Logs
I gave it a good shot before I checked previous logs! Sounds like it should be a pretty straightforward find, so very likely to be MIA!
Plenty of places I thought it would be but to no avail! Oh welll might try again another day
Quick find at GZ, nice to be away from prying eyes, quite busy in the forest today.
I came to this one on a Spring-like winter's day on a walk around the forest (such as it is in places). I searched for a long time in the likely places, and even tried again after walking the loop. Even after reading through the logs, maybe it has fallen down inside. Could be there, but no love for me this time.
Logging in the area.

Thanks. Kiwi864 for putting in the effort to hide this geocache. This was find 4886 for me.

28 May 2017 4:39 PM. Area is actually closed for tree felling but I thought I'd be pretty safe to sneak in late on a Sunday afternoon. Some awesome ancient apple trees! Hope they aren't for the chop. TFTC Kiwi864
In Christchurch for two weeks to see family. Easy find for one today. Thanks Kiwi864 for the cache.
The first of only four on this side of the Forest,as time was against us to look for the rest..No sign of the Travel Bug,someone before us must have it..TFTH
Found on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. Took us a few minutes to find due to a sudden high concentration of muggles...
Dropped off trackable. Thanks for placing this cache.

This had quite a few places to hide a cache. I looked in quite a few of them till I found it in the obvious place. Cheers for the hide and walk.
Not much planned for the weekend. Should have travelled to Hokitika or Kaikoura. Cleaned up a few caches around Christchurch instead.
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

StreetWalker and I had made a start on the large multi "Tour de Forest" last month so we were keen to get the info for a few more WPs, and pick up some caches along the way.
The temperatures were already soaring, and we were happy to be in the shade for the search. GPSr initially wanted us in the blackberry, but after a few minutes, changed its mind and took us to the obvious place. Quite a few hiding places to search, and SW made the find. TFTC.

#13932. Reception was a bit dodgy, and the there was lots of nasty foliage around. Luckily the hint directed us away from the nasty stuff, and after a short search I spotted the nicely hidden cache. TFTC.

FITW ambertron9000 on a dog walk
Some epic trees these are!
I wonder why it's Apple Rd, not Alpha Rd. As "Alpha" would be logical in this setup, where Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, and so on follow. Hey, and where's Echo gone??
There is Alpha Ave in ChCh as well but it can't be because of the duplicate name because there's also a Delta Way in ChCh too. And it is not even duplicate because one is Rd, other is Ave or Way. Whatever.
Thanks for the cache!

A gorgeous day, but I'd been busy the rest of the day, and hadn't had much of a chance to leave the house - so before dinner, decided that it was time to head out for a walk & find some caches - these are some of the just over 10 caches within 10km of home! (Soooo nice to clear that out!! ) So it didn't take long to decide where we were going!
Grabbed the baby in the front wrap, and started the walk.
Number two cache, and took a wee bit - had to wait out some guy playing on his iPad! I thought he was geocaching, but he just appeared confused as to why I was standing in bushes, so I pretended that I was showing off the trees to the baby... - he may've just been a pokemon go player then...
TFTC!!

Enjoyed a walk around Bottle Lake park and stopped by this cache as I was heading back to the carpark. Fortunately it did not take too long to find even though there were a few spots to check. Thanks for the hide.
First time back to the Plantation in many months, and first time without Chuckles, RIP. Went for this one after our bike ride with Truffles. Good hide, TFTC.
great to have a new cache pop up as have found almost all of the ones in bottle lake already TFTC
Out on a wander with Dottie Thank you Kiwi864 for placing and maintaining Corner of Apple (Canterbury) geocache, from Mr Cuddly Brick Found on this awesome day the 6 November 2016, sweet cache number # 1523
Out for a walk before work with a muggle friend. I spied it first but stood back and waited for her to find it, she was very excited! I had seen this spot before and thought it would be great for a cache!
Walked to this cache, all the while checking some distances to quite an old multi's WPs. Enjoyed the stroll and glad of the hint. Thanks.
Was out collecting WPs for a Bottle Lake Multi and decided to head this way. Spotted the likely hide location from a distance. Didn't take long to locate the cache today. Thanks for the cache.
Rode the mountain bike down through the forest from Spencer Park to Apple Corner. The cache took me a couple of minutes to spot due to the number of possible hidey holes, but I found it finally in the last one I looked. Thanks for the cache Kiwi864.
Meet MrDan01 down at Apple tree lane intersection...we searched together and although he found he kindly said we would be a FTF:-) TFTC:-)
Decided to follow in Dan's footsteps once again today. A pleasant walk although the wind was rather cool. An easy find. TFTC
Saw this pop up earlier in the day and didn't really have any intention of coming over this way but in the end as I was in the vicinity, why not! Tftc! Didn't see many of these but lots of these!
