After spending an awesome weekend at Lameroo for the JLWE , we are taking the long way home, collecting counties and any other caches of interest. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Found by Mary and David at 12:15. M loves these places for the symbolism of the older headstone designs, and the social history in the epitaphs. A FP for sure. Lots of shamrocks, lilies symbolising purity, many babies and young women in their 20s who probably died in childbirth. Our thanks to JohnoMawbs.
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Wending our way towards Canberra for the Mega. after staying a couple of days in Wagga Wagga, today we moved to Temora to visit muggle friends.Once set up we headed off to explore town and buy green ribbon for the Mega.TFTC JohnoMawbs

The last day on our short trip north to find some better weather. BettyBoo3747, the geodoggies and I are headed to Cowra and back. Today we started the morning around Temora, and headed homeward about lunchtime.
A quick find, but no walk through the graves as they don't allow dogs.
Thanks, Robmc.

#21017. Day 6 of a short holiday over the border in NSW with Robmc and the geodoggies. Our last day as we make our way back to Victoria via a few caches along the way. A lovely little break with great weather - so fortunate.
Rob was quick to find this tiny container. Dogs not allowed so we didn't have our customary walk through.
Thanks JohnoMawbs

On my way home to Canberra after a wine tasting weekend in Griffith with the geo-family and was allowed to stop off in Temora for a few caches. We also stopped and grabbed a nice pie for lunch from Lynda’s Bakery!

We enjoyed finding this clever little hide. TFTC!
We decided to make use of the holiday to head over to Temora. It turned out to be a lovely spring day and we enjoyed finding lots of caches whilst exploring what the town had to offer.

Cache container was missing and has now been replaced with a new log sheet.
Thankfully the old log sheet and the old magnet was found.

Due to muggles and Noobies destroying/removing caches around Temora, I have decided on disabling all known to be affected by this. However, all caches (that I own) within the Temora township, will be checked at some point during the next two weeks.
Another one where the log was out in the open without a container. Have again written to the CO and claimed as found.
Catching up on some very late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
Found this hide while filling in the day, while hubby was at the Airshow. This was a quick find once at GZ.
Given a fav for something different.
Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoyed finding it.

We decided to leave Wagga earlier than planned, was not happy with the showgrounds, So Mrs Snakepitter decied on Temora. What a great plan. Arrived at the free camp, setup, then got the bikes down off the bike rack and had a ride around town and up to the lake. Did a few Klm, and nearly got through before the drizzle came.
Thanks JohnoMawbs for the caches.

Total Cache Finds 12393,
This is one of the caches we targeted and found thankyou for giving us the opportunity to explore. We are now heading home to Queensland after attending the Wangaratta event . Staying in Temora for a couple of days to do some caching.
Temora . Travelling with pprass
We stayed for 2 nights at the train station. A great area to base yourself for a couple of days of caching.
We did a variety of caches in Temora including 2 AL. Travelled along some very wet roads, which we decided to abandon because of the condition & a big snake at the 1st cache.
The fields in the area looked spectacular with the golden canola & the green wheat crops.
Liked this hide it's been awhile since we did one like this.
Thankyou JohnoMawbs for placing this cache.

Searched a few likely places before finally trusting the GPSr, then it led us straight to the right place. Great coords!
We have been on the road since the start of May, having delayed our departure from our home in Churchill, Victoria so we could get our first dose of Covid vaccine. Our first stop was Geelong, then up to Tumut to visit our son and his family. We must have known something was coming because we managed to enter NSW a week before the current Covid lockdown in Victoria-our lucky break. Of course during our travels we have managed to find a few caches. Over 1000 so far on this trip, with plenty more to come we hope. We are really enjoying discovering the little towns along the way. So many lovely places, often with grand buildings linked to a long history. Temora hasn’t disappointed us. There are grand buildings galore, so lovely to look at. Another link that has Mrs Ski smiling is the link to Paleface Adios. As a youngster my granddad was an owner trainer of both race horses and pacers. Gran would always place a small flutter on any pacer with Adios in its name, and she usually had reason to smile at the outcome.

Picking up some caches around Temora along with ilook4geo. This one was not too hard to find and the log was soon signed with both names. Liked this hiding place. Thank you to JohnoMawbs for hiding this cache.
Out caching with goingplaces2 and having a successful time. This one was all OK. TFTC.
Quick find here, no problems. None of the residents paid any attention to us, that we noticed, at least.
Quick stop through town on way home from Dubbo. Very quiet spot here, only sound is the wind through the trees as I signed the log.
TFTC , Cheers

Ah yes very sneaky that one. Nearly as sneaky as ordering a boneless chicken box from kfc and swapping the chips for potato and gravy so you can dip your succulent nuggets and tenders in the colonels finest mashed potato and gravy
Supervising my boyfriend DatFaz during his intro to geocaching. Great to revisit
Got to love caching trips! On the way to South Australia with a few friends to pick up some nice caches. However, Tankengine and I were lucky enough to have an extra day up our sleeves so started off today and will meet up with the rest of the team tomorrow.
This cache: A straight forward find when you look in the right spot. I was looking in all the wrong ones, but not Tankengine who made the find. I do love being brought to cemeteries for a cache or two. Tftc JohnoMawbs!!!

Nice hide.

We are trying to get a badge ,the author ,from project GC for writing found log files of 100 words or more. Once we get this badge we will stop writing this. We are also trying to get badges for adding photos to our found logs .
We started caching in December 2019 and by January 2020 we were hooked. As we are on the road full-time, living in a caravan for almost 2 years now, caching fits in well with this lifestyle. It is taking us to places that we would normally not have gone. When we move to a new place we also look at what caches are in the area and how many days we will need to be there in order to get the caches we want.
We are in Temora for a few days at the showground camping area and will try to get some caches in town and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to the variety of hides we will encounter. Thank you for your work in placement and ongoing effort for maintenance of caches.

We must be really in tune with the hiding methods of the CO - another find in the first spot that we looked in - also thanks for the excellent co-ords.

I actually considered that as a hide when I spotted it, but first I searched a few other places. Finally I checked here and found the cache. Cache and log are good. TFTC JohnoMawbs.
As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Karen

Many cache owners are already aware: As per Groundspeak guidelines, I am claiming find because physically found under TeamOzcat. I undertake this not for disinterested statistical purposes, but because of inability to revisit this cache, and/or because it's so damn confusing when viewing the local district geocache maps. I sincerely thank all CO's for time and effort in placement of their caches. Cheers Reg.
Somebody had kindly put some pig poo at the entrance of the cemetary as we were getting the other cache. I had to park right at it and got it on my boots. As a result of having to clean my boots, and little unbeknownst to me, l had my hand right on the cache, which my clever partner found in the end. Tftc which was found in good condition
#3771 Heading from Canberra to Ungarie for the day, this was our first cache after having lunch under the arches. Found with Green-martian and co. Replaced as found. Thanks JohnoMawbs.
Finally the borders are open and we folk stuck in the ACT feeling like an oppressed society are able to get out. The birds can legally fly to migrate, ants can build a nest and cachers can cache in NSW without the threat of getting arrested. Driving to Ungarie, this was the first cache. Tftc
