Hi there liam_r_evans.
This is the 2nd of 4 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here at around 10:32:00 AM, but we just couldn't locate your cache, so here's a DNF from us.
Regards
Ian and Penny

Thought the Easter holiday would be a good time to clean up some of the local caches that we hadn't got to yet. A quick find on a beautiful autumn day. TFTC
Easy find using spot on coords provided by 2y'stassies....they are S41 02.546 E145 52.768
The CO would do well to update the cache coords to the above to avoid further confusion.
To the previous finders....the log sheet will stay drier if it's put into the ziploc provided....big raspberry to those who left it out. The old saying...do unto others....as you....
Tftc...cheers.

Parked near the free camp area and headed along the beach to look for this cache. Our GPS took us across the creek which was a challenge and had us at the large washed up log. After an expanding search on that side of the creek we gave up and recrossed the creek to head back. Mr Beetle suggested we check on this side and the cache was quickly located.
Had the geomutts with us who weren't impressed at having to stay on the leads. But this beach was too close to a major road to risk it with these escapees!! Our dog walking beach is Pardoe Beach at East Devonport where they can run free and disappear into the sand dunes without fear of being run over.
Thanks.

Coordinates on this cache are well out. Found the cache on the other side of the creek than the coordinates show. Probably a larger cache could live here as well.

Hi liam
The GPS took me to one side of the creek but I found the cache on the other side by expanding my search area. (maybe a co-ordinate check might help in this case)
Sainted the cache at 1230hrs after a long search.
TFTC and cheers

this cache was the perfect excuse to take the geopooch for a walk. Found cache easily but on the opposite side of the creek to were the cords say. Coords need updating as they are way out. Cache was in good order and safe.
PLEASE NOTE when we arrived yesterday there was the unmistakable stench of something dead. Once we got onto the beach I soon found the source. Anybody with children or a weak stomach please note there is currently a HUGE deceased cat laying under some pieces of debris and I'm not sure if its within the tide line. Our geopooch was on a lead and we kept our daughter from seeing anything by distracting her elsewhere. Hopefully it has washed away by now but just incase

Today we headed to the North West Coast using geocaching as a guide to pick up a few caches that we have not fond scince our last visit and this was one of them. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

This cache took a while to find. Our GPS units placed GZ on the sand about 5m on the seaward side of a large drift log. When we didn't find the cache there, we gradually widened our search area, looking in locations where we might hide a cache. Eventually we located the cache 17m from GZ and we were surprised that it was a micro, not small as indicated in the cache description. The cache and the log were in good condition. After replacing the cache we took a number of readings and the average coordinates we measured were S41 02.546 E145 52.768. Thanks liam_r_evans for the hide.
Cache is already wet and coordinates are not correct found by eliminating areas
I gotcha following coordinates Sourh 41. 02.545. East 145. 52.767
