This cache keeps being muggled: this has now happened about three times and I've therefore decided to remove it.

Had a dnf last time i was here, but found the clever cache this time. However, although the cache was intact, the log was missing so ive added (and signed) a page of a notebook i had in the car. My GPS also had me about 4 meters off. TFTC excellent camo and fave point given.

Thank you! Thought I'd try to find a cache or two before other commitments today. Wow, what a cache. I was surprised when I found it, as I just wanted to rule that spot out, and didn't expect that to be it.

The new coords put us in the middle of the grass. Found after a 10 minute search of the surrounding area. The way this cache is hidden is ingenious favourite point from us. It's in perfect condition for now. Hopefully it stays that way during the wet months.

Coordinates changed from:
S 31° 43.953 E 115° 44.748

Coordinates changed to:
S 31° 43.965 E 115° 44.741

Distance from original: 81.6 feet or 24.9 meters.

Previous caches were placed near municipal pipes and disappeared numerous times and had to be replaced. Due to a concern that maintenance workers do not want foreign objects around the piping enclosure, and therefore remove the cache, I've decided to move the cache to a location more central in the park and away from the municipal pipes / electrical box.

Cravo10 joined me today for our first really HUGE caching day for 2017, targeting a bunch of caches North of the River between Burns Beach and Woodlands, where we would be attending the Megawat60 "plus 5" event at jackadder lake to help Richard celebrate a special milestone.

We met up at our standard jaunt Cockburn Gateways car park for a 6am start to beat the heat, traffic and the weather! We drove all the way to the end of the freeway to complete yhe Neerabup Nature Trail caches, the find 30 trail caches and the ever elusive "60 attribute challenge" which has been on my geocaching radar since about forever! All caches were found in good condition in the series and we had no problems locating the final cache of the series.

We continued on a downward run picking up park and grab cache after park and grab cache after park and grab cache to try and cleanup some of the map up this way as we don't often travel this far north so we really needed to make the most of it.

We had got to around 1130 and had nearly 40 caches to our name and decided to pull into the shops to get some supplies and then head to the event, it was great to finally put some faces to some names I've seen amongst the logs over the last few months and years.

The highlight of the day would have to be the cake. THAT cake. OMG. Coolest cake I've seen in a very long time. Check the event images to see more.

We finished up the day after bidding our farewells to the crowds at the lake and tackling some caches in Stirling before heading to grab the nearby LBH cache and then called it quits some 7.5hrs of caching later.

We found a great variety of caches, some camo, some bush, some urban, and some big standard. Variety was the order of the day today as we managed to pickup a couple of mystery caches, a heap of traditionals, a multi, a letterbox hybrid and finally an event cache.

Thanks for a huge day out local COs we can't wait to come back soon.
