A freezing cold morning, so I was pleased to find the cache quickly and keep moving. TFTC!!
Continuing my short bike ride this afternoon, only really one place to look, all good here, TFTC
I thought I'd have to make a long hike to GZ, but then I found a tiny road that put me quite close. TFTC.
On the bike track collecting up caches, we have a tail wind at the moment but it's not too strong. Quick find here but needed the tweezers to remove the log as folds would not let it come out. tftc#7043
**#20,073**After looking for a bit I had checked the hint and started reading some previous logs, should have started with the cache page description!East find after that. TFTC
Thanks for your amazing cache. I really appreciate the time you took to set up and maintain your caches.
Found with Fisha1288
Cheers, Cympull.

Had a look around without success but then read the info & quickly had the cache in hand. Tftc
Last one for me as the drizzle is setting in. Off to piston now but thank you for the cache
Its a magical day so headed to Grovetown Lagoon for the day. But need a cache this weekend for Blue Swithch day, so stopped off here on my way out of town to get this one snagged and tagged. Cheers
On a trip south from Tauranga. Been cycling around when we can. Love it down here. Camped up for the night nearby. Heading north again. Thanks for bringing me here.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Logged with permission. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Went off the main road and walked to these two bridges.
Thanks.

This cache was found on time spent biking in Blenheim . It was found with my wife on day three of our eight day holiday in Marlborough based in.
We decided to spend the day in Blenheim. We brought along our bikes. This was our first find.
JDScout and I are spending a week in Picton. We have spent this week exploring Marlborough and finding a few geocaches. Thanks GH6710 for creating this hide. It was find 9473 for me.
======== NZ Mega 2021 ========
Planning for the NZ Mega 2021 event is well underway. It will be held in Auckland over Labour Weekend, October 2021

Thanks for putting out this cache for woolwood9 and I to visit!
SL **tm/ww NZ** (may just be a black smudge on wet or plastic logs)
*Another good cache located, enjoyed the walk - now onto the next one!*
Last day of our 3 week geocaching trip in the South Island.

Still stuck in Blenheim so trying to make the most of it. Hired a bike so that I could go a bit further out of town and collect some more smileys. Started with the cycle track up to Spring Creek. Lots of cyclists out in e-bikes. Took a few moments to find but got there in the end. Thanks
Great hiding place. Took us a while! Removed the geo keyring. Will place in a new geocaching spot today towards picton
Find #33 for MnAJ - the description, hint and co-ordinates gave us one of two places to look, and it was in the second!
Dropped a wee 3D geocaching logo keyring that Dad printed. Tftc.

Our second surprise the Christchurch to Picton train went past. The cycleway is a splendid attraction on a lovely day. TFTC
We were heading to Blenheim today to fulfil the current Mystery at the Museum souvenir challenge, just find thirty five caches to return the jewels to the vault. Well that is not likely to happen around Nelson with out some pretty hefty or long hill climbs, so Blenheim was our chosen destination. I had made a list of likely caches that we could find, only problem was I forgot to bring the list with us. So we just intended on driving around picking up any that were nearby.
GK had rung to say he was on his way to pick me up, I was just about to find this cache so that worked out perfectly. It was a nice easy find just as the cache page had suggested.
It was such a stunning day in Blenheim, a little bit of a breeze and plenty of warm sunshine.
Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley

Called here on a leisurely but slightly indirect drive from Picton to Kaikoura this afternoon. A quick find here in the second place checked. Signed log, TFTC.
Once the day had cleared a little (it didn't last [xx(]) I set out for a spot of cyclocaching.
I now see that the search problem I had today was caused by my not reading the description and relying instead on only the hint and coords. [B)] It is not the first time that I have been caught by this. [xx(] TFTC

Quick find this afternoon, after lunch, with eltee291! Very nice spot along the cycleway! Signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache, GH6710!
Found today with hingis20. Bit of an overcast and, at times, drizzly day. Still a good day for getting out for those elusive caches. Here in New Zealand from Victoria, BC, Canada to visit family for a few weeks. TFTC
Out in the area picking up a nearby Christmas themed cache with the FTFer of this cache when he stopped by here for me to grab this. It is hard to believe it has been two years since listed, I wonder why I haven't got it before now.
The intention was to grab a few more in the vicinity, but the weather was miserable so we decided to complete a few pre-Christmas chores and head home.

A quick and easy find. There is a shortcut now to the road (no not SH1) Thanks
A weekend away, first this month!! Time to cache around a bit and then head home.
Thanks to the CO's for placing and maintaining these caches. Cheers.

We are staying nearby with friends so we shot out this afternoon for a walk and grabbed this one quickly. TFTC [^]
A pleasant stroll along the cycleway today, I seem to be getting to know this stretch quite well. TFTC .
Another late 2016 placement and another nice easy find here. Although it's only just past 1600hrs the temperature is dropping fast so a quick park, stroll and grab before replaced as found. Nice caches G H.
After a weekend frenzy of caches ago, it was back into the finding wilderness straight afterwards due to my self imposed embargo on finds until today. I have unfound a few caches and a couple I'd not even blind-found so out this afternoon to rectify both of those things. This is one of my 5 remaining 1-days so targetted a couple of finds which were placed late last year, now that is restraint!
Popped out of the office 'a couple of minutes early' today and headed along Rapaura Road to come onto these couple of caches from Spring Creek end.

I took some time out from work today and headed over the hills to Marlborough to go and find a few caches - trads, multis, puzzles - it was a good day to be out and the weather was perfect. A couple of bikes passed by near here. No problem finding the cache at the bridge though. TFTC, Biggles.
Another calendar day, another excuse to go caching. Seems to be the only time I go caching these days. I had been here before, some time ago to do a pre-find - I knew that one day i would be here in the middle of the night. It is only 6:30, but it may as well be the middle of the night. So I turn up here, and things look familiar but I realise I have no idea where the cache is. I had checked out the location and decided it would be easy, but hadn't bothered to actually find the cache. Turns out I wasn't wrong - the cache is easy to find. Only 16 week-day calendar days to go...
Found this one on the 24/3/17 and duly signed log and replaced...but didn't log, so "found" it again today, converted to a smiley but didn't sign the log....tftc
About 3 weeks ago I biked past here with my camping trailer that I made out of coreflute. I decided it was not the time (with the camper) to stop, and when I got to Grovetown, I got a puncture on the camper. I carried on to Spring Creek (the destination) and left it there. I had been out (by car) and repaired the puncture, and today was the day to bike back out and get it. So with the day to spare, and no camper on behind, It was the perfect opportunity to to get the geocaches along the cycle trail. With Easter having just been, I asked the kids if they enjoyed their egg hunt. They of course said they did, and so I told them they could enjoy that fun more often- like every day- with geocaching- their reply was that there was no chocolate when geocaching. So I have brought some (now cheap after Easter) eggs and who ever finds the geocache gets an egg! They are liking this idea. I found this one (haha no eggs for them).
As I passed over this bridge I noticed that it was steel and that it would be good for a geocache, I stopped on the other side, and checked my GPS that hadn't beeped, and what do you know, there is one here!
QEF. TFTC.

I would have found it first (before dieseldebbienz) it I was on the side of bridge I looked at first. Of course, she picked the correct side first. Great day, TFTC.
I may just have to bring my bike up here one of these trips found all safe and secure tftc
Mrs SoBad parked in a good spot between this cache and the first way point for the multi. Walked to the multi first and recorded some numbers - both on the phone and on paper just in case. Then retraced her footsteps and walked a similar distance to this cache. The GPS suggested a likely spot to look so it was a satisfyingly quick find.
Not many on the cycle way today which was not surprising - asnd in fact just waht Mrs Sobad hoped.
Thanks for the extra excuse for a walk in the sun.

Heading back into town after grabbing another couple of caches up the road. Not good parking spots handy to this cache so went round the corner and walked back.
Quiet here today - no cyclists or walkers around.

The cycleway was being sealed when I was last over here with one gang working right at the other end of this bridge so I just had to keep on driving. No problems today. Interesting seeing the horse sporting a sunshade over it's pink nose - didn't seem to be bothering it much. TFTC #9792
An unexpected trip to Blenheim today saw us finding several solved puzzle caches as well as traditionals which have been published since we were last in the area. It was beginning to rain when we arrived here so we were grateful for just a short walk to GZ. It was just a few moments before we were signing the log.
We noted a nice healthy potato growing amongst the new plantings, new spuds anyone?
Thank you GH6710.

An unexpected excuse to spend the day caching over the hill presented itself. What to do? We gave in and had a tally of 17 with 2x FTF. By now our list has almost been taken care of and we'll be able to attend an event in Nelson as weel. Somehow it looked like this bridge is of higher quality than most. Thank you GH6710
I had my bike ride this morning without a single cache find. Popr planning. Maybe I should have ventured out this way. So this was a short stroll to gz with my father in law and cache soon in hand.
Thanks GH6710 for the cache.

It appears that some finishing touches are still being completed along the track so you are best to avoid work hours for now.
{FTF} @ 6.40am. On awakening this morning I saw this cache had been listed overnight and the insomniac that goes by the name of 'the Seagnoid' had decided he didn't want it. Knowing that the CO who lives nearby had left his car at work yesterday, I text him to see if he wanted a lift to work this morning with the ulterior motive of having an excuse to drive by here for a QEF PnG on the way.
My plans were semi-foiled by Mrs Kiwimykl who at the last minute needed me to take her to work as her car had a flat battery, but I still had time to nip home, jump start her car and head to GZ. In the meantime the CO replied that he didn't need a lift, but I still had enough time to make a 4km detour on the way to work to grab this.
I managed to park within 6m of this flash new bridge and thanks to the CO's placement made a QEF in the first place I looked/felt.
