A trip to Brisbane for work gave me a bit of time for caching as well. Always great to visit Brisbane and to explore the area using caching as a guide. Found this cache on 27 October 2024 at12:12PM Thank you Pprime (P`) for placing and maintaining this cache for everyone to find. Tftc
Needing a particular attribute today for a challenge, I came here and it was a quick find. Logbook signed and replaced as found. All good here. Tftc
Today I took a long drive from the western side of town all the way to Nudgee Beach to find a particular cache with a particular attribute. With that task complete and with a bit of extra time I looked around for a few more caches to find on the way home. After a quick find of another Yobbo cache I headed up to this one. Lots of working muggles in their workplace but not paying me any attention. Another quick find and this time I took note of the clue. I didn't notice a clue in the last cache so I might have to go back and check it again. Thanks for the cache Pprime!
1/10/23 Cache #11Coordinates were a bit off, but overall a good hiding place and cache. Thanks for the cache Pprime (P')!
No 2 for the day , but they can’t do my windscreen after all , so may get some more caches here next week. Tftc
Out for about three hours this afternoon to sort out the majority of this series. I had previously found two, found eleven today, plus two misses (including the final). A short time ago talking to the CO he commented how the series is doable on pushbike, so I decided to tackle it on my scooter. So after lunch, I started near Guns and followed a counter-clockwise circuit of the icons. This may well be the most detailed tour I've done of any suburb that I've never lived in. And it felt rather homely to me, given my Logan background also. I choose to not resemble any yobbo remarks! What a lovely way to spend the afternoon; perfect weather and enjoying the calm of a chilled-out Saturday, just a kilometre or three between each geocache!
Down Toombul Road (holy honking lumpy footpath!) for me here and past the big electricity distributor. It got me thinking about an odd detail of another hobby - but I'll save you the pontifications. I parked up on a thankfully deserted street and made a quick find. Quick drink and the next is not far away! Thanks for this geocache, Pprime (P`)

Pprime (P`) I found your cache Ban-Yobbo - Workin' on 7/5/2023, 10:20 am. This is my find 5240 and find # 3 today. A quick and easy drive by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Pretty quick find. The coordinates are off so don't go into the parking lot.

Found after a brief search. Had a look around the obvious spot before expanding the search and spotting the hide. Found with Bhangu. TFTC
Headed over to this cache from the nearby Yobbo Shed and quickly had the logbook spotted, signed and returned. TNLNSL TFTC
A quick drive from the back shed, I spied the likely cache item from the street, and you guessed it, I went to the wrong post. Cache found and signed and returned. Is in good condition, find #7451 at 9.16am

Times this one for late afternoon when the businesses had shut for the day. Quick find. TFTC
Out to cache with my niece for the first time. She found this as her second cache. TFTC
It was just as I was returning the cache that a neighbour across the road pulled up… other than that this was a nice straightforward cache…

I heard the lovely Kez from saintsmadhouse was up here for a few days so after work at 8:30pm I picked her up to grab coffee and go yobbo hunting. Because what is more iconic than drinking coffee and night caching.
This is number one of the two I hadn't found and it was exactly where I assumed it would be. Parking the car took longer than the search and the street was empty.
Thanks for the geocache and excuse to catch up with Kez P'Prime

Managed to score a rare night hunt experience with Net88. Hmmm geocaching at night…. It should be a “thing”. It was a good thing coz she knows all the roads here and took meon a great tour of all over the place. Found this in the safest spot it could be but not before Net88 got out if the car. Cheers and all is good here
We were heading home from dropping DFC to work training, hearing we were about to go into lockdown we quickly decided to go back and find this one of the Ban-Yobbo Series, knowing we wouldn't be able to do much for the three days . So, we set out to find this one and turn it into a yellow smiley face finally after coming here previously and unfortunately having a blue face on our map.
Before leaving the geocar (track my adventures D78QWZ) we re-read the description, the hint, confirming the Difficulty and Terrain and the previous finder’s logs.
We set off to walk to the GZ. MummaBear66 was directing us where to go. So, we started our walk over to the GZ, discussing about where this geocache could possibly be located.
Thankfully after a decent search in the wrong place we worked out we were in the incorrect place and regrouped. Shortly after we had the cache in hand, and we added our ink marks to the geocache log and replaced the geocache exactly as we found it. Then we headed back to the Geocar and JLK to start writing this log.
FINALLY FOUND THIS CACHE!!!!
Thanks for the P Prime (P’) for the placement of this awesome cache series.
Thanks for the Hunt.
Took Nothing, Left Nothing, Signed Log.
We teamed signed as Mumma Bear and the Cubs

Headed down to Virginia today to get a new grip for my golf driver, so it would be rude not to pick up a few caches in the area.
This was a nice quick find.
Thanks!!

All the wrong yet similar spots were searched first before another idea struck.
That idea paid off and the cache was found. An interesting area; a street separating work life and home life.

Ah the yobbos! I fondly remember completing the original yobbo series a number of years ago, a lot of variety in hide types and caches, one never knows what to expect.
Making my way to gz, I had a good idea of where to look and was able to quickly make the find here.
Log signed, cache replaced as found.
Thanks Pprime for placing the cache here.

Nice quick find here and the last Ban-Yobbo of the day for jodsta83 and I. We’ve had a blast and will be back to get the last couple another day.

I’m dumb. Missed the the first time but came back and spotted it straight away. Not where you would initially think.
Whilst I was standing on the footpath reading the description Miss 7 found it easily!! TFTC!!
Found in the rain, was out in forest earlier but rain can through so came into a more urban setting, saw some kids boxing in a park nearby looking a bit yobbo round here already tftc
Once a trailer reversing yobbo had finally completed his manoeuvring nearby, we could hone in on GZ and make a quick find here. TFTC Pprime
It was here we realised that we should have been taking note of the clues in the caches. Oh well, maybe the final Yobbo is not for us. Hopefully, we will return to get the others another day though when next going to the city from Redcliffe that we happened to be doing today.
Big factory here - lots of interesting industrial businesses in this suburb, very historical. Quick find trying not to attract the attention of the whipper snipperer across the road.

A quick stop in here on this lovely Saturday morning whilst in the area. A quick find was made at GZ. Tftc
Delighted to find a straightforward Pprime Cache after a fruitless search in the Bay suburbs yesterday. Would be helpful if people replaced log books THIS way instead of THAT way but it’s a lovely breezy afternoon and I just got a smiley so I’m
