Max Ruddock Reserve was transferred from Sicad69 to SurdiVisio. Appreciated the original cache owner Sicad69 for creating this well-hidden cache.
We searched for a few minutes before a smoker walked up nearby. We quickly departed. Sounds like an interesting cache. Will have to return sometime.
#14450 11:55Fourth time lucky. Either I did not find the cache, or the area was full of muggles. But today there was no one around and armed with a solid hint I made the find.TFTC Sicad69.
DNF avenged, after like my 5th attempt! I knew what the cache was due to logs but still couldnt find it! I was in the area and it was night so flight it would be the perfect opportunity to find it, I had been muggled out previously. I searched a different left than I have before and quickly turned up lucky. It was just kinda sitting there? I assume theres a more elaborate way for it to be hidden but I didnt see such a place. Replaced as found. TFTCC (cunning cache)
Had appointment in the area today so took some time to check this cache out. Area was deserted, wandered around aimlessly waiting for GPS to settle, was just about ready to give up. Saw something that made me curious and @3.15pm find #283 was made. SLRC as found, TFTC.
This cache , as well as all my caches are available for adoption as I have moved from the area and cannot maintain anymore.
In hindsight, it should be a good find. However it was difficult knowing if my phones GPS was so inaccurate. Or a case of looking everywhere but not the obvious scenes. A few metres out. Contacted a local GC friend who told me Im in the broad zone - alright! Gotta keep trying.Successful find after a balmy evening activity that did went a bit too long. TFTC.
Spent a while looking at the wrong side but foind it pretty quick when looking in the right spot, the blue made it stand out
Finally found at third attempt! No plovers around and only a couple of keen soccer players.
The log is full, did attach a new piece of paper but maintenance is required.

Found. Tricky. Log fairly full. Logged D + L TFTC Darwould & Plus Elle from Calgary, Alberta Canada
After squatting here and squirming there, I picked up something by chance and realised it wasn't quite right. A bit of a lucky find as it was nothing like what I had no idea I was looking for. Thanks Sicad69.
Found pieces of it (coles/Woolworths mini)
Not sure if box / original cache has been destroyed

On a quick weekend trip to Sydney and decided to find a few caches in our spare time.
Spent a while looking around fruitlessly until a photo from a previous finder led us in the right direction.
Thanks for the cache

Wow! Took a long time! I eventually called for backup and my mum found it!!!! Awesome hide! TFTC sicad!
Found, but not at GZ, a few metres away. A previous finder’s photo helped. Thanks.
Irol22 and I spent some time looking for this one. We definitely wouldn’t have found the container without the clue. A very clever hide! TFTC
This took chippymick and I a while to find....hidden in plain sight!! Good to get a cache that made us look for a while and scratch our heads!! TFTC
Found it looked a bit silly trying to scratch at the bricks when I was looking. But we got there in the end!
Will have to try another day, council guy keeps staring at me. Waited for him to get on with his job but I feel he isn't moving because he's trying to figure out why I'm wandering around on my phone
TFTC. A nice quick find on a very wet day. You know you are addicted to geocaching when you pull out your umbrella and trudge around in the rain. Just did the ALab in Balcombe Heights. I’m visiting from the Hunter Valley. I’ve given you a favourite as it is a different type of cache. The first I have found like this.
after finding motorway mayhem I walked back around the oval to this one. I spent some time surveying the area around GZ and almost gave up when I tried another angle and spotted what turned out to be the cache.
Replaced as found after signing the log. tftc

Nice hide finally spotted and retrieved. The Plovers were resting on the roof, thanks.
After a great lunch with family at the WINSTON , it was time to walk it off and do a couple of Caches.
Managed to avoid the Local wildlife which was a bonus !! Quick find thanks

Finally! After DNFs in a July and October 2020, we did what we promised to do. Returned home and had a really good think. A bit of research helped us understand the clue but didn’t really assist the find. In fact, we almost missed it again today. But Mrs Gaztek had a second look and saw the clever hide. We wouldn’t say this is really in plain sight. It is if you’re looking at it but that’s true about many things. It’s not really in a hard place but it is very easy to overlook. And there is definitely no climbing required. Nice one, Sicad69. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Great hide!! Had a double take as we found it but just thought it was an every star piece of rubbish so ignored. Thanks!!
Friday afternoon after work geocaching is becoming a regular thing for us. After a DNF in July 2020, we were feeling lucky and returned. Well, that was a false feeling! Nothing, nada, zilch! Will go home, lick our wounds and have a good think before we return. Cheers... Gaztek
Unbelievable, second time visiting and I found it straight away, lucky, just happened to look at the right spot this time, wooop wooop
OMG! Literally the best find! After a message from the creator himself, I realised I had found it the first time. Well done! Wish I could favourite this but button doesn’t seem to work.. Thank you!
Out on a geocaching adventure on a Monday with DarkAvengerx, BarberBlackSheep and the kiddies. Lol, I touched this but dismissed it and then BarberBlackSheep inspected it further, TFTC
Yesssss!
Consider this one avenged.. I brought some back up this time.
I can't take credit for this though.. BarberBlackSheep found it and gave us the smug smile "I found it".
Adventure-f0x and I went and looked.. found something odd.. Sure enough it was it.
I didn't look here last time. Fair enough, cool cache.

No luck for us today. Just couldn’t come up with anything. A couple of games going on but we were generally away from muggles. Will think hard, keep watching and return before long. Cheers... Gaztek
Visiting relos in the area today and did a couple of caches first.
This one took some time to locate. My GPSr was on the ball but nothing was standing out at first. More scratching around and once again credit goes to Mrs A for making the find. It must be my glasses. [:)}. TFTC Sicad69

I decided to spend some time outside before my nap before my night shift started.
The GPS was no help and my head was pounding from lack of sleep. The hint didn't hit me and my geosenses weren't working.
I will avenge this with a clearer mind and a healthy amount of sleep.
I Don't envy night workers at all
I'll be back

Teamed up with marj01 for a days caching, our first outing in a while. The break from caching has sharpened marj01's senses as he was on fire today when it came to finding the hides. TFTC Sicad69
This was my 4th trip to this one w/ ensible Shoes and Shoes Junior. We spent a long time contemplating possible hiding spots, and eventually found it w/ help. Great hide, I would've given this cache a favourite point if I could. TFTC
Finally found this one on what was at least our third visit. Mrs S came up with the goods - don't know how we missed it previously. Luckily the cache was placed long enough ago to cause us no concern Great hide, TFTC
Yay! We found this one finally after coming back twice today. There was a bit of traffic around an hour or so ago, but after making our way back we stared at the structure before us trying to what looked out of place.
It wasn’t until I looked at something that was, what I thought strange, and found that it was nothing that it then led me to spot something else that was strange.
And Lo and behold it was the cache!
Thanks for your your help with this one Sicad99 too!!

We had the park to ourselves upon arrival, but it was hard to find GZ with it being a windy day. Looked around for a bit, spotted a couple of plovers but no cache.
After two DNFs and some help from others, found within seconds today. How I missed that before, I don’t know. It literally is in plain sight. TFTC
2nd attempt, and still no find. Either this is super clever or I’m taking things apart that I shouldn’t be doing
Too many people about and a bus with its driver parked right out front. Will return another day.
After lots of recent DNFs I did a cache check and yes it's still in its tricky spot.
Tricky one, not ground level? Excludes everything I can see. Will come back sometime with more minds
So many muggles. Tried a few things surreptitiously but was feeling somewhat awkward hanging around the windows to the facilities when I could hear voices inside.
Really clever cache. It took a while for the gps the settle though. Favourite awarded. TFTC.
Spent an hour here. Maybe the electrical junction boxes? No.
Post boxes? Nothing there. Some false plumbing perhaps? Nothing.
Defeated me

Couldn't look properly as not 1, but 2 posties came to pick up mail while I was there. Still wandered around and looked where I could, and I'm actually not sure where else to look! Hmm...
Tried my luck for a second time here, and brought the kids for extra eyes too. Still no luck!
Unfortunately with my Special Geoson who is competing in the nearby Special Olympics Athletics carnival we snuck away but could not find this one.
This one had me guessing a bit before changing location and spotted something that needed investigation. Ahh cache! Did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM

Cache check today after recent dnf.
It's still in place.
PS there is no need to climb on any roof.

No luck for me today. I searched for a but [edit: this was a spello, should be 'bit', but am wondering now if indeed a butt is what I should have looked more closely at. Only noticed them at ground level though. Hmm.], but being quite close to the windows into the facilities, and could hear some action going on inside (maybe just the plumber I parked next to?) I soon moved away. I kept under cover and did not climb as per hint and T grade. [Edit - just spied 3 tradies, so yep, I'm out of here!]
I had my first "real" job in this suburb and used to come to this reserve every Friday afternoon with work things, sometimes afterhours training brought me here too. It looks a bit different these days. The building is still the same but the outlook is quite different and there used to be a separate toilet block but an accident required that to be demolished.
I'd looked at the previous logs but I couldn't see any tips in them so just started looking where the GPS pointed. Good co-ordinates meant I found the cache quickly. Thank goodness, its not all happy memories around here.

We were on our way home from the shops and saw this cache on the way. After a bit of looking and a helpful hint from a previous find, success! Have a FP for the container! TFTC!

Hunted around the obvious lettered uprights but several muggles around and a cricket game on.
After reading previous log and being nearby at the post office, I picked the cache up to take home for a new log. Alas when I opened it at home only one side of the log is used. Replaced anyway with new log sheet.
Please use both sides before logging " log full".

Came back for our second go with my geodad and geobrother on a Monday after school. I couldn’t see up that high but my dad found it. Very great spot!

CLEVER! Geokid picked it up and dropped it back down with an 'ew' thinking it was something she shouldn't touch! So funny, because we then spent 20 minutes only to come back to the cache! CLEVER hide! TFTC
Logging as a find but was unable to sign log. Confirmed this was the hide with a previous finder. Message sent to co that it needs maintain.
Third attempt at this one and only got it because Wraacie gave me the scoop at the event this afternoon. TFTC
Found it with FBS and master Q. Took is a long time but eventually FBS spotted it. Love the cache. Very clever.
A little help from a PAF and persistence paid off... trying to roll cache was difficult enough to earn the rating. Tftc
This cache took some time to find. Needed some help from a previous finder. This is the first time have seen a cache like this one. The log was signed had a little trouble replacing the log. The cache was then replaced as found. Thank you Sicad69 for placing this cache.
Spent a bit of time looking for this one. There were kids around playing but not close enough to be a problem. Just looked at the right angle and spotted something that looked like it was out of place. We have not seen a container like this one before and like finding one that is different to the usual. Cache was opened, log was extracted and our name was added. Had a bit of difficulty getting the log back in without damaging it.
Giving a favourite point to this one for the thinking and recycling of this container. Thanks to Sicad69 for a good search and a fun container.

Nicely played... Clever little hide... Came up with the goods after reading some recent logs and using geo sense. Tftc
I feel really sore from trying to find it. My friend lifted me up on the roof because we thought it was there. But before she arrived for help, I was trying to jump up.
With the rain coming and going we looked for a hide that was close to a parking spot with no muggle around and might have some cover. Pleased to say we made a quick find on recognising a potential object and with a bit of effort removed the log for signing. TFTC

Although travelling home alone today, I still decided to attempt a few finds along the way. This was the first and was a case of only fully understanding the hint once the cache was in hand. I'm quite familiar with such objects, have a few myself.
It’s a nice bit of repurposing. Thanks Sicad69.

In the area for a couple of caches before work, I liked the D level of this one... and it sure is different. Not any standard that I have seen previously.
KRS & Canary Log gave me the hint I needed to have CIH.

Streak Day #1302 - Met up with dave8153 at GZ and whilst we could search only a little as there were so many muggles sitting in cars, we too had to make a PAF. Eventually made the find. TFTC
Met up with Snoop1976 after work today. With alot of muggles around we needed to PAF and then we found the cache. TFTC
Spied it and had CIH twice before I realised I had it. Soo hot, man my pen has melted in my pocket even, what a mess, anyway thanks for the tricky one
