### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there NorthEastCMA,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Out for a mornings caching on bikes with the daughters and PiDay20. A quick find then back on the bikes
Easy find with JOELISA. Although, cache was barely hidden and didn’t match hint description either. So we believe it has wandered from its proper hidey hole. Container was full of water! Thankfully one of the log books were still dryish. Emptied as much water as we could. Lots of traffic on the walking/cycling track this Saturday morning.
Dont know if it used to be well hidden, but not at the moment, pretty soaked too, thanks

Starting my temporary placement relocation with an evening out and about collecting a few caches around here. This one was a quick find walking past. Lovely.
Thanks NorthEastCMA for entertaining me at this location.

Very wet and slimy log book. I had a spare on me so put that in the container.
Very long grass this time of year so cache was well hidden, luckily the colour stood out. Nice hide. TFTC
#4222 Enjoying our walk today along this pathway with the geohounds. Some mighty impressive trees along the Murray. Thankfully there was good tree cover because a drone was hovering overhead and therefore out of view, no doubt checking whether anyone was attempting to cross the border during this virus lockdown!
Possibly our last ride onto Victoria for awhile with the Border closing tomorrow! Filling in time while waiting for other geogirl at dance. Almost gave up scrabbling around in wet long grass but geogirl suggested one last spot... and bingo. TFTC.
Car in getting some repairs done so what better way to spend the time than going for a walk around Albury/Wodonga and collecting a few caches. TFTC northeastcma
Was looking at the trees then Bucrog52 helped me find the cache in a different spot. TFTC
About to log as a DNF, after the family decided to give up. One last look and Found yah TFTC
Went for a random walk and thought I wonder if there is anything nearby? Yes there was... only 80m!!! Found quite quickly however I didn’t have a pen on me as I wasn’t planning to do any finds
Found while on a morning walk in Albury. Cache and log in good condition. Thanks for the cache
a couple of days in Wodonga
out having a wander and look, grabbing a few caches along the way
enjoying the stroll along the river
plenty of friendly people using the path too
quick find ... after the DNF at Loco
all good here
thanks for the cache

Found by Mary and David at 12:00. Parked at the end of Harris Rd. A FP for the walk, the sun, the birds, the cache notes and, of course, the Murray River. Our thanks to NorthEastCMA.
Find Number 1972 found at 14:38. This was the 5th find of 5 finds and 1 DNF's today
It was a lovely afternoon so we decided to take a walk beside the lake. That was a drive, not a walk. Then we detoured through an industrial area before finally walking along the river.
It might have helped if I knew what an antechinus was, but then again it might not. I searched everything which had a hole suitable for a small animal of some sort and eventually found the container
There was standing water in the container and the log was slightly damp in places. We emptied out the water and dried things off a bit. We signed the log (sometimes we sign micro logs with G&T or GT) and replaced the container in its original spot.
Thanks NorthEastCMA for the cache.

Geo Wife at work today and Geo Kids at school. Thought I might head out and knock over some caches. TFTC

Have ridden past this one many times since it has been in place, and every time I pass it I always think “I’ll find it next time”. Today was bike bike ride to purposely find some local caches so had plenty time to stop.
Always enjoy coming along this path, the river here was a regular haunt for a group of us that used to ride after school everyday to swim in the summertime.
Not too hard of a find and no one around to disturb the search.
TNLN , TFTC , Cheers.

An early start for our first cache for 2019. A 45 minute drive and then a pleasant walk beside the mighty Murray River. There were some magnificent specimens of old, majestic eucalypts to admire on our walk to GZ. It is some months since the last find on this one, so the area was somewhat overgrown. Persistence paid off and we were finally rewarded with a familiar container, albeit with a few inches of water inside! The log book was safe and dry inside its zip lock bag and SL at 8.40am. Dried out the container and contents, added a gumnut PT, double bagged the log book and placed it back in its snug hiding place. #5859 TFTC and Happy New Year NorthEastCMA
Opportunistically came across this one, as the geo-dog and I crossed the border to walk along the Murray. Delightful early spring day, with a few muggles around. Thanks for the hide!
The geotoddler came in handy for this one. At GZ some walkers came along, we just had a drink and made it look like we were having a rest break. The geotoddler had a nice time exploring the contents of the container while I signed the log. TFTC.
Few places to look but found it in the end (also took our time looking for snakes lol)
Out for a plesant walk today and happy to make this discovery after a short search.
Thanks NorthEastCMA for placing the cache for us to find.

Grabbing a few caches while away for a weekend of catching up with some family and also some caches. We found this one after a little searching about but soon located it after rechecking our gps co-ord's. They didn't want to settle initially, but seemed to behave itself after a minute or two. Thanks NorthEastCMA for the cache.
