hiding it here.
Nice quick find. Why is the plastic bag about 100 times bigger than the log and the cache though? TFTC.
Find #2700. Started at Paekakariki with the bike, off the train, cycling through to Paraparaumu and back with some deviations for cache hunting. A pleasant day with a strengthening Nor'west breeze and a strong Southerly to finish the day.

Morning caching in Kapiti area. Quick find after a shower of rain. Thanks #Road Runner for the cache.

Cache # 3,428 - a quick find once I got to GZ. Took a while to navigate the new lakes that had sprung up around the area with the torrential rains. Fortunately I had my boots on. TNLNSL. TFTC!

Was heading South after spending most of the week away for work and was trying to work out which cache that I was going to do for today. I knew that I had a few caches that I could choose from so I decided that I would look at one that wasnt going to take too long as I needed to get back to Wellington to see a few more clients.
I decided that I would go and check out this cache as it wasnt too far from where I wanted to go and I knew that it wasnt going to be too hard to find.
Arriving near GZ I noticed why this cache was named so and knew that I could make this cache a driveby cache, but I decided that it was better not to try this as the walk to GZ would give me a chance to stretch my legs.
The walk didnt take too long and I was soon at GZ and it only took a few seconds to find the cache in the first spot that I looked. Managed to sign the logbook without any issues and as I was about to replace it a muggle drove by so I decided to wait till they were gone before I replaced the cache back as found.
Was glad that I didnt drive my car down here otherwise I would have blocked his way, thanks for placing this cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (11137), now time to head back to Wellington.
