The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

The four caches in this series haven’t been found for months and the owner is unresponsive.

Time to go if that is the case.

'rainbow branch' seemed to ambiguous, I assumed it was the branch that made a u shape into the ground (the only branch on the ground and only branch that bows) went up the very top of the tree and looked around every possible right branch that I could get my hands and body on (I'm 6' so it's not hard for me) and searched patiently for 10 mins. Please help :'(

30-Jul-17
It must have gone missing again given the lack of people finding it since March

30-Jul-17
Had a good look but could not locate

No luck with this one.

No luck today

This was our second, unsuccessful attempt. We even brought some tree climbing expert with us who searched and searched .... but to no prevail. Within minutes local kids climbed onto the tree as well. We suspect that the cache has been either muggled or the camo works really well.

In Queens Park on a pre-Swans game walk. We stopped here and had a good reccy but too many muggles to go up and a lot of questions about what a rainbow branch might look like. We will come back at a quieter time. Cheers... Gaztek

Unfortunately couldn't find this one today. Obviously very well hidden (maybe too well?) couldn't find the 'dead branch' as all were alive and spurting greenery, nor could we determine which was the 'rainbow' branch as none resembled a rainbow very well. Anyway, will be returning with additional height next time! - Superkey

Probably barking up the right tree Smile since it's a lonely one, and climbing it was easy (many have, clear evidence). Finding the hide was harder. Maybe the twilight didn't help. TFTC

Finally this cache is back up to complete the series. It is now harder to get but very well camoed.

Happy caching!

As asked by email with no reply, is there any news on the replacement of this cache?

07-Dec-16
Sorry guys
I've been in touch with oldmorty recently and he has had a few attempts to find this that have been unsuccessful. I just went down this afternoon to find this cache is gone, so I'll get back to replacing it soon, maybe in a new location.
Keep in touch, and sorry for the inconvenience.

I checked this out this morning but due to physical attributes I will never be able to do it. Not happy Jan! Sad

So if any one is going to do it and is happy to let me know so I can meet you there please let me know so I can claim a smilie on this one.

Also not happy with the new look smilies and cache icons on the geocaching map web page - don't look good to me. Sad

2/12/16. 2:53 PM. Cache #4460.
2nd of 3 finds today - North Parramatta & Queens Park

This morning saw me out west getting a multi, "St Patrick's cemetery.". There was another cache out that way that I was heading to next, but I took a call and had to head back home.

Later in the afternoon, I had another chance to duck out caching but instead of going out west again to get the cache I missed, I changed tack and came east, firstly to this one. A brief check around ground level before re-reading things and remembering where I was meant to be. Easy enough to take the sloping branch up to GZ, where I then made a quick find. Signed it up there, rehid, and then tentatively made my way down.

I then walked towards the car before realising that "The Queen's throne" was within walking distance, so I headed there next. TFTC, a fun mini-adventure.
} : )

On arriving to GZ, there was a geo-iron pumper at the equipment and another on the bench flying his drone. So both too occupied with themselves (especially the jock!) to question some middle-aged bloke climbing a tree in business attire Smile
Thanks for introducing me to this very climbable tree. I went up a lot further than the cache just for some arboreal exploration.
Nice one Ulmy1

Second tree I've been up today and second dnf. Looks like I'll have to work on my climbing skills.

Just as I went to go for my lunchtime walk I saw these two come up so I quickly grabbed a pencil and wandered down. Would this be appropriate in work gear? Thankfully yes and the cache was soon in hand with a nice blank log.

TFTC, looking forward to more in the series
