My 200th find!!! Thank you 2Sharp! It’s a bit too soggy to sign the log unfortunately. Gorgeous house going up across the road ️
Can't rite in this log as its sopping wet, have emptied container out, but now it desperately needs a new log.....
Nice easy cache but was full of smelly water, log was soaked so didn't write us in
We put everything in another zip lock bag

Our niece has a section in this area that they have started to build their new home on, so before we left for home we came to see it. Unfortunately the cloud meant we could not get to fully appreciate the views, but we will (hopefully) see them next time we are in Christchurch.
We just wanted to find five caches today, and after finding the desired tour caches yesterday we were just going to pick up some park and grabs that we passed on our way out of Christchurch.
This was our first find for today, gk went straight to it and made a nice quick find. He signed the log and returned it as he found it.
Thank you for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley.

#18650. After a DNF down the road it was good to get a quick find here (it was just a matter of looking for the right hint location; there weren't many to choose from). TFTC.
Today is a calendar day for both StreetWalkerNZ and me. I needed to find 6 caches and SW needed just four, so we set out for south west Chch on a (long) lunch time caching run.
A nice quick find (which was great after the DNF down the road) and a great spot to sit and enjoy the view. TFTC.

after a DNF was glad to get this one today, streak planning got a little risky today - great view for two visitor trackables.
Quick easy find on my way past for work. This one is certainly muggle prone, thankfully no one appeared to be up when I was there. Thanks for the effort that goes into placing and maintaining a cache.
I found the cache quickly while M checked out the section for sale and we looked at the great view from up here.
Nice quick find, no muggles around while signing the log. Thanks for bringing me here the views are amazing over to the hills
Phew .....this was a nice easy find after a few trickier ones!
Thanks TwoSharpe
Luckily for us the nettles were not in attendance this visit!

7872. Out geocaching this afternoon with Supernanny. This was cache find number seven of eight for the afternoon. Supernanny found it very quickly as I was walking across from the car. Thanks for the cache. Rodney.
Need to get fitter and need more exercise. Wanted to go a bit further up on the bicycle, but ran out of steam. So signed this cache instead and leave the next one for another day. Quick find, TFTC

Stopped coming back from the heights. No one out and about in this weather although I could hear builders from somewhere within the house being build just next door.

A wee bit of activity in the house above but on the far side luckily. A very short stroll and collect, thanks. The place above will have decent view I reckon! Cheers
There are way too many builders in this area- makes stealth quite difficult- but we found the necessary and headed off again. tftc
Left this to the rest of the team as I don't have a head for heights. Amazed people live up here.
I got wet feet in the vegetation, but at least there was no one about to see me.
Cheers and thanks,
S.t.

I think we were stealthy today. A lot of people potentially can see you from here, but it was expectedly quiet, so all good here. Good views from up here. TFTC TwoSharpe.
A few quick caches between Xmas morning breakfast and afternoon barbeque appointments.

Good news! NZGecko got her learner's licence today - she can take me out caching
Okay, okay, so I took her for a driving lesson and got her to stop a little hill start practice. We signed the log for this cache while we were here. A very exposed spot but an easy find helps.

So happy to get my driver licence I didn't even mind stopping for a cache! Thanks for placing it; nice views up here.
A quick park and grab on a look around this area. Lots of building work going on! Tftc!
I finally made it back here after doing a drive by last year. No one around after dark, so I was able to nab a quick find without any trouble from those pesky neighbours... TFTC (3592)
Once again my statistics stated today's calendar date only had 3 finds. So off I went treasure hunting.
Goodness there are a lot of new houses up here.

Last day of the year out and about getting some mode caches out this way. Im glade im not working tonight and am looking forward to the challenge of going to work tomorrow. So heres another adventure to clear the mind and lift the soul. Thank you TwoSharpe for placing and maintaining Ahead for Heights (Canterbury) geocache, from Mr Cuddly Brick Found on this awesome day the 31 December 2016, sweet cache number # 1641
Had to sit and wait until a slow ambling couple passed and then I could grab cache and sign. Tftc
There was a muggle parked not far from GZ who was taking his time to depart the area so much so that I gave up waiting and donned my Christchurch Hi-Vis and clipboard and proceeded to carry out a site inspection. Of course I was only 2 minutes into my task and homing back towards the cache when the muggle drove off. The cache was an easy find with the muggle gone. Merry Christmas TwoSharpes
Out on a mad mission with TG. TG came and grabbed me at 7.30pm and we headed out towards the sunset. Grabbed a few caches, drove a few kms, talked heaps, had a few laughs, downed the road juice (coke). Did I mention grabbing a few caches. My biggest day in ages. I scored 15 for the night. Did a big loop up Westmoreland, up Old West Coast Road, across the Waimak, up around View Hill, through Oxford and down the Tram Road home. Good fun.
Quick grab and back to the car,
Thanks for the cache TwoSharpe.

I was keen to find some caches - but bulk caching is tough when with no other adults, and just a baby around!
So today I arranged to go out and get a few with mum - but it was all very last minute, and we were left with less than an hour caching time actually!!
But still managed to find 5 in that time, which is more than I've done all week! It was me, mum, the youngest brother, and the baby.
I pointed mum in the wrong direction at first! But then it was a quick one.

I really don't have a head for heights Cache located quickly though, and it even stopped raining by now! TFTC!!
I forgot I found this cache on an evening walk with Mrs TwoSharpe a couple of weeks ago! Finally remembered to log it! TFTC
There were some people sitting out on their deck, enjoying the afternoon, but overlooking GZ directly - so I barely even got out of the car... next time...
A beautiful day to be out caching. Walked around the area and worked the old leg muscles. This cache was a quick find. TFTC.
Nice area with great views. quick find. On a 11 day caching trip around the south island. Log signed as b&p.Tftc TwoSharpe. Find # 3466
No thunderplump up here just a gentle rain, so really pleased to get a dry find on a wettish afternoon. Thanks;--appreciated the warning re the nettles.
Nice quick find on lovely day with some great views. I can see why people like living up here. Stunning. TFTH
Great views, a bit windy, the washing would dry quickly if it didn't blow away. TFTC
{FTF} 5.10 pm. I got the notification that there was a new cache up here. I had to finish the shopping and pick up my little boy from day care, but thought it worth it coming home via the new cache. Quickly located. Yep, a clean log. Thanks TwoSharpe for another local smiley. BJ25.
Out and about at night. Quick find and sign with just a cat looking on. Nice night views. Cheers.
