Lovely spot cool cache. Visiting from friendly Feilding slowly heading to the mega. Tftc
After long searching, one of the kids almost threw the container down the hill, mistaking it for another item! Signed and back in it's hiding spot. TFTC
A nice muggle free spot this morning. Took some time to find. The hide had been well hidden.Log was signed and off I went. TFTC
Out cycling and caching to Clyde this afternoon.A bit of a grunt up the hill. This appears to be a good place for the young ones to kill time with a few rtds judging y the litter. We were just about to give up and luckily I rechecked one of the first places I looked.A most appropriate container.TFTC
What a cool cache! Love the container and what a view ! Thanks for an awesome cache
Thanks rentdi29 for the cache. Its #1859 for us. We found your cache on Thursday 16 November 2023. Whew, nearly lost the lot down the hillside!! Great cache container. All back together and safely hidden again
I experienced the wild herbs in another spot yesterday. Lots of them here, very aromatic. found the cache in a logical place. TFTC
On a trip south from Tauranga. Been cycling around when we can. Love it down here. Yes fabulous views from here.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Logged with permission. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Need 50 today for a Geocaching Licence Challenge. Thanks for all CO's placing these, especially those with safe parking. This is number 6. Nice view. Spoilt by trash at gz. Carried away all the cans. Can next remove bottles please?
2. cache today. There was a guy sitting in the car just in front of it .
Found on the crazy trip from Luggate to Alexandra to meet 2 friends, to find some caches around, to sweat a lot of energy.

We arrived at nearby lodgings mid-afternoon. I then went out and located five caches in the area. Found this one reasonably quickly and, yes, great views from this point! #3906. TFTC.
We lived in Springvale 25 years ago with our 3 daughters who rode horses all around this area, our eldest, Debbie, this was her favourite place to stop & smell the thyme, they were very lucky girls to have the freedom to roam this area - thank you CO for bringing us back to this magical place - TFTC
We are down from the North Is to do some of your great cycle trails. Have had lovely weather so we feel very lucky. Enjoying getting some smileys as we go as well. Cache is all good. Fav point from us for the great camo. TFTC
We're hunting Tour caches and anything that's not slowing down our objective to much. Today is the opposite. Just one Tour Cache in the area but we take what's on offer without bikes and within our capabilities. We have started our return to base. While I was still fumbling with my phone Holymu spoke those words and handed me the log to sign from a nice and appropriate container. Thank you rentdl29
We are out and about in the area finding some caches and enjoying exploring and revisit other areas again.
We were able to drive to within a few metres of this cache. A very fitting container.
Great views from here.
Thank you rentdi29.

Thank you rentdi29.
A fav point from us. We discovered a new mountain bike track, found a fun cache and enjoyed the view.
Having read the previous logs I knew I wasn't looking for a lunch box type cache and wasn't long before it was in my hands TFTC
Nearly gave up then read some comments and decided to have another go.. very cool!
Great cache container! Took us a while to find but luckily awesome views to keep us entertained. TFTC
What a great View I’m sure this would be better if it wasn’t for the Aussie smoke that’s come over! Got a little tickled while trying to find this one but had it in hand pretty fast. TFTC My first for 2020!
A quick find, albeit a little difficult to access, of a nicely hidden cache. A lovely smell of thyme and an impressive view. TFTC
A detour to these parts as CXL150 was keen to see what aircraft might by in residence. That recce done, this cache was a wee hop off the road back to the highway.
Thankfully only one likely host location but I needed a loop around to find a suitable access point.
Once done, I undertook a fingertip search and turned up something which seemed wrong first of all, but then ultimately turned out right.
Thanks rentdi29

#16974. We waded through a decent amount of thyme to get to the trees, and quickly found the interesting container (don't think I've seen one like this before). Views were mainly of a blanket of fog sitting in the valley below (but GZ was above that, and very pleasant). TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on day 5 of our extended Easter break in Central Otago. Today we are travelling south to Roxburgh, via Roxburgh village and Roxburgh East Rd, then back to Clyde again via SH8.
We made a wee detour to this cache en route south, but the promised views weren't great as fog was blanketing the valley. We couldn't hang around waiting for the fog to lift, so found the cache (nice hide!) and drove back down into the fog again. TFTC.

Got a good laugh out of this cache as we initially overlooked it and searched further afield . Beautiful smells today and also views
Thanks for the cache
On our way back to Invercargill after a few days at Naseby riding bikes

Found this afternoon while out finding a few around Alexandra. A great spot for a cache here, a clever hide and the aroma of the thyme was amazing. TFTC, a fav point from us for this one. [^]
This is a mighty pine view! Made it up here on my way out of town continuing my travels.
A morning ride from omakau to Clyde, let the boys take a break while burst a lung riding to the top quick find tftc

After being blown off the top of the Old Man range this morning, we decided to spend the afternoon exploring the mountain biking tracks around Alex. First the cache, with a different view of the valley below, then off around the supposedly 'easy' trail. Think we missed the sign (if it was still there) as we took a wrong turning down 'car wreck gully' which was definitely grade 4 terrain with fist sized loose stones.... yuk! But the bit beside the irrigation dam and water race was nice, with even a few ripe blackberries.
A quick find with good accurate coordinates while out and about in the area this afternoon. Loved the smell of all the wild thyme growing everywhere. Signed log, TFTC.
Came down to Alexandra for a wee Easter family holiday. After a fantastic busy few days we're now heading for Fairlie to spend the night (via Bendigo) before home to Christchurch. Stopped past here for one last view....cheers....
mrandmrs and POB on a day trip loop through Otago, on a planetary pursuit
Love the scent, and a great view this morning

This a nice view of the snow capped hills and surrounding area...what neat camo well done Rentdi29 thanks for the cache and thanks for bringing me to this spot
Just cycled part of Roxburgh trail and heading to Clyde so we detoured off to find this. Glad we drive as I've done enough hills today. Thanks for the placement Rentdi29
A quick park and grab while up in Cromwell for the weekend. Was a quick drive through here to get a FTF so a good time to grab a few others.
As the driver, I tend to forget about logging caches, just keen to get onto the next one. Tonight (29/7/19), I am checking what logs my wife Searchwisely has found, and this one slipped through.
We'd found two caches already but they were too small/wet to have SWAG that the 7 year old team member was happy to swap. He was keen to do another and we needed diesel and beer so shot into town and then out here to grab one more cache. Sadly, we've done all the bigger caches in the area so we explained my suspicion that this was too small but a cool container. It turns out we were right on the well themed container! As we were leaving a Mustang flew over so we headed to the airport to watch a low pass before he headed back to Wanaka. Love that sound!

Found on a nice long walk with some friends. Had been looking for somewhere to drop off a trackable but sadly this one was a wee bit small. Great design though!
Good little cache this one. Well disguised. Took the Geodogs up here on a snowy mid morning. Great view but very fresh temp. Am a bit rusty after my longest ever slump of 33 days, hence I forgot to take a pen. Would of claimed spot #17 on the log. Will pop by next time I go past it and sign the log. TFTC rentdi29
