Search all over the place at GZ and surrounding area/ trees but didn't come up trumps here
A nice quick find thanks.
Time for another trip to the North Island for Ms_KR and me. Today we did a little cruising around to the Franklin area. Will this long hot summer never end?
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Thanks! That was fun. Lots of flowers around the place with bees but nothing to worry about.
Wow what a jam packed jar of bits and pieces! Nice and simple find. Well done for giving Pukekohe a great cache.
Up in the area visiting a relative and had the chance to visit Sarari's hiding spot nice to be out of the sun and cool off thanks MaxStelie delightful hide TFTC
Found on my last visit here. Good to see this cache - another nice spot to visit.
Looks like it's been distroyed but by the weather. But managed to find it. Log was soaked through. Great fun finding it though
We felt a bit conspicuous looking for this one but fortunately the road was reasonably quiet.
Cache is in good condition and well placed. Thanks MaxStelie.

Nice easy find. Loved all the little bits and pieces I had to add to the jar as well. A little wizard cat for the little girl.
Thanks for a fun find

Picking up a few caches in the Franklin area this afternoon. No problems finding the cache here, and we collected a few Persimmons off the tree. Once these were fully ripe they were delicious. Thanks.
Headed South with Merlot and Pazza today for a caching trip on the shortest day of the year. We noticed the ripe persimmons on the trees further down the road, so stopped to collect some to take home to feed to the birds. As we approached GZ we disturbed a BIG rat eating the persimmons in the tree, and it quickly ran away. The rat did not stop us finding this cache!
Pazza2, Jag50 and I headed South Auckland way to find a few caches. Wow, lots of persimmons in all the nearby trees, I was leading the way to gz and leapt back in fright as a HUGE rat leapt down off the persiommon it was eating on the tree we were heading for. Knowing there were rats that size around made for tentative steps through the long grass and thankfully it was a quick find of the cache
Merlot58 braved her way into the deep grass which no doubt hosted a family of rats, judging by the size of the brazen one we saw up high in the tree. I picked persimmons in the meantime to take home and split in half for the wild birds in my garden. No point leaving them all there for the rats. Tftc
Missed on my last visit in the area. Found it on the way to Port Waikato today. TFTC
I liked this hide very much. A nice big container and hidden from the nearby road so I was able to enjoy the cache without worrying about muggles.

I had time today to go and find a few caches before I had to head to the airport and home. I got up early and was on the road by 6.30. Parked across the road and wandered over to GZ. Found cache exactly where it was supposed to be. A good sized container and well stocked too. TFTC, Biggles.
While staying with some friends in Pukekohe I figured I'd go on a small excursion to clean up my map. This cache found quickly and in good condition thanks to a good hint and a straight forward placement. Cheers MadMaxCo, TFTC
We planned to take a walk at Duders today for Fathers Day morning but due to the heavy rain decided on Pukekohe for transformer finding and quicker grabs from the car.
We had quite a tour around the area so grabbed this one along the way. TFTC.

Out and about for a big day of caching, I’m aiming to get at 30 caches today and FMZ has decided to join me for a small adventure.
We're working our way around here and there, we're searching for caches that we both haven't found. Not having too bad success. Came upon this one and not often you get glass containers for a cache so I was careful when I handled it. Contents all good Sarai! Thanks for placing the cache for us today, we had some fun.

Out and about for a spot of cache detection before the rain arrives this afternoon. I parked up and crossed the road to access GZ. No issue making the find here. Nice to execute a super quick find. Cache is certainly well stocked, you couldn't fit another item in there! Nice juxtaposition between surburban and countryside here. Cheers for the cache placement!
1.30pm
Teamed up with Squirrel Nutcase, abcdf4 and eyespyben for the day, plus I had some business to do as well.
Mission today was to try and clean out Pukuekohe area and look further at a couple of puzzles we had started on but not completed.
Didn't finish puzzles today but picked up all the others plus a couple more north that we needed a special tool for.
Great day of caching. SLTFTC

In Pukekohe for the day with Squirrel Nut Fap and Gap and abcdf4 to kill a few more caches.
With Gap (of Fap and Gap) and our Huntly friends; ABCDF4 and eyespyben...
The rural outlook was pleasant and an ideal location for a cache... We opened the lid and there was so much crammed into the jar. We tried to shake out the bits and pieces in the bottom and successfully dislodged some spiders and ants into the car. Wow! No room for TBs (or anything else) in there... TFTC.

I was off to do a bit of owner maintenance on one of my nearby caches and this was on my way.
The container was full of ants today so it was a quick sign and then a brush down.
Cheers for the cache.

Very nice and easy cache, nice views and so many nice swaps in it. This definitely is a cache for kids. Tftc
Had a free day in hand between a stressful week and the In Laws 80th tomorrow followed by a Expo next week, so this was a chance to grab a few caches that have been sitting there far too long.
So in the company of Mr MCC at 5.30am and setting off we headed north for a morning (only having leave passes to mid-afternoon) to see what we could find in the area before the muggles were up and about and we needed to locate caches in slightly less muggle intensive areas.
Today we managed a total of sixty five finds and only 2 DNF's. Not bad considering we were back home by 2.30pm.
A big thanks you to all the CO's for the effort in placing and maintaining these caches. We had a great day with lots of laughs and fun
Sorry for the repetitive logs. Thanks for the placement, Thanks for the cache

An early morning find before an appointment in Pukekohe. Thankfully it was a quick find, under the watchful eyes of the bovines nearby. Found with darthcacher1.
2911 Parked further up the road and walked back. Nice quick find. Pity the fruit were not ripe.
I enjoyed the drive along finding some more good caches in the area.

After delivering Junior cacher to school in the area, I knew a cache had to be found this calendar day....and this one was on the route home, sort of..... parked near GZ using the van to shield my activities, searching, and soon came up with the prize, and look at all the swag, nice job, this will keep the kids enthused....

Joining HKCB, 11hpg11 and iammrwalker on a geocaching mission to Pukekohe on a school night.
A team effort makes for a quick search, cheers for the cache!

I decided to organise a mini night mission to Pukekohe before things got busier at work and found some other keen Geocachers in HKCB, 11hpg11 and Kyb3r to join me after putting the feelers out for any interested parties at a local event. We left about 7:30 once I got the kids into bed and left for home just after midnight. We had hoped to find more than we managed so we will have to come again and grab those we missed. A big thank you to all those CO’s for hiding and maintaining the caches we found. One of our easier finds of the night.
Out and about tonight, heading to Pukekohe to clean out a few caches with Iammrwalker, Kyb3r and HKCB. We only had a few hours to spare and so we left Hamilton at 7.30 and finished up just after midnight before it was time for home for a few hours sleep so we could all be bright eyed and bushy tailed for work the next day. (silly idea!) Perhaps next time we just keep going and don't sleep!
Soon spotted the cache. No problems here, thanks for the hide.

Teamed up with Iammrwalker, 11HPG11 and Kyb3r for a night raid on Pukekohe. I've been wanting to find a few caches up here for a while but never had the time or other missions got in the way. Had heard talks of this night raid at an event recently and quickly put my hand up to tag along. It turned out to be a very successful mission, even with the handful of DNF's we had. A big thanks to the CO's who's caches we found. Signed the logs as HOAC to save room.
No troubles finding, thanks for the hide.

Knowing one would not beat the Jaybees would beat me to FTF left this for another day. Today being a dot day on the calendar thought it would be a good day to find. Nice to have another local cacher place one plus heaps of SWAG for the kids. TFTC
WOW, been published for 3 weeks and I still managed a 3rd to find, a quick park 'n' grab
