A quick look in the obvious spot & a thorough read of past logs has us convinced that this cache is definitely missing in action.
Unfound since 24/8/2018 with 3 DNFs & a NM, (on 27/10/2018) just on 4 months ago, which seems to have raised no response?

No luck for us here today despite a good search. We are enjoying this series very much. Back on our bikes in search of another.
Thanks

I didnt fine, bit of damage to a sign may have been the hiding place, will try again another day as time ran too short. Ran I to another cacher while looking left him to keep searching while I went back to work
Nope searched the obvious location but came up empty handed
Nice meeting Gamingtrucker.

Hidden Creatures Find #94 - Today is the last day to get the World Turtle, so I am hitting the Petrie to Mango Hill bikeway to finish off the Hidden Creatures event. A quick and easy find. TFTC
Find #2147 at 17:40
Quick find in obvious place. Looked at the map as I approached and didn't even bother with the iPhone/GPS once I parked.
Haven't met a "container" like this in a while!
Thanks for the cache, Djmccullagh.

TFTC easy snatch - now to stealth it back to place with muggles galore...
23/6/18 4:20 pm Find #1823
Up this way trying to clear out some of the remaining Stargate series, it was an absolute must that I head to this one next, as the last time I was here there was definitely no cache to be found, nothing more than a munzee. Today I drove up to GZ and wandered straight over...
And straight into a very strong, sticky Golden Orb Web. Doh! Anyway I managed to grab the cache and headed back to the car to sign it and remove any left over strands of web before tucking it safely back in its spot.
Nice to turn the frown on this one upside down finally.
Thanks for the cache Djmccullagh.

Out to get a few more of the series with my 9-year-old in tow, we headed for GZ. There was a guy in a prime mover sitting right nearby, but just far enough away to duck in 7 make the grab and sign the log.

Out for a walk on a beautiful May day. Ticking off a few finds to mark a milestone birthday.
Easy find TFTC

We planned to do part of the SG series today ... weather permitting. It had been forecast for rain today and lots of it. Fortunately for us it was a sun shiny day with not a threat in the sky. We started at Petrie and got about half way on the bikes before we decided that was enough for the day. We were really impressed with the cycle way

Damn muggles, one was parked right here and I knew it would be too obvious to look for it. Luckily it's not far from a station, so easy to come back for.
In my cache a day mission I started here for my before the clock strikes midnight, quiet at this time and a nice easy find Cheers
Appears this one has gone for a walk.
Temporary log placed without a container whilst a container is sourced

Searched logical zone and a few others. Found a munzee but nothing else here today.
Out for an early morning walk on the rail trail and pick this smiley up along the way. Saw a few more along the way but tomorrow is another day!
Thanks for the cache, Djmccullagh!
Thanks for the cache, Djmccullagh!
I have had the caches in this area on my To Do list for some time but they are too far way from home to just duck out and find a few so I have not done any of them until today.
I didn't pick a good day for strolling along concrete paths as it was a scorcher and i had started at 11am.
I had parked at Kallangur Station and caught a train to Mango Hill and worked my way back to Kallangur and then caught another train to Petrie and then walked back to Kallangur. The heat was getting to me by the time I finished.
I decided to check on this one first and had an easy find in the usual place.

A quick find on a quiet weekend morning, I suspect it might be a little bit different around here during the week. TFTC.
Quick and easy. Most suspicious place. Paperwork completed and cache replaced where found. TFTC
Luckily walked straight up to this one before even turning on the gps! I love it when cacher instinct works. Picking up a few along here for the souvenir this weekend. Easy find, about 7 spots left in the logbook. TFTC, Djmccullagh. =^.^=
Out and about with hubby today and pulling up I thought I knew where the likely hiding spot was and after a short walk from the car BAM!! I had it and I was right in my dectective skills lol. Soon had it signed grabbed a couple of nearby munzees and we were on our way. TFTC
Took a bike ride from Kippa Ring to Petrie, grabbing caches as I went. There were a few DNFs and a few I decided to leave to another time as they were not immediately obvious and the weather looked like it could turn bad. Got on the train in Petrie just as some decent rain hit! TFTCs Djmccullagh. I'll be back to grab the rest.
I had to ride past the cache at Kallangur station because a surveyor and his chainy were right next to the hide. I have a soft spot for the old surveyor having spent 4.5 years at university to become one. After finishing two degrees I got a job as a chainy and spent half a day trudging through mud in outrageous heat. Bugger this! I'm off to work in IT.
I was thankful the phone was pointing to an obvious location because after the last cache my casual ride was turning into a poo nugget. tftc

It was such a beautiful Sunday - perfect weather for Geocaching - so we headed out to find as many of this trail as we could. This one was a very quick find. TNLNSL TFTC
Out for some geocaching on my birthday and to try out my new Garmin gps receiver. I came down here to do some of the power trail to try to break our most caches in one day record. This was #1 of 19 today, so a new record for us!
I parked at Kallangur train station, checking out all the new development since I lived here during my school days in the eighties. After a failure on the one closer to the station, I had better luck at this one near the carpark and was set for the day.

A nice dry Autumn day for a walk and drive around on the Stargate series with Team Benders.
Not many muggles around at some spots and mostly not too difficult hides.
Thanks for the cache Djmccullagh,

My mum and I decided it was a nice day for a walk so picked her up from her place and had a lovely 8km walk along this great bike way. Would have bought my bike if I didn't have my mum with me.
First for the day and a nice quick find her with not a muggle to be seen.

At the end of a busy day work then helping out middle son move into his first house he boughti near here i decided to look for quick grab to fill in my calendar. I arrived at gz, looked at what i thought would be good hiding spot then waited for a couple of muggle mobiles to leave and bingo. Thanks Djmccullagh for placing this cache here for us to enjoy.
Last one before heading home.
Geopartner waited in the Geomobile while I made the quick find.
Signed the log and returned to where I found it.
Nice and quiet here today.
Happy Labour Day

Out with stortigirls, finding a few caches along/beside the bike path next to the new rail line. Another quick find here. TFTC
Selva Girls and I were making the most of my last day of holidays, and took a stroll down the rail trail. We enjoyed the variety of containers we saw on our walk this morning and it was interesting to see how the landscape has changed now that rail travel has finally arrived here. Thanks for the caches, the tour and the exercise Djmccullagh
Today I decided to apply some physical exercise, and a 60km bike ride covering about 6 and a half hours and 36 smileys (of potentially 38) sounded like just the ticket to me. A good day in the saddle.
Thanks for placing this cache, Djmccullagh. Found in good condition.

Tftc. Easy to sign as logbook is right size for cache. Enjoying this series thanks
T-Tech and I took a ride today to gather this series of caches. We parked at Petrie station at 1pm, then set off eastwards, picking off all the caches from Osiris to Aliens, then did a long pedal to Kippa-Ring station. On the westward run we picked off all the caches from Apophis back to Vala Mal Doran, then had a glorious non-stop long ride all the way back to the car, arriving just after 6pm. About 26kms in 5 hours of easy riding, with 25 smileys, 1 PAF, and 2 we 'did not attempt' [^]
GZ was obvious as we arrived and the expected container was in place. TFTC, Djmccullagh.

Out for a brisk walk after all that wet weather. Grabbing smilies. Our No. 3 today. Tftc
I was very happy that this was a bit further away form the station. The security bloke had started to wander my way. A quick grab here and I was off before he got even half way form the station. [B)]
Quick find in a likely spot. TFTC - really enjoying the ride along this well managed path
Radnoski, Locutus_Of_Bris, and I decided to go for a walk and I suggested this very close group of caches.
We walked along Dohles Rocks Road and crossed where appropriate. I had never walked along Dohles Rocks Road - despite inhabiting the area for over 15 years. We made a slight detour and went to grab this cache.
Radnoski made the find. It seemed to take him longer to extract the beast than to find it. We signed the log and moved on.
This ended up being our last find for the day. There was a train leaving in 5 minutes so we decided to catch one back to Petrie.
A fantastic day for us. TFTC Djmccullagh

Petrie to Kippa-Ring shared path opened around the same time as the Redcliffe Railway. I have previously completed a circuit of the bikeway just after it opened, there were no specific caches along the path at that time. Once I noticed this series was in place it was clearly placed with some priority on the to do list.
This is a great bikeway and the path is around 2m wide most of the way. Today I rode it on my Scott Hardtail 29 er which is set up for path/ road riding. It's a lovely ride from both directions signage along is fairly good so you don't get lost when having to cross several roads through the Kallangur/Murrumba Downs area. However, there a few places where a couple extra road marking would help.
The designers has gone to a lot of effort and expense in making it a visually attractive ride. There's lots of native shrubs planted along the path and water ways which were once swamps have been made into rather nice looking ponds. There are many entry and exit points along the way, and each train station has a sign giving you the distances to every other station on the line.
There are some parts of the ride where you clash with traffic along the way (take care if riding with small children). I assume on a weekday one has to deal with people around the train stations at busy times, but otherwise this path lets you ride a good distance. It is a shame that there is not a clearly dedicated cycleway from the Kippa_Ring out to the Coast.
Thanks for the cache, but not the mozzies encountered at each stop.

TFTC 2261# out and about with miss millie geo dog little bit hot again today so we had to revert to the air con car to find a few more all good with this cache
We are keeping an eye on the time, once you head out to grab a few caches the addiction kicks in and you want to keep going but we have a dinner out to attend...who cares at this point in time, this is way more fun:)
Luck was on our side when we realised this one was nice and close to the last one, woohoo! Motorbike lessons are still on but they take no notice of us:)
As time is limited we thought we'd hitch a ride to the next cache...

Back to the car and on the way home thought there were a few 'drive and park' caches to be collected. This was the fourth star gate cache collected today. This was a quick find after parking right next to the structure. Being early saturday morning, found the railway station very quiet. Thanks for the cache Djmccullagh.
I have been wanting to do a long caching walk, but with recent high temperatures I have been putting it off. Decided today was at least slightly cooler so I decided walk some of this awesome bikeway/walkway today picking up some caches. Quick find in the obvious spot. TFTC
Our last cache for the day and it was a nice easy find - I did a similar one to this about a week ago. TFTC Djmccullagh

After saying goodbye to EngPhil at Ori, Madman04 navigated us to this newly published cache.
We took a wrong turn into the car park but Madman was on the ball and returned us to GZ. He was super quick to find the beasty! We were happy to find a blank log and claim **FTF** for this one.
