I am leaving the area and couldn't find anyone to adopt this cache, so I am archiving it.
Found in the most obvious spot!! Don’t bother going in the bush.... you won’t find anything there but rubbish
Had just finished jury service nearby, so came for a wander & a smiley before heading home. TFTC
Found while on a trip north with tmann421.
Enjoying discovering the areas and finding some caches.

Zusammen mit Panne Koppa und Mini_JayJay war dieser unser erster gefundene Grotty Cache. Es sollten noch einige folgen.

Grotty by name, grotty by its residing spot. Improvised parking to make the find. Appreciated the new log.TFTC
Parking was the trickiest part of this cache and a nice quick find in the obvious place
Find number 5973. Parking spot was a little way off. Thankfully the co-ordinates were not. Barrier seems to have a shunt but cache all good. Thank you for the placement.
En balade en Nouvelle Zélande. #Motherstrip. Merci pour la cache. De Nouvelle Calédonie.
Mrs HeMaLuDy couldn't let her birthday go by without finding at least 1 cache (we finished with 4) so we were happy the weather cleared up this afternoon. A nice quick find here with darthcacher1 and purply.
Came past here before, there was a string of white vans parked along near GZ, and another time lots of activity at the building site entrance, so both times retreated. Back today, and just the digger working on the construction site. Had to check a few places at GZ before spotting it, but all good here, signed and rehid. TFTC
Have a couple of days off work to spend with the geo-kids on school holidays so after a big breakfast and trip to the library we headed out to find some caches to help us with the hidden creatures souvenirs.
Parked up across the road and made a quick find. Surprisingly the road was really quite quiet at this time today.
Thanks for the cache.

Thanks for the cache.
On the way to the Cinema I made a Little stop here. Took me longer than it should have.
Thanks for hiding!
Thanks for hiding!
Not sure if they knew I was coming, but there's a trailer with a decent sized generator, surrounded by a smallish fence around the GZ. Luckily its poorly assembled and GZ was quickly reached. TFTC
We wanted to boost our finds number for this date, so came to South Auckland this evening to bag a few. Parked near the recommended site and walked up to GZ. Another nice quick find once there. Thanks.

Coordinates changed to:

There is now major construction where the cache was hidden, so I had to move the cache across the road.

I got a message from the CO this morning, thanking me for the heads up about GZ and informing me that a new cache was in place in a new location. This was very opportune as I was heading out this way for work today. As such, I made sure to stop by and tick this one of the list. I parked behind the workers vehicles on the short road and crossed over to the new GZ. I didn't have the new coordinates on me, but my memory of the cache page, from checking it this morning, was up to the task. After a minute or two I had the goods in hand. Cheers for the prompt maintenance visit and for the cache placement!
Not so much a DNF as a NATGZ (no access to GZ). The short road is, currently, even shorter as a construction lot has been built right atop GZ. There is a new fence all around GZ too. This one is going to need to be replaced and moved to a new location. Cheers, LC.
To muggles this would appear to be a road to nowhere but it is actually a very convenient road to the cache which we quickly located.
There were many black rubbish bags in a pile nearby so sadly it seems that the area is being used as an illegal dump.

On a geocaching marathon today to get my numbers up for the year. Easy find at GZ. TFTC
Ryan took his bike on the train to this area of town and cycled around this little grouping of Grotty caches.
Had some time after the CITO nearby before heading to post-CITO lunch, so headed out with Jag50 and Davidson Clan to find a few caches on the way to lunch. We figured out the hint on approach, but it still took a little searching before we located the cache on the opposite side to where we first looked.
We had some time between the nearby CITO and the post-CITO lunch, so headed out with Aiden29 and Davidson Clan to find a few caches before lunch. Took a little search before the well hidden cache was revealed.
At the nearby event centre for the morning so grabbed a few GROTTY caches on the way
Walking around the area, looking for Grottys, before picking up my teen from a nearby event. Nice to get out & stretch my legs, rather than sitting waiting in the car. Walked over from Grotty 93 but didn't pay close enough attention to the map, missed the turn-off & ended up having to walk further than expected to avoid having to jump the stream. No-one around today which made the search easy - love the hint on this one too - yeah for another nice quick find. Thanks for another hide, Agazo.
This was really fun to find. Found it pretty late in the night... we may have looked a little weird to the muggles driving by. Pay close attention to the hints. Found with Nancy-bot
FTF new replacement cache, sorry noobs signed it twice. Thank you for the cache, super happy to find and great hint!
Mr HeMaLuDy was on the way home with the junior cachers after enjoying a movie at a nearby cinema. Needing a cache to fill in a dot day this was chosen in the hope of a quick park & grab. Unfortunately it proved to be the exact opposite. After some serious searching with no luck & no other obvious place to look we moved on to attempt another cache.
Had a good laugh about the clue when we arrived. Fairly straightforward once you figure that out
Out with Red Roaming as we travel around New Zealand to celebrate my retiring from work ( well I am going back 2 days a week).
We are now staying on the outskirts of Auckland , at Howick with Red Roaming's friends. The weather is more overcast and rainy at times. Logs signed with our full caching names or DD and RR, to save time and space on the logs
This is our last day of caching in NZ.
RR soon found this one. TFTC
Apologies for the lateness in my logging.

Cache soon found thankfully as we didn't understand the hint (perhaps one needs to be a local!)...and it is starting to brighten up after the morning's rain! Many thanks
Travelling around the world with Dartmoor Deliverer to help her celebrate taking early retirement!
NB Dont forget our Devon UK Mega 2017 GC6JZNY this August in the beautiful East Devon area of our county. UK Megas are over one week full of events and geocaching - a wonderful way to enjoy our county!

Its Been a while and now its time to catch up on all the logging that I've put off to a rainy day (while it may not be raining, where we were heading the roads are still closed hence sitting here doing this).
Back out on the road with HKCB and RWIMF to grab a few caches along the way or at least as much as a morning would allow as we needed to be back in Hamilton for mid afternoon (I know cutting the cahing day rather short). So todays target were those caches along and about the Auckland Botanic Gardens. Not having done many in this series (well named and themed locations by the way) we were not entirely sure what to expect.
It only took a few moments before we had the cache in hand
Thanks for the Cache, thanks for the Placement

Teamed up with Cats&Dragons and RWIMF today to tackle some GROTTY caches plus a few finds in the Botanic Gardens, with the focus on a few solved puzzles that have been in the solved pile for a little to long. In the end it turned out to be a hugely successful day with all but 1 cache found, a big thanks to all the CO's for the hides.
Grotty cache found!
Grotty cache found!
Done and dusted. Our first cache of the day was a puzzle in manukau city, then it was on to doing the grotty caches just to the south, now that the sun is up, and it doesn't feel like we are quite as likely to be attacked by dogs... Not an issue with this one though - we were able to park the car nice and close, then wonder over and spot the cache!
Cache is most certainly still there, just very well hidden as it took some looking. Glad to get this one, TFTC!
Was donating blood at 0730 this morning in Manukau so thought I might as well pick up a few GROTTY caches first. This is find #1400 for me. TFTC
time for a few caches after dropping people at the airport and picking up the next lot to take back to Waihi with me
Hahaha love the hint! Managed to drive right up to it for a quick find at GZ. TFTC and another GROTTY
Mrs p made quick work of this one. Log signed b&p. Find number 4149.
Thanks for the cache Agazo.
Thanks for the cache Agazo.
Decided to go for a drive and grab more Grottys. They seem to never end. Just when I think Ive got them all, more appear. Thanks.
7.35am - This weekend was going to be all about cache numbers.
With a semi plan made the squirrel and I hit the roads around south Auckland.
Also along the way a few puzzles that we had solved we collected.
Also one puzzle with a starting point at certain address which we have passed numerous times we thought we could wing this and find it.
Much to our delight we got it. great haul of caches this weekend ,and some very interesting locations.
A couple of misses and with some areas cordoned off we missed a couple more.
All in all a successful weekend. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... In Auckland for a weekend of caching... It's all about the numbers, baby!!!
This was a little uncharacteristic of Gap... Usually, he will drive and park right on the cache. Instead, he parked and we walked about a hundred metres to ground zone... The cryptic hint did as intended... It confused more than it helped. We found this, because we could see it. TFTC.

Up in Auckland for for work for a few days. I had a few hours to spare to go and look for caches today. I managed to find a few more GROTTY caches today too. No problem with the parking or the cache. TFTC, Biggles.
So nice to get a quick find after a very frustrating lengthy dnf ...
Thanks for the relief !
Couldn't go to work after a dnf !

We were out of town when this cache was published, but it was mighty handy for our daily caching streak being less than 1km away from work!! this is caching day 359! TFTC!
Found ... had seen this one pop up a day or so earlier ... happened to be in the area on a quiet Sunday afternoon & thought what better/easier time to grab this cache ... and so it turned out to be ... easily spotted by Mrs McMike2012 ... Thanks to Agazo for yet another Grotty cache ... TN:LN:SL ... TFTC ... #1,426 for us.
Had just finished prep work for Mini McArgister's birthday party when I got the thrilling bing bing of a new cache email. Tootled down the motorway and in the chilly wind made the find after a full circumnavigation of the hint item. Another GROTTY FTF! Woop! TFTFTF!
