###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.

The cache owner needs to:

* Take action to restore the cache or address any issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.

Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.

Alternatively:

* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.

In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by BarDar (BAD) and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*

The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.

Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Spent a while looking. Coordinates kept pointing to an inaccessible overgrown area.

Had a look around at dusk when staying across the road. Couldn't find it. The structure looks recently concreted, not sure if that was relevant. Thanks for the hunt.

It was nearly a DNF but persistence paid off.

Tricky to find and the paper was wet

Having a caching day out in and around Wynyard. Thought we would stop for this one as we drove in. Bruce was not forth coming with coffees as a bonus. Good hint leads one to GZ without too much argey bargey. TFTC BarDar

Another cache that I had to return to, as last time it was a DNF.

This time I had more luck. Cache is in good condition

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 days off from work, and Geo Kid O joined me on a journey to Stanley and then down along the western explorer road towards Corinna. We have a great time finding a number of caches and driving a road I had not travelled on before.

The Western Explorer road was closed for a while and recently had been reopened with a new bridge near Balfour. Some very interesting sights along the way, with part of the road feeling more like a forest track, and other parts felt like a place where no one else has gone in the past, other than on the road. The open button grass plains were amazing along with the mountain views.

We stayed in Stanely, and the caches in and around Stanely were very good, including one walk to the top of the Nut. Gee that is a steep 400 metre walk.

Thank you for the cache which was part of our journey

Thanks for the cache BarDar (BAD).
The GeoGSP and I had been up since sunrise for an early tip-toe through some tulips! After grabbing a coffee and some food, it was time for some geocaching.
Another great part of the beach - took the GeoGSP for a bit of a stroll and then had a look for the cache. Spotted the hide and quickly signed the log and returned it to it's hidey hole.

After a lovely long weekend in Stanley and surrounds we are heading back today, via Launceston, but of course having lots of geocaching stops along the way.

This is our last cache for the day and we are particularly happy to turn this previous blue frown into a happy yellow smiley. Last time we were here it was summertime, lots of muggles everywhere and no cache to be found. it is the total opposite this time. The log book is wet though and will need CO attention. TFTC

A relatively quick find in between rain showers today. Thanks for a great cache (although this one appears to have lost its container-the log is in a plastic bag so is only a little damp).

Just catching up with my old logs before I forget all about it.

Well this week myself and Goose were meant to be on the mainland at a Mega and we did think we would be going to this one but with Victoria letting the side down and restrictions on moving between states back in place all the Mega's we canceled or postponed.

With time booked off work we came up with a plan to do a lap of Tassie and collect some of the more out of the way caches in the West and then pick up some others on the North Coast before hitting Launy and then heading South to go home.

From filling the car on Monday to filling again when we got home on Saturday we covered just over 1800Kms, along the way we picked up 18 GCA caches, 57 GC caches, 1 puncture, 1 chipped windscreen and 1 engine warning light.

Found on 01/10/2020 at 6:37:00 PM thanks to BarDar (BAD) for placing this cache for me to find.

The best caches I have found so far by type are:-

Great spot

01-Oct-20
When we arrived latish in the day we wondered the significance of the name. There was a real rear that we may not find our as the were muggles kids playing at the big drain. One was dropping ricks on, the was somewhere near the opening and we could hear his voice from in the drain.
They were called away by their mother (I assume) and we had a clear search area. GZ was soon found by SSR and we finally understood the name.
Thanks BarDar (BAD)

Thanks.

With one more day of the holiday left it was time to do a spot of caching. We worked our way from Burnie back to Boat Harbour and made a few choice stops along the way.

Even knowing that the railway was not operational I still stopped and checked just in case a train materialised through the bushes growing over the line! The rain was again threatening to pour down but held off until I had made the find and legged it back to the car. TFTC!

OK road trip for Dr James (a birthday wish), 1000 kilometers, 100 caches, 50 hours. Sorry for generic log, if I don't log now it could be years before I do log. Dates may be incorrect but are near to date found. Some caches were a revisit of caches already found but never logged, whilst most were new.

With a couple of weeks annual leave, we have decided to bring ourselves down to Tassie for a break. Why Tassie? We have visited once before and loved it, but didn't have sufficient time to see much, and 2nd, Tassie was the only state/territory that we had not cached in, and 3rd, the weather is cooler than we have been experiencing in Victoria.

Day 2 We stayed at Cradle Mountain overnight, enjoying several short walks and the wildlife that seemed oblivious to humans watching them so closely. Heading in Burnie direction today, not knowing were we will end up for the night. Having reached Burnie about midday, we have decided to head towards the west, still not knowing were we may stop.

Heading west now we stopped and found your cache.
SL and put snuggly back in place.

No luck finding this cache. Looking at the hint I suspect the hiding place has been dislodged from bank and is now on the sand. In this the cache has gone as well.
Suggest it needs to be looked at

I searched all around. Tried other suggested coords, but no joy.

19-Nov-18
I walked to where my Garmin showed GZ. Nothing, so I expanded the search and soon spotted the hide. My Garmin was showing the coordinates at nine metres out. A single reading, it preferred: S 40° 59.859 E 145° 45.951. TFTC BarDar (BAD).
Then it was off for a hot chocolate at the cafe opposite. Nice to have a cafe near a cache Big Grin.

Tassie Trip Day 24 - It was a reather overcast day today so after some condsideration we decided to travel to Wynyard for a look-e-see what we could see and on the way up we did some earth caches and traditionals on our return to our Burmie camp site.

Another stop on our return trip we managed to find a location however it was some distance away from any possible hiding spots. Middle of the sand and the hind didn't help in solving were the possible location of the cache was. (11M from the nearest piece of shrub on 2 GPS devices) We looked in the nearby area but had no luck finding the cache.

Thanks BadDar (BAD) for showing us this very lovely place to stop and cache.
