This cache is temporarily disabled due to suspected being muggled or damaged. I will be fixing this cache as soon as possible
Found by Mary & David at 1415. Walked through the nursing home and on up the hill. A quick find there, then time to take in the views. Mary's Dad was a teacher at Darlington many years ago, so this area is a trip down memory lane for her. Terang always meant a visit to the dentist. Still a delight to be back here though. Our thanks to leoch00ks1.
Having 'logged' the previous one in the trail we decided to continue past the rest home, through the gate, up the hill (does this sound like the Pokey Little Puppy story?) 0h yes, the flies were so mean and vicious and had glue on their feet, buzzed around and behind the sunglasses and everywhere imaginable. I guess the number of cow pats were not interesting enough and they needed live bait!
So to enjoy the lovely view, locate the cache in the place described, and off down the hill for the next one.
These Pokey Little Puppies are not digging holes under fences so will have dinner when they get home.

Sorry for the late logging.
Did the walking track while waiting for the train. Flies were crazy today. TFTC

It sounds like this cache need maintenance. I will be fixing this once I get back from overseas, will be fixed early February. Thankyou for those who notified me of the problems.
A couple of days ago my good friends the suscoe cachers invited me to accompany them on a long trip deep into the Western District to add a few more smiley faces to our profiles. Well you cannot knock back an offer like that so very early today with the alarm set the ageing Bushfire arrived at their doorstep early for a change.
With the bits and pieces loaded into the fairly new wheels it was off West to see what we could find.
A wonderful day to be out and about not too hot but at times the breeze was a little cool.
Camperdown was the first cache for me today and is a town I have been to and through many times but after finding the cache it was off to Darlington hoping for a FTF on a new cache that was placed a few days ago.
OK we are now in Terang and having a look at this trail and this guy was our third and as we thought we may have trouble and came prepared as suscoe has stated. New container placed and can be found by the next hunters but is in need of the CO to check out.

We left a replacement cache in place until the CO can get by to check the cache location.
Needs some CO attention we suspect.

Suscoe headed out today to the Western District in the terrific company of our good mate Bushfire.
It was a beaut day for caching with the temperature not breaking through the 22 degree barrier all day. In fact at times it was quite cool down this way with the southerly wind keeping things mild.
So with the Red Ant, the Squirrel and the Hedgehog in fine fettle we enjoyed a wonderful day of caching and wandering the roads of the Western Plains.
With the knowledge that this one might be missing, we came prepared and after a lenghty search we suspected that the cache was gone.
So we left a temporary cache until the CO can check it out.
It is in the rocks ground level at the moment.
Thanks to leoch00ks1 for this lovely trail, pretty good views.

Found mid-morning with the geo-son during a circuit of the walking track by bike. Well, we at least we found the remains of the magnet part of the cache (apparently the same design as # 2 and 4?). Good place for a rest as well. Many thanks
