Not sure how previous finder did it but we couldn't find anything at the burnt out tree!
Went for a look on the off chance that the tool or the cache had survived the fire , but definitely no! Could CO please replace. One cacher has logged a find since the fire ... WTF.
I found thee blacked remains of a recent bushfire. I think this one has gone to the caching gods Cheers
Found our first multi! But wasted time looking because coords were off. Found the key but then didn’t need it to open the cache!!
Located at 8:04am. Had thought to go for this new D/T combo last week, instead I logged the nearby Badger’s End as my D1.5/T4...still happy to log another a week later. I think, however, the mechanism may need seeing to, doesn’t seem to be doing its job as such. Also, no log book present. I put in an old Aldi receipt as a temporary log to sign. Much obliged. Спасибо! תודה! L’chaim! TFTC!
Found the cache but it was already unlocked and we could not find the key. Cool cache anyway though!
Very cool cache! Great idea. TFTC!!
Found the opening object, however, it appears that the cache has been vandalised and it can be opened without said object.
Also, log is missing... but that is explained in previous logs.

TFT Multi We left our event to get out caching some nice rated D/T hides. This one did not disappoint. Just a few "picky bushes" to deal with, but otherwise not too tough on us. This is our 11th day in Australia and each day provides new highlights. Hello from Northern Wisconsin, USA!
Caching with Mocrin and lostcheq on a three week trip to Australia and New Zealand. So sorry! I am sending a mesage to the CO hopefully before this is posted, You were were so kind and pleasant to visit with at the event this morning then the bloody stupid bloke that I am, I steal your log book. My focus was on putting everything back as I found it. There were more issues here that I found and tried to remedy unsuccessfully. Loved the cache. Found it without a hitch. It helped us with our goals that we have set.
As others have done, we spotted the final first, but I grabbed the first stage and tossed it to Aix sponsa who signed the log for us... the story gets a bit longer, but I'll let her tell it. Thanks for the sweet multi! Hello from Duluth, Minnesota!
Having been up early to do some last moment Xmas shopping (well there are sales on at the camping shops and i'm pleased to say we total missed the crowds) so afterwards as a reward we headed over here. We followed a few wrogn tracks as the GPSr jump about but we soon found and opened what we needed and added our name. TFTC
In Sydney today after staying in Manly overnight after the big drive with J2.
This one has just the right DT combo for us. Although it was pouring with rain when we arrived.
But skin is waterproof so off we went.
Found WP1 fairly quickly and then followed the instructions to the final.
After opening the lock it became clear that the wire loop needs some work.
TNLNSL
Replaced all as found.

Here's another vote in the anti-lantana campaign...
Headed south-east with the aim of removing this orange blip from my map. Got a great parking spot and happy not to see any activity at the nearby residences. In an attempt to avoid the lantana, I stumbled across GZ before I had what was required. Took the neighbouring path and spent about 10 minutes weaving in and out of the evil stuff trying to get my eyes on the tube. Finally I spotted it but then it took some effort to get my fingers around it. Hearing what I expected, I didn't bother opening it until I was back at GZ. From there everything went smoothly and my name is now in the log.

Fair dinkum I hate lantana!!!
And it hates me but as today was a quite a cool day I was fairly well covered up and it couldn't touch me...much.
I parked opposite the waypoint where I saw a possible entry into the bush so proceeded down. Once at the correct level I could see where others had been checking, but of course the GPS then wanted me further along the street. Eek, more lantana.
So I ventured further down into the bush and went around the lantana then made my back up to a spot where after a bit of scratch around I found the black tube. I followed the instructions and headed towards the cache. It was soon spotted so I made my way to it. While I was signing the log a muggle walked past with a doggo but neither noticed me.
So it was back up to street level and back down to replace the black tube with its tool and instructions. Of course then I noticed a quicker and easier way down to the waypoint - always the way!
I wouldn't want to do this one during rain or maybe in summer due to plants and possible creepy crawlies that might live nearby.

I thought I'd approach the tube hide from an easier direction and stumbled upon the cache on the way. Tube found, cache opened, tube returned. Gotta hate lantana! Thanks Theminshalls

Now that is a serious cache. Well done. Bit of slippery scramble after all the rain. But straight forward other wise
Amazing views. Thanks for bringing us here. Funny how both things were easily visible. Good fun.
Nice parking spot right next to WP1 and a quick slide down to find the tool.
On to GZ and it's refreshing not to have to traipse after a dozen WP's to find a mint tin LOL
Great cache in a lovely location

#3917 (3 of 3 today)
Decided to head North East today around Killarney Heights.
There are a few new caches there as well as an old one that needs finding.
Found all I went for except the old one.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
I actually arrived here looking for my second find of the day, but there were muggles directly opposite the published coordinates sitting on their balcony.
After one find and one DNF I returned - they had gone back inside. So I went for it.
Nice easy find of the first waypoint and GZ - was glad of the concrete half way up the slope from the published coords, provided some welcome solid footing.
Completed signing duties and replaced.
A favourite for the effort and the nice big cache "camo".

Caching with JordsAU
A nice quick multi with a lot of scrambling. Oh yes and prickly bushes...

Found it! Just off the road down a little steep track. I couldn't find the black tube to open the box though :/
Great not so little cache! The only thing I'd advise is this is a T2.5 or 3 otherwise a great fun effort. The view on the street as you had here is one I've not seen and very cool. Watch for new black berries, they are sharp Cheers, really enjoyed it, FP awarded.
Time to break a long streak without finds, and to fill in one more day on my calendar.
Went to grab WP1 and it slid slightly, then more carefully had another go, but it slid further. Oh no. One last go, and it dropped out of sight! Then I heard the coin return slot clink, and managed to get it.
Put it back in a more stable spot.
Nice cache - and was it the owners who gave me a cheer from the pool across the road?

Was in the area for the annual French market at Killarney Heights public school. I got there too late though to find anything of interest. A quick drive down here. I have a friend who lives down the road but I didn't think of looking him up as we are meeting for lunch tomorrow.
At Wp1 I examined a few spots before finding it pretty much on the open. But I can't see many muggles coming by here anyway.
Then I followed the instructions for a quick find.
Thanks for the views and TFTC!

After the morning school drop-off at Forestville we continued along Starkey Street to Killarney Heights, to have a look at the two newish ones that had recently appeared out there. This was the 1st of the two for this morning.
Parked the geomobile right alongside WP1, on Killarney Drive, and then did the scramble to get what we needed to find and access the final GZ cache. With instructions and "tool" in hand we again did a scramble to reach the final GZ cache. No problems spotting the cache container, well it's pretty hard to miss!, and using the WP1 "tool" we soon had the inner cache container in hand. TNLNSL, and then replaced everything as found. Then it was yet another quick scramble (it's a very scrambly cache this one ) to return the WP1 "equipment" back to it's correct resting place.
Thanks Theminshalls for this nice little multi to start our day.

I'm always keen to chance a nice fun multi, which this was. Nice and easy too! A little scrambling and all was done.

14/10/16. 10:59 AM. Cache #4304.
2nd of 2 today - Castle Cove & Killarney Heights.
Came here after finding "VC3# Hagar's Harrying Song"; the only cache from that puzzle series that I have solved so far. Very familiar street; my sister-in-law & her family are down the western end. Scrambled my way down to the published coordinates and didn't take long at all to find the first container.
Inside was the item I had been expecting as well as the directions to GZ. So I did as I was told and soon saw something quite large and obvious for the area. I had no difficulties in opening up the outer container and the cache. Signed the log - surprised to be 3TF and the first person here in 11 days (since the day 1 frenzy). I replaced the container as expected and returned the first container to where I'd seen it as well. Time to hit the shops. TFTC.

Checked on it and all looks good, moved the first part into a better hiding spot.

Having just arrived home after the long weekend camping trip to the Watagans, I was about to drive to the car wash when I noticed that this new cache had not yet been logged. Short detour to GZ where I noticed two people doing something strange in the bush. Nice to meet you, Gaztek. Logged as second to find.
Wow, talk about the stars aligning. Mr Gaztek wanted to head to his favourite shop to check out some tools. Mrs Gaztek was going to tag along and thought we might check out a geocache en route. Just as she arrived at the computer screen up popped a new cache notice. Let's take a short detour and see if we can find it. And we did! A bit of Bush! and sticky plants did not deter us. Just as we were finishing up along came Mr The Vikings. He told us about their new series which we will check out before long. We are extremely rare FTF-ers; this is our third in seven years. Wow. Great idea and a lot of work went into constructing the container container. TN L the Stunt Double TB SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
