DNF - the elusive cache. Unfortunately it was not our day. Hopefully you will have better luck
Unfortunately could not find this one. There were a few fallen branches and debris around. Didn’t want to dig too much. Will come back and have another look some other time.
After having a somewhat frustrating day with multis we thought this would be a nice easy one to fill-in. It took us a lot longer than we thought to find. Not a bad hiding spot for a five-year-old
Great find!!! Mum found this one I was about to give up but we had hope. Was found at the start of this year so proud to have written in this one. Thanks Lucy, couldn't fit the toy In the container just keep an eye out for a golden tailed mermaid.
Out biking so took a little detour. Nicely tucked in. Lots of feijoas near by, no room for them. Tftc
Nice quick find. The cache is in good nic with great camo and just enough space for a little swapping
Got to 0mtrs GZ a quick rummage and boom found in under a minute.
Just looked for that shape out off place in nature.
Thank you

Such a lovely day to be out and exploring this new local area. Had a look around for a while moving piles of leaves with sticks (as you do). Had to wait for a suspicious muggle to pass by and then Mr Taylana stood back to assess the area and we soon had the cache on hand. Very good camo and in very good condition. TFTC
We took a short walk on a fine New Years Eve to locate this one. It took us a few minutes to find and we made it harder than it needed to be. Eventually our phone GPS settled at under 1m and then the cache was found quickly, all good here. TFTC and Happy New Year.
Easy find as was exposed and lid half off.
Closed it after signing and tucked it away better....
Got to keep it nice as Poppa put it together....very special for Lucy.

We forgot our pen, so we took a photo. Really cool swaps. We left a few treasures. Will come back to sign tomorrow. Back to sign log on 21/7/19
Spent forever trying to find, we tried the hint and never found. Think the navigator lead us maybe 3 or 4 meters away or something
The neighbours were home so stealth was required. Found without looking too dodgy
Spending the night nearby on our way back home to Gisborne. Out for the evening collecting as many smileys as possible. Thanks Lucy for this cache. Was all fine.
Found It!!! Looked the other day but couldn't find it, came back today and there it was!
Not so quick and easy as we'd expected but found by the kids so all good. Thanks Lucy!
Find number 4044. I wandered down to this one and thought it would be a nice quick find. That it was not. I went around a couple of times with out success. I walked away a bit and re-read the information. This time I went straight to it. Signed and returned. Thank you Lucy for you cache.
Thanks Lucy I've never been to this little park before but I really enjoyed strolling along the path today. Thanks to the drizzling rain there were no muggles about so I was able to look in peace. Thankfully the coordinates were excellent so it didn't take long to find the cache, sign and return before heading off on my little trail. TFTC and happy geocaching!
Visiting Tauranga today for a work meeting and managed to arrange my day so that I could get here early and grab a few caches beforehand. Enjoyed my walk to GZ. Thankfully no muggle issues today and it was a nice quick find. Thanks heaps for the cache, Lucy, I enjoyed finding it. TFTC.
Finally we have a weekend free to catch up with some caches close to home. Great to be out and about on a sunny autumn day, no problems with the find TFTC.
In Tauranga this afternoon getting a few caches with squirrel nutcase. Quick find here

We were out for an early morning walk today, and did a detour to have a look for this one at the same time. The cache was actually a bit visible from the walking track, but we decided to put it back where we found it. A nice well stocked cache, thank you very much for the placement.
My husband and I decided to go for a mornings walk while waiting for the washing to finish. This was a good easy find thanks
Out with Kathykaches this evening to grab a few caches before the sun sets. Managed to find 8 in a pretty short amount of time, not bad.
We totally went at this one from the wrong way, and learned a new trick in the process...doesn't hurt to check the satellite pictures of where the cache is so you don't go down the wrong road. What a hill that Jules Way is to climb!! Eventually found the right path and found the cache.
Thanks for the cache Lucy

Had a bit of a laugh when SB20 and I realised we'd erroneously created a little bit of hill-work for ourselves. But all good in the pursuit of caching! Eventually found this one in yet another part of Tauranga I'd never bene to before. Tftc.
Nice easy little cache, my son was very excited as it was the first time we had gone geo caching in a while
We couldn't find a different one, and tried this one on the way back to grandma's. We found it quickly which was awesome for our young guys.
Out and about caching with the kids this was our first cache after not doing it for so long.
Our 6 year old found this one first.
The cache is in good condition and location is all good.

So much water, shoes got socked. And as i got to the cache my sister rang me. TFTC
Little confused about where the gps was leading us but found it in the end. Enjoyed the walk.
Well after a fantastic Sunday caching over here with Kiwis69 and HKCB what else is there to do after a day at work but to drive over and cache till midnight! Nothing better to be doing on a Monday night, sleep is for the weak (or for the weekend?) Redbull for brekkie on tuesday morning to make sure I was bright eyed for work after a few hrs sleep
It was rainy in Hamilton, foggy on the Kaimais and then a lovely mild evening in Tauranga. Logs were signed as HK1 to save room.
A nice late night walk down to this one, had to search a few spots before we struck gold and found the cache. Thanks for the hide.

A bit of a last minute change of plans meant 11HPG11 and myself were heading back to Tga for another assault on it's caches. We were also meeting up with Kiwis69 who had been over their most of the day, with the main goal of the new night caches, plus whatever else we could find before we had to head home.
Checked a few spots here, before the GPS settled down and the cache was found. Thanks for the hide.

Just getting in a couple of caches that have been waiting for smiley's. Out with My.Precious. TFTC Lucy.
With Gap (of Fap and Gap), nerweed, and the family...
It was a beautiful afternoon if you could find a patch of sunshine. This turned out to be a quick find once we considered the hint. Thank you Lucy for a nice hide. TFTC.

Looked in wrong place first, expanded a little and looked higher than my knees. Many thanks for the placement.
Took the long way home after dinner at my mums - I knew about this track and also use to use it in my younger days. I enjoyed reading about why the cache has been placed - nice to see you enjoying caching and sharing with us TFTC
On my way home and decided to make a quick detour. Had the dog with me so it's good to get some air and stretch the legs. Well the dog got very muddy after chasing after a mountain bike ?!?! but the cache was found quickly and in good condition thanks to good coords and a straight forward placement. Cheers Rosielu, TFTC.
Made the mistake of exploring a caching trail with no joy but expanding the search a tad soon had it in hand. Thanks Lucy & Rosielu, well done.
As we approached GZ from Grange road, we noticed two individuals walking towards us along the track, thinking this is just our luck to encounter muggles on our first cache back in the bay, we slowed down and started to wait them out and stare at our phones. However these two also had the same idea and it was then we realised all four of us wanted the same thing. Usually we go to events to meet other cachers but it was quite nice to meet Macwatt and Kahluis and have a good chat with them after the formalities of signing the log were completed. Made the park and grab even more enjoyable, Thank you for another cache close to home (:
Needed a cache today, so was pleased that this one was near by...as I walked along the muddy track in the mid afternoon and approaching GZ there was another couple near by ...I looked at the GPS and guessed that they were hovering at GZ and mentally thought ...they're catchers and guess what they were after the same thing as me ....a nice quick find and sign. It's always refreshing meeting new people with the same interests and great chatting to you NZwashers and look forward to catching up in the future ...a big thanks to Lucy and Rosielu for the great placement and cache
We were out and about and Macwatt took a detour - oh another cache that has popped up while I was briefly away. Tried to dodge the mud while keeping an eye on a couple coming in from the opposite direction - and we both met at the same spot. So cool to meet you NZWashers. Thanks Rosielu and Lucy for plaqcing this cache.
Night caching plus an unco-operative GPS made this cache far harder than it should have been but it's a beautiful starry night and great fun sneaking around in the shadows. TFTC.
{FTF} with cats and dragons, he dragged me out caching early today and as we were driving over said there was a new one that had just been published. So here we are, on the muddy ground, searching through the wet grass and bushes . Was happy I brought a torch and happy to spot it before too long!
wow wasn't expecting that. with a plan to come over here today in the company of RWIMF we were surprised to get this {FTF} knowing how the locals love a ftf race. nice to get one over them.
thanks for the ftf thanks for the placements
