Over this way filling in time whilst E1R-0T was at a master class with the NZSO, and decided to take the bikes along this trail....parked at the begining ...or the end....but were unsuccessful locating this one.
Will keep an eye on this to see if others find it or not....
Nice quick trail here.

Mr 12 had no luck on this one, there were Pokémon cards scattered everywhere here he search the area top n bottom to no avail , we will be back to try this one again if shown to be found.
Easy one to find on the trail but as reported the container lid is broken but log sheet is in OK condition. Thanks CO for the cache.
Thanks for the quick find! The log was a bit wet and hard to write on, but the view was great!
Nice view up here on this Sunny day. Not too many muggles. Cache lid is fairly damaged. Tftc
I really enjoyed Sunday stroll here and collecting well placed hides.
Nice view from GZ.

Found it quickly while on a walk with my mother-in-law on the first day of 2020.

After experiencing success at number two I climbed further up the hill to find number one and complete this series. Looks like there is a nice viewing platform here. I performed a systematic search and soon came up with the goods. Right, I better head for home. Cheers for the series and the cache placement!
Got the bike out for these - harder going back as it was uphill, no rain, managed to avoid showers today. All the caches were fun to find, many thanks.

Forgot to mention that we found the cache on the ground so put it back where we thought it should go.
Needed seven caches this afternoon to “see out the year”. This was one of them, all in this neck of the woods. Took just a brief moment to spot. #2186. TFTC.
Wandered along the path and forgot to get this one so I had to double back, quickly found once I started looking.
Had a nice stroll along here today n pleased to say we picked up all the caches. Thanks for the series.
Excellent view. Master Hoods418 found it pretty quick. Just enough room for us to place a trade in there. Tftc. Also our 4th for the morning taking us to 50 finds.
Nice to find a micro of a decent sized and not the size of a button. I had an enjoyable walk with the geohounds along here but was surprised that I didn't see one cyclist! Tftc
We headed over towards Glen Innes this morning to go caching as we wanted to boost our finds on this calendar date. After doing No's 5 and 4 we drove around to the other end and began a walk to No 1. No problems making the find here, thanks.
Happened to be in the area visiting the Stonemasons across the road, and looked at what was about. Would be a shame not to have a little walk down here and see what I could find. Like another searcher, looked and looked to no avail so walked away and had a sit for a few minutes then when I came back saw it straight away...nice hide...cheers V.
I'm back in Auckland again, for one of my regular visits. On these occasions, Friday mornings usually finds me sitting with a coffee and my laptop, thinking about where I might drive to today to do a bit of caching.
Well no sooner than I'd powered the laptop up, I find an interesting post asking for help with a joint effort to grab a cache at Bastion Point. As it turns out, I'm not very far away from GZ so I jump in the car and zoom off to make the search. That was a the start of a bit of a mini-hunt for me this morning, as having found that one, and being in a part of Auckland I hadn't previously visited as a Geocacher, I wonder what other ones were around here?
This mini series of caches was on my way back to base, so it was an easy park up courtesy of Countdown supermarkets and then a walk along the pathway to the various GZ's.
This was actually my last find before heading back, and it was a relatively straightforward find, courtesy of a good Hint. The container and logbook were in fine condition, so it was a quick sign and then everything was replaced exactly as found.
Thanks for placing this cache.

Thanks for the fun series along here, enjoyed walking the track. Nice views here as the sun is getting low, TFTC
Cats&Dragons and myself have been eyeing up the "Choose your hard" series for a few months now, and we were both on the same wavelength that many eyes are going to make this much easier. So we put out the call and HPG, Kyb3r and Alpenmilch80 joined in for the fun. The general plan for the day was to focus on the "Choose your hard" series then grab a few harder caches in the area.
Found while hunting for for dots.
A big thanks to all the CO's for the placements, we signed all of the logs as HOAC.

Out on a dot hunt with Cats&dragons, HKCB, Kyb3r and Alpenmilch80. Signed logs as HOAC to save room.
This was a nice little trail that we were close to so decided to stop and grab some other finds while out on our hunt.
A nice quick find here thanks.

After my work meetings were done for the day, I returned to this walkway and found a few more caches. Last cache for me today. Found after a bit of a search around. Nicely done. TFTC, Biggles.
Lunch time outing to collect our daily cache. Managed to time it well with a break in the weather so did not get wet as I rolled down to gz on the scooter. Looks like they have done a good job with this cycle way. Hopefully it will be well used. Cache quickly located. All good. 1146 consecutive days with finds from 22.12.2014 to 09.02.2018
Nice one, no pencil or loot, so we left a little something for the next finders...tftc
Our first day back in NZ after a break of 4 years. Staying with friends in the neighbourhood we took a short morning stroll to grab a caches & this hide was our first of the day.

Searched everywhere, joined forces with another group that came along, still no luck!
We met some other cachers at this spot and we had 8 people looking but were unsuccessful
All good, had to wait a while for the coast to clear. Mission accomplished, this one is a wrap. Thanks for the cache from Blenheim Bear!

Had been looking forward to today all week with another goal in mind to try to grab a few Auckland based caches that "obviously" needed collecting (as it would just be right). So at 4am I met up with RWIMF for a good days caching and an over ambitious plan (Home by 3.30pm). We signed most of these with "RWCD" or some such variation there of.
So today I managed a grand total of 54 finds (only 3DNF's) and plenty of conversation. All I can say for the days activity in Auckland was that traffic was all good till just before 10am and absymal for the rest of the time until we started heading for home so that I could still get some chores done for the day.
We moved the car to be close to the end of the line and walked back. This is one impressive cycle track and a LOT of earthworks and engineering has gone into creating it, Only in Auckland I say. Quickly located this one without too much trouble. Now its time to start heading back and towards that need for cafine. The cache was in great condition all Good.
Thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

I'd received a message from cats & dragons asking if I wanted to do a mission. I'd said sure at the time, but could I have a rain check as I was overseas at the time. I arrived back in the country on Monday, and so the adventure was planned for the following Saturday. I said I'd be happy to start early, as long as it was my early not his - so we negotiated a 4pm pick up
Caching in Auckland in the early hours of a Saturday? Quite easy, but things slowed down drastically when the traffic really got started about 10am - which is about when we got to this cache.
For this one I recognised where we were in town, so got C&D to park outside the coffee place the beconaze's had taken me to a few times. after all we've been caching for 4 hours now - I need another hot drink! we negotiated and agreed we'd pick something up on the way back from getting the two caches. This one took me a little while, mainly cause for a while I was looking on the wrong side of the path!

Wow, such a beautiful winters day, I just had to collect the kids and the dog and do these dog friendly caches. The kids now have their own caching profiles so are super ready to add to their numbers [@thesquatch143](http://coord.info/PRNPMNH) and [@CadJam](http://coord.info/PRNMENQ). It started off with a minor squirmish when this spot was found as FTF between the 3 of us was hotly fought for with thesquatch143 winning the prize. At this point we noticed a lonely straw on the ground and commented on the plastic problem we have, such a terrible thing. Found all in good order, thanks for the hide gernita and for bringing me to this awesome view, which was fully appreciated on such a gorgeous sunny day. This gets a favourite just for the view.
Found on this beautiful day with WildTulip and CadJam, managed to be the first to spot this one. Thanks for the cache gernita.
Out with WildTulip and thesquatch143 and the dog to pick up the caches along this walkway. Thanks for the hide gernita.
It was funny because I went past once and couldn't see it and went past twice and saw it straight away
My very first find. Decided to start off close to home and persuaded the dog to come for a walk. Took me a while for my eyes to get attuned
A lovely view and a great series.thanks for showing us this walkway.just about completed before the rain started.
Came here this morning in the pre-dawn darkness but this track is lit up like daylight. Awesome pathway. Nice quick find to continue my daily streak. TFTC
Very easy find. Great views from here after finding all the ones along this cycle way. Tftc!
Definitely a nice view. Thanks for sending us on this walk. Was a nice way to end a Sunday.
I was up in Auckland for a conference, and I decided that I have had enough sitting for the day, so went to find some caches before dinner! Thanks to the rain that was coming and going, there was a beautiful rainbow! TFTC!!!
I had a late start at the office this morning after working late last night, and so I thought that I would stop and get this one on the way in. However, when I arrived, the nice stroll down the hill that I had yesterday was more like a stroll through the fog this morning. As I approached GZ I could only see a few meters in front of me. This was excellent cover to make my find, which was straight forward. It also provided me cover to sign the log, even though someone passed the spot as I was doing this they would have had no idea as to what it was that I was doing. Then I was on my way to work... a foggy drive in to the office it was. So as I have said previously, thank you gernita for taking the time to set up this series and bring me to a place that I haven't been before. I appreciate your efforts.
My third visit here tiday.
Once when looking for coloured dots. Second time without pen.
Quick return to cat and third time lucky.

We were forming a team to go after Choose your hard - part 1, but I was early, so I dashed over to grab this one. TFTC.
After abandoning our walk around Waiatarua Reserve due to much of it being under water we decided to go to higher ground and get this series along the new cycle track. This one had us looking for a few minutes as we were mainly focused on the wrong side but got there in the end. Cache is in good condition. TFTC.
There were a couple of workmen who decided to move to the structure and have a meeting at GZ. Moved on to the next only for them to follow me all the way to the end of the walkway but, luckily they kept stopping too so had a chance to grab the rest of the caches in the series. I planned to grab this one when I went back to the car but the same two blokes followed me back so had to sit and admire the view until they went past me. No trouble finding the cache though. TFTC
This was my first find along this new cycleway. Nice little hidden gem, and a spectacular view! Very empty though, I only saw three muggles when I found these first 3 caches. It was almost an immediate find. TFTC
There was a muggle holding a young child watching the pony riders in the nearby paddock, but once she had gone we were able to swoop in and make a quick find. Signed log as JAM as I was with Jag50 and Aiden29
We seemed to be following a large group of horse riders along the trail. At GZ, a mother and young child were enjoying the view and watching the horses. We had to wait until they left before we could search for the cache. Signed the log as JAM - Jag50, Aiden29 and merlot58.
