### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there AussieTrainDriver,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

The trip from the Bellarine to Bendigo today could be called a retro drive! Not our usual dash up the Calder, but following the Midland, which gave us the perfect opportunity for collecting a few smiley tokens.
Not sure about bushland meander, more like "Prickle meander"
Thanks AussieTrainDriver for another rail series..

TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Karen

TeamOZCAT left Albury Wodonga Thursday to cache Bendigo district, and some on route. The Smiley series was one, as well as some Adventure Lab and others. We thank all CO's for placing and maintaining their respective caches, and if there were issues, we would have messaged CO with details.
Very interesting place i walked past it several times even looked at the neat rocks around base ov tree kept searching but geo partner called out GOT IT Thankyou for the cache the Ewoks
Enjoying the sunshine and out for some exploring today. Was nice explore more of Maldon today. TFTC
Walked right by this one without a photo to help us from a past post we would have been walking in circles
Yep, this one was annoying, but a very good hide! Despite walking straight past several times and retracing our steps though the unending mess of prickles, I finally made the find. We were very happy! TFTC
Heading south for the St. Arnaud event next month. Day 60 of our trip. Caching along the way. A total of 19 for the day and 1710 for the trip. TFTC
Geoturtle37 and I caught up with The_Tritonz, Wozzle68, and a little later, Micaparamedic and had a great time exploring the area and finding caches as we went.
Having a great time doing this SL series. A nice quick find now onto the next one. Thanks for the cache.

Had a great time out and about with Papi4506, The_Tritonz, Wozzle68 and a little later in the day, Micaparamedic.
We decided to see how we went on the SL trail. Wozzle was able to show us how to get onto the track and all finds were made. Some taking a little longer than they should have. At Muckleford Station, we were fortunate to arrive about 5 minutes before it left.
Thank you for placing this series for us to find. We had a great time on a lovely day. Although we expected to see more wildlife of the fauna variety, we did see some amazing wildlife along the flora line. Thank you.

Tricky little find but found it eventually, just a heads up paper is a touch damp- Mr&Mrs Sloth and hank
Yep, definitely a meander through an old gold rush area! The log was damp, but signable. SL at 5.12pm #6168 TFTC - and now to check into our accomodation and head to the Event.
Maryborough to Maldon staying at Butts Reserve
After setting up camp we decided to begin the SL trail starting from the end.
We glimpsed many sections of the abandoned railway line. Enjoyed our day travelling the country side.

Eventually moving in circles spotted this one nestled cosily.. CIGC TNLN TFTC
After searching the most likely spots turning into a dead loss a quick scan of the other options around the place seemed like an impossible case, then a step to the left and something caught my eye and thankfully the find was made. TFTC Team_Ninja.
On a well earned break in Castlemaine and I’m spending the time just touring the whole area, enjoying the sites and picking up caches as I go.
Continuing along the track on the hunt for the next one in this series.
A bit of a bush meander along here.
Found a great little cache container for this one
Thanks Team_Ninja TFTC TFTS.

TFTC and for sharing the history of this particular Rail Line. Er had completed some of the SL series caches from the Maldon end a week or so ago. Being a nice day for a drive we decide to complete the series , starting form this end . We could then circle from Maryborough to Maldon and then back to Maryborough without having to do any back tracking.=For the most part we found the caches without too much drama. One of the multis gave us a bit of trouble, more of that in the log for that particular cache. A great series and worthy of a favorite from us.
Last time we were her , the actual cache container was missing. The CO gave us permission to log as we described the hide. Rather than this , we offered to replace the container next time we were in the area. Today was the day. A nice new container and log safely in it’s hide and our name in the logbook. Thanks Aussie Traindriver.

Good drive through the bush to look at more of the history of Maldon and how hard it must have been on the workings. TFTC Ghociumn
On a day out with Wozzle68 and MazzyMay with the idea of getting the 100 for the month. At the start of the day we thought we would be fighting the rain but as the day went on it turned out to be OK . TFTC.
Maldon was the target for today's caching foray in the company of Wozzle68 and Dippa46, we had a wonderful day investigating the area, getting a lot of exercise, more than necessary in some cases, but fun neverthless. Very cute and well blending into surrounds. Nearly gave up but there it was right in front of us. TFTC
Caching the Maldon area today with MazzyMay and Dippa46 trying to chalk up a few virtual souvenirs. The rain threatened to spoil our day early on but soon cleared up and turned into a great day for it. The hide was cool and MazzyMay spotted it nice and quick. Thanks for the hide AussieTrainDriver!
Our excitement soon changed to frowns when the cache had flown the coop,
But Mr Riddells keen eyes luckily found it in the leaf litter a little distance away, just as well cos the sun is starting to sink and the shadows are long and cold.
So the cache has been strapped in very securely for any up and coming wild weather.
TFTC... Another interesting find!

Suscoe was in Maldon today and we decided to find this cache to complete our SL series.
The GPS was a bit jumpy here but finally we spotted the hide and the log was nearby.
So the log was signed and popped back with the camo.
Thanks to Team_Ninja for placing this cache.
Not sure but it might need a check soon.

Find No. 1866. Found with FUF009 at 12.50pm
A trip to Maldon, in our geoute, to attend the Annual Swap Meet, have a look in the shops and do some caching. Even attended the monthly market that was on today. FUF009 came with us for the day.
As we have done the three caches in town we had to do, it is now time to do this trail before heading for home.
A cache hide with a difference - sure was colourful. After signing the log we continued on foot to the next one.

Muggle husband/Dad had headed off to Melbourne for the day so we had a free afternoon ahead. After a chat to GemmaSistema, it was decided that we would head this way for 'a few. A few turned into many more as usual and caching in darkness. A great way to spend a Saturday arvo.

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!

Having had such a magical moment at the nearby multi, I was feeling very confident about a quick find here. I meandered, my gps meandered, my mind meandered. My usual caching partner would have given up at the 5min mark, but I was resolute. But when the adrenaline from the above mentioned multi ran out at the 30min mark I had to conceed defeat. I really had covered so much of the bush. Threw my anti-snake stick away, looked to my right and there the #@$%* thing was! Hopefully the COs ears didn't burn too much and I apologise for all the names that I called them. TFTC
Find #1345 for me. Just when I'd finally found all the caches in Heathcote and Maldon, new caches were recently placed giving me another reason to re-visit these great little towns again, which is exactly how I like it! Today I was badly in need of some caching therapy after a slump of almost a month, so I invited a muggle friend to join me to find these new caches not too far from home. Before attempting this one I did read the advice about the best approach, but having parked on Allens Road quite close to the cache, I looked in the direction my GPS was pointing and we decided to make our way in from there. I was happy with that decision since the undergrowth wasn't too bad. At GZ I told my friend that according to my GPS I was standing right on it, and just as I said that I spotted your very unique hide only a metre away - so yes, spot-on coordinates led to a quick find for us today - and how appropriate it was being Easter Tuesday! Thanks for this cache and others in your SL series Team_Ninja!
Next stop along the line,
was not on the line [:o]
But in the bushland,
so I went meandering to find it
Did someone mention prickle bushes ??
Well I have come to the right place !! [^]
Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch !!
Should have worn long pants
Interesting to note that the nearby road is called Hornsby Street
Is that a reference to the railway,
and the people who run it playing with trains ??
There is also a nearby street called Telford's Road !! [:o]
