I climbed up and all over this tree ,way up ,,no cache ,,gggrrr great tree to climb but
Out for another fun Friday with Peppa, Pirate Linda, giraffe 18 and Blk Thunder. One of the Last ones for the year
I’ve been here once before, and could spot the cache, but decided it was beyond my tree falling abilities, so put it aside until all the crew was around…
That day was today, except this time I couldn’t remember where the cache was and it was trailers who spotted the cache…
Up Giraffe18 went, elegant as ever… coming back down required some contortions though… tftc…

Found with the team of Peppa, Giraffe18, 2manytrailers and BlkThunder. Spotted by Trailers so we sent Giraffe up. Bit of scrambling and reaching but all good. Did a bit of a dry out, signed and in our way
As part of my job description, up I went!! Good spotting by 2MT.
Out with PirateLinda and Peppa and Blkthunder and 2MT.

Out and about with terranova17 and the geodog today. We decided to stop by this one, I do love a tree climb, turns out so does terranova17 she was up the tree before I could blink, she spotted it in no time. Getting it back was a bit harder but she made it look easy. Tftc Cantcacheus2014
Ah to be young again. Jodsta83 and i did find it though and after a shoeless climb it was signed and replaced
Muggle65 and l had just been on a short yak tour and we wanted more fun. Checked the map and found this one. I went up (not good at sharing the fun stuff) It is a beautiful day yet we had the park to ourselves. Logbook signed. Very fun cache - thank you so much
How much time do you have? Ah yes, 64 million dollar question. But I digress. & I have a list to today & tomorrow so as we strive forth, I offered to retrieve the cache from its hide but before I could ready myself my bestest gecko was off & up to retrieve & signed
Found!!!

Picked a really windy day to go for this one, was a bit scary. Team effort with the kids. Tftc
It's been exactly two weeks since my last caching adventure and as you could probably guess I'm having withdrawals, so I jumped at the opportunity to join Chamad, Willis007 and TripleTurmoil for an epic LONG day of caching on the southside. Our day started bright and early at Browns Plains, then Greenbank, Flagstone then a short distance away from Flinders Peak to finish off the day. The goal for the day was to complete the Oxley series and grab a bunch of other caches along the way, considering we'd most likely never return it would be silly not to grab them.
In total I managed 30 finds for the day, not a bad effort I must say.
This was cache number one for the day and it's were we met up with TripleTurmoil. This cache has been on her to do list for sometime, but unfortunately she couldn't reach it since it was a tricky tree climb, however that was no issue for me, I was up there within seconds and had the cache in hand. We couldn't sign the log because it was saturated, CO might wanna fix that.
With the cache back in place it was time to start our epic adventure.

Out with the caching crew of chamad, Triple Turmoil and NayFee, we had some target caches to finish off a series, plus a couple of DNF avenges to round out the day.
Arriving at gz, NayFee climbed up super quickly and had the log in hand. Unfortunately it was very wet and unable to be signed. Triple Turmoil has sent a pic to the CO confirming we were there but unable to sign.
Thanks Cantcacheus2014 for the cache.

We live very close to this cache and we wistfully sight it every time we come down to play basketball. Little turmoils 8 and 10 have both tried to climb, with no success. I had a little try and then experienced way too much drama coming down from my little climb. Sigh. We just presumed it would have to stay as something we could see but not sign.
However, today was a mission day to complete the Oxley series with Nayfee, Chamad and Willis007. We were up to Oxley Johnson - nearby. The others all live on the northside and said "Where will we meet you?" HERE! Yay. Helps to have friends in high places!!! The little turmoils even got out of bed at 6am to come down and be a part of the signing. Unfortunately the log was way too wet for signing but photos have been sent to the CO.

Out with Willis007, Nayfee and Triple Turmoil for another day of cache madness. The plan for today was to finish off the Oxley series of caches and grab a few extras along the way. Some areas we will probably never come to again so it was best to grab those caches as we passed by. With three of us living on the northside carpooling was the best option today. Then we had to grab triple turmoil, so a plan was hatched, a place to meet was organised and off we went. In all we completed the Oxley series; we did grab a few extras and then the highlight of the day an unexpected walk to grab a very fine alphabet cache. As always, a fun day, full of laughs and mischieveness, thank you.
Triple turmoil suggested we meet at this particular cache as she and the little turmoil’s were not able to climb the tree. At yesterday’s event she described the tree and even showed me what it “kind of” looks like, ok I’ll bring the ladder. When the three of us arrived we meet up with the turmoils and were shown the cache, REALLY !! I shaved my legs for this! It was nothing like expected; no need for a ladder and with that Nayfee was up and at the cache in seconds. A simple climb and a good confidence builder of a climb.
With that we couldn’t sign the log as it was wet, but we did get proof of the log with a pic. We then jumped into the car and set off with great expectations for the day. Thanks for placing this one here, a fun climb.

After a morning of caching I still had enough time for a couple more cache stops on the drive home.
A neighbour a couple of doors up had just arrived home but were still unloading groceries so were not interested in my while I did a number of laps around the tree trying to spot the target. Eventually I spied what I was after and was quickly up the tree to retrieve the cache which I found to just barely be in finger reach. I carefully extracted the log while perched precariously but the log was far to wet and fragile to be signable so I have attached a photo instead. TFTC

Can I just say that some lazy geocacher has put a second cache in the tree because they couldn't be bothered actually climbing it. The actual cache is a black hanging nano up the top of the tree, so many of you have not actually found it. And yes it's still up there...... I won't delete the logs of many but geez to the person who was so lazy and is going around doing this when they can't find the hard ones, you'll be found out one day and you're probably the first signature on the bison tube
Found in the dark.
As mentioned earlier the log is very wet, i for not have any spare with me today.
Thank you for hiding this geocache Cantcacheus2014

Loved this find though. Tftc!

TFTC! I had 3 boys with me for this one, they came up short unfortunately so I had to complete this find. So awesome! Thank you so much!
On my way to meetup with a few folk for a ride and decided to stop here. Quickly spotted from the ground and almost as quickly had the log in hand. Thanks for the cache
While out caching in the area on Saturday, we stopped by this cache to have another look for it. I had visited this one a year ago but couldn't find it so put it off for another day.
We spotted it but I didn't feel confident on being able to reach it safely so a plan was hatched to bring our BIG Tott which would reach anything. (had to first borrow back our trailer to carry it).
After using it at another cache, today we stopped, unloaded it and put it into place. It was very easy to get this one safely, sign the log and return as found.
Back to the car and with only a quick glance from a neighbour, we loaded our Tott onto the trailer and went home.

Out today to get a bit of fresh air as hubby has been cooped up in his office for a week finishing off a report.
After grabbing a few caches in Glider trail, we came by this cache to see if we could get it.
Looking up into the canopy, hubby spied it way up there but I don't think I could reach it as the lower branch seems quite a way lower to safely reach up.
Will have to come back with our larger TOTT to grab this one.
Has it been moved higher maybe?

With a few hours to kill before night shift, decided to hit a new area previously not done before. Stinking hot day, but as long as I had regular trips in the air conditioning I was happy. Unfortunately, knowing I was more then a few metres from the car for this one, and most likely up a tree, had to park the car in the shade and turn the car off.
Spied the likely tree and whilst couldn't spot it from the ground had a fair idea I was in the right spot. Started the climb and the cache was quickly spied. Made the rapid ascent up to within arms reach, steadied myself and unscrewed the cache.
Then I dropped it...
Slowly made my way back down (it always looking way more challenging coming down then up), found the container and log in the long grass before climbing back up. Once up, realised it would've been easier to sign the log and ground level but it was too hot, thoughts weren't clear by that stage. Signed the log and replaced before making my way back down again.
Thanks cantcacheus, cache is in great condition

was feeling unmotivated today so I decided to hop on Evie and go out on a coffee run and maybe find a cache or two. Browns Plains was my general destination and coffee was easily located at my usual coffee stop.
Refueled I continued up the road a short distance to hunt for this one. I stopped to hunt another cache on the way and I was reminded of the awesome murals back in the industrial area.
I arrived at GZ and had a quick scout. I was not sure if this one would be possible in my bike shoes, but it was a nice easy climb.

12.10pm. Just arrived in the area to spend a week with Hobo47 and popped out with our driver before he went back to the north side. Soon spotted this one and Geoff did the climbing for us.
Thank you. David and Noeline with Geoff.
Thank you. David and Noeline with Geoff.
Hadn’t realised what we were getting ourselves into until we arrived . Got to GZ quickly and it was a surprisingly quick spot of the container from below. Possibly feeling ballsy because we have just this night reached our 1000th find, He-Squirrel was eager to climb, and climb he did. He certainly made it look very easy tonight, so he was relievedly back in my arms soon after.
Found @ 7:42am on my fifth morning cache walk of my holiday
Have always liked these kinds of hides, thanks for the challenge Cantcacheus2014, a favourite for me!

Higher than expected. The Blob could have died today.

We came upon your cache, Cantcacheus2014, while Mrs RoddyC was at a nearby client.
I had enough time. I could not spot the cache from the ground so up I went. Most obvious side first but that's not where this CO would like to place a cache.
So over to the other side and oh! There you are! The thing that scares me the most about being up a tree is accidentally dropping something. Well not this time, least of all me. Going back down is always easier. Made it safely and back to the Geo Falcon to write the log.
Log signed and replaced at 8:34 am on 19 December 2017. TFTC.

A very good hide. It wasn't easy and after getting supply replenishment has more time now.

Needed some caching fix today so we planned to get some from the Parkinson area.
After a nice lunch break and meeting a new cacher (SMA_Squad) we're so energized we can have as much time as we need
Glad the CO picked this tree as the gz. Nobody was around so it was an easy climb
TFTC Cantcacheus2014. All good with this cache.

TFTC... 24/4/17 Tough mothers 5 day out. We didn't have a lot of time, took a lot of time, it's a 3 x 3, but the container maybe difficult.
I earnt my keep here today. Found with lisylou, bennyboppers, jemillalucy and REMSJW
Found without the tough mother. A very little hide. Misssusan did the honors. Tftc
After a work meeting this morning, I decided to do some caches. I searched from below to see anything. No luck. So I climbed and searched. Still no luck. Three boys on bikes came along and asked what I was doing. I told them I was searching for caterpillars (not wanting to put the cache at risk). They said ok and rode off. They came back 5 minutes later and said are you still searching. I told them I was. They asked if I wanted their help. I said no thank you and said that I think the rain frightened the caterpillars away. I decided to leave after that. I will keep an eye on this one and come back another day.
**FTF** Woohoo, been a while but finally got one. Used to live around here and didn't even know this park was here, advantages of caching, always discovering more of your neighbourhood. Well arrived in an orderly fashion, narrowed down GZ and began my search. Took me a bit but once my eye caught what I was after I was pretty pumped. Signed the log and returned as found. TFTC.V
