My second find today after 3 DNFs. Regardless I had fun nonetheless. Thank you Wiser than Owls for placing and maintaining Surf Coast - T-Bone for us to find today.
A quick find. Lucky no traffic coming past even with the Rip Curl Pro on close by today
Easily solved this puzzle last night as we knew we were passing through today. All good here. TFTC!
AusFox; and I decided to meet up and tackle a nearby series and a few more caches in the area tonight! It was cold and windy but didn't stop us getting out and about. I have had the coords worked out and stored away for sometime now so it was great to get this one ticked off the list.Everything is in good order here. Thank you for placing
Sweet drive by find to up our count to 14!First mystery find, feel like a steak now..Good clues! TFTC
A quick drive-by this afternoon on the way back from Anglesea. Easily found. Nice to have the excuse to turn off the highway.

Touring around the area, this one solved while on my last visit from NZ. Time to find..cache all good tftp
I found this cache as I slowly made my way from Adelaide through southern Victoria towards the Mega event at Rutherglen, picking up a few caches of interest along the way.
Mixed weather today. The morning wasn’t t too bad, but it slowly got worse as I tried to dodge the showers.
Cache and contents are in good condition.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the puzzle and the cache.

After a failed attempt due to an impromptu Covid lockdown, it was time to take my niece Harper camping for the very first time. She opted for the beach and wanted to be near Torquay, so we set off for a caravan park in nearby Anglesea.
I set off first thing in the morning with the car loaded to get a head start on camp setup. This cache was found on a small detour on the way in.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Needing 31 mysteries in a month and a calendar find for today. This cache was fun to solve and quick to find. Thanks for creating it.
Out for the day with LittleBoss2 in and around Anglesea. This was our first for the day, and thankfully an easy puzzle. great coords and a clever hide, thank again WtO for the simple puzzles
Found with Bogonghazy. Log book was soaked. Replaced with a new log book and in sealed bag. Thanks for placing the geocache
Closet to where we are camping. Very windy this week. And since I’m not the biggest beach person and certainly not a surfer, we are going for a hike in the otways. The log is completely wet, needs replacement.
Found by Rebel Acts
I had to duck back up to Melbourne on Monday for an appointment but made it back Tuesday afternoon for a couple more days caching with Ski Pair, we had lots of laughs and the stirring is always fun, could not ask for better company.
Today we concentrated our efforts around Angelsea and a few in Geelong. This is one of the caches we found today, this cache had Me craving a steak.
Logs signed as RASP (Rebel Acts Ski Pair)

Great hide, shame the coords were out
Another day, another time we have teamed up with Rebel Acts to explore the scenic Bellarine Peninsula. Once again we are signing our logs as either SKI Pair, Rebel Acts or RASH. We have been in the area for well over a week now and still have a lot of unfound caches on our map. We’ve had a great time in the area with Rebel, his experience with caching is much larger than ours so we are learning as well as having a great time. Lots of trash talk about “amateur’s” versus “professionals” has caused quite a bit of laughter.
Thanks to all the local cache owners for giving us so many great caches, and showcasing this lovely area. We won’t manage to clean the area out this time, so we will need to come back another time. And we will be looking forward to it.

We decided to take a day off today and head down the coast for some rest and relaxation. We packed the geodogs into the geomobile and headed towards the Great Ocean Road. We had solved this cache some time back, and it was only a little off the route we were taking, so we decided to see if we could find the cache. This cache was another nice quick find giving us two for two for the morning and a great way to start. The cache was in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache Wiser than Owls.
Came back today determined to find, and still had some trouble. Had a dig around and found cache at GZ, just wasn't expecting it to be buried! Thanks for the cache out here.
We are enjoying the Easter break down here at Torquay So I pre solved a couple of puzzles and picked out a couple of multis to do when I had a chance.
This one was found as soon as I got out of the car with the GPS reading 0.8m.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I had this and another mystery cache nearby on my radar for a while as I live nearby, picked them up on my way to the chocolaterie. This one was an easy mystery cache. TFTC.
Mmmm T-bone steak and I am hungry too. I would prefer a scotch fillet steak though. Now I am hungry and I think I will have steak sandwich when I get home.
This puzzle has been in my solved list forever but haven't had the chance to grab it. Tonight I was in Torquay and between job so I made the quick dash out to make the quick find.
Thank you Wiser than Owls for the mystery

A chance to get out of town and head down, with Mrs Dragon, along the "Great Ocean Road" to take in the beauty that is around every turn as its been 20 plus years since I had traveled that road and she has never been along that route.
We love the vibrancy of Melbourne and Victoria in general and as such trips back here are not infrequent.
We had made the decision to head to the far end and work our way back at our leasure and as we come from a country with active volcano's and a rough west coast (Black Sand) thought that it was appropriate to explore the volcanic and coastal history of Victoria. Of course I would have liked to stop at every cache along the way but prudence (and fear of Mrs Dragon) meant that I concentrated on Earthcaches along our route, with a few others thrown in for good measure.
As we were going to be stopping for the night nearby, it was a chance to shoot out a d grab a couple more caches before dinner.
Nice quick find here, all good
thanks for the placement

I took a short diversion while on the way down to today's bushwalk for a nice quick find at 09:35. With the log signed and the cache replaced, I was on my way.
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Wiser than Owls.

A nice quick puzzle thats been sitting in the solved pile waiting for the day it would come in handy. Today was that day, a quick trip down to the GOR chocolaterie for some xmas gifts presented the opportunity to detour past here on the way home and tick off today’s streak find. TFTC.
I’m more of a rib-eye girl myself. TFTC
A trip east to Parkville 2018 had us stopping on the way to collect a few caches and again stopping on the way home. Well that’s what cachers do when they head to a mega don’t they.

Found with Tyred n Cranky.
Down in Anglesea for a weekend family trip. While Tyred n Cranky had found quite a few in the area they decided to stop at a lot of them to let me claim some smilies.
Heading back to Anglesea for tea we had to stop for a couple more caches.
I had this one sorted before heading down here. At GZ it was a quick find.

A weekend away with FWBs, only one of a few puzzels done this trip. This is a generic log to help me catch up with the long overdue logging of my found caches. Please note that each cache and location can be remembered but due to time restraints unable to personalize each log. The date logged may also differ to day found. Thank you for sharing this location for us.

Note to self, do not attempt this puzzle on an empty stomach. Man, I could almost hear the sizzle of the steak. Hmmmm. Is that smoky bbq smell?

firstly apologies for the very late log, I was in the area spending the day hunting caches and I was driving past this pair of puzzles. Had a look at the description and I was able to quickly solve it and headed to GZ for the quick find. Thanks to Wiser than Owls for this one

Find No. 2150. Found at 1.38pm
Down in the Torquay area for the weekend to take our geodog Penny to the beach (and she loved it), and also to do some caching. At this time of year the weather was good to us for both activities. On Saturday, first up we concentrated on getting the caches in Torquay before moving onto the G2Anglesea Trail.
We started the trail at #44 and finished at #87 making our way back to Anglesea where we were staying. Most caches were easy to find, some a bit harder. Good to see different containers and sizes along the way.
Today, Sunday we are doing a few more on the trail before we head for home, starting at #118, finishing at #88 and grabbing a couple of others along the way. After doing #88 we had to head back to do #117 and multi nearby (couldn't do earlier due to muggles nearby).
Our last find for the weekend down in this area. Another nice easy puzzle which I could do. Cache found, log signed now into Torquay to take Penny to the beach for one last swim before we head home.

We were on our way to a father/daughter camp near Lorne and I managed to convince my daughter that we would be way too early so I could grab a few caches on the way. A quick find. TNLN. TFTC.
A meaty puzzle to sink your teeth into, and an apt location on the the way to this iconic location.
We headed here to further explore the area and pick up some caches as we made our way around. The weather was perfect on this bright sunny day and all in all it was a great adventure.

Nice mystery to solve. Definitely appreciated this mystery. Sent my half muggle mum to retrieve it as i couldnt get my wheelchair in to grab it.
Ah, last official day of school holidays... GeoHubby was able to get some time off work, and apparently we 'owed' the eldest GeoKid a trip to the Great Ocean Road chocolate place. Made it an all-in family experience by combining with some geocaching on the way!
A straightforward puzzle matched by a straightforward find.
All in good condition. Log signed and all replaced as found.

We have based ourselves in Torquay to complete many of the trails in the area plus the mystery caches that we solved before leaving the Apple Isle. We have decided to do most of our caching in the morning and then spend the afternoon exploring the area with the muggle mum/mum-in-law. We were heading to Bells Beach with the muggle mum and just couldn't help but stop at this solved puzzle. This was a quick find which is the way we like them.

Down on the surf coast for a few days break during the school holidays and the next activity to keep the kids busy saw us heading out to the Chocolaterie just out of Anglesea for afternoon tea. On the way home I planned a bit of a detour to pick up some of the local caches while in the area.
My kind of puzzle here that doesn't have me just staring at the screen not knowing where to start. Once at GZ I spotted the cache quickly. Thanks for the cache Wiser than owls.

A day of geocaching was needed after a hectic summer season, out with sassieold55 to do more of the nearby powertrail,by the time we reached this cache it was dark and luckily I had torches on board, looking forward to my next T-Bone steak, thanks for the cache.
This was a bone of contention after being t-boned in my car recently , but a good cache
Nice puzzle and again the name made sense after arriving at GZ today.

Made a quick find with this hide this afternoon while out and about around Torquay, we quickly worked out the required numbers and then went and collected the cache. The cache was soon located and logged, thanks Wiser than Owls for the cache.
After finishing work early, we were sitting around doing nothing due to a power outage and we thought what can we do to pass some time? We know what, lets go and get some caches!
So we headed off down to Anglesea to smash over this series with the mysteries already presolved.
Luckily the night was warm and no sight of rain making it all very enjoyable in such a lovely area.
As it started to get dark , we watched the various colours of the sunset before bringing out the torches to guide us to the Tupperware.
Thanks Wiser than Owls for the variety of caches in this very beautiful part of the coast.

We were pretty hungry after solving this cache at the Mega, but ran out of time to grab it on the way home. Plenty of parking near GZ today and a quick grab before a car came down this familiar stretch of road. TFTC
Thanks for placing this cache. found before a quick trip to the chocalate palace. sl took keyring left whistle.
ROFL. The steak photo got me thinking about a nice eye fillet at the Anglesea pub, and distracted me as I considered the many possibilities for solving image puzzles. And then the ah ha moment made everything clear. Appropriate road as I did a quick park and sign this morning. TFTC
We were slowly working our way back home after the Mega, and picking up a few puzzles that he Queen had solved back at the party house in between drinks. We rocked up to this one and immediately discovered that it appeared it was quite popular at the event going by the geotrail that made it easy to find. So we signed our lives away and took off to the next one.

Day 6 of my week long visit to Victoria.
Today our team was to be GOTHS plus 1. GOTHS being the Geocachers Of The HillS - a group of SA cachers. Myself, mogni and Aussie M&M were the GOTHS members and local cacher Bushfire was the plus 1 [:o)]
After the hectic competition of yesterday it was time to just pick up a few caches at our leisure. Caches with lots of favourite points, ones that seemed a bit interesting, some more of the surf coast caches and a few others along the way were targeted
After a long lunch at the waterfront in Geelong it was time for a walk! And then it was time to head back towards Anglesea and the last of the events. Finding more caches as we went of course.
Time to get the last few puzzles solved from the event out the way. [^]
