Stopped in Goulburn to pick up a few more caches before heading further south with goingplaces2. It was a quick find here with two more names being added to the log. TFTC.
Spending a short time in Goulburn with ilook4geo. Had a little list of target caches to find and each was found successfully. Thanks for this cache placement go to minniek.
A quick find, too early for city lights, and even a sunset. Thanks for the cache team_lewin
Reperio 06:28The fourth and final day of caching around the Yass and Goulburn regions, and with a little time before needing to head home, I hit up some of the ones closer to town. While the fog was thick this morning, it soon lifted and it was fantastic to have some beautiful sunshine after 2-3 days of rain. With not a lot of movement around town this morning, most of the caches were found muggle free. A great day to be out caching. Found 12/07/24. Definitely a well thought out cache in a great location, really liked this one TFTC. Take care walking from parking space to cache marker
I looked in a logical place and came across a familiar container. My GPS was pointing me further away but I found it anyway. Not the container I expected when looking back at previous finders photos. It would be nice to see the city all lighted up but going up and down that hill in the dark hahahaha. Hiking boots paid for themselves today.Generic Summary of today:Did some logical loops of Goulburn before heading to challenge caches and the Towrang Stockade.Snack situation: Grabbed a Breakfast wrap from Cafe Grit and it was great! Had a hungry jacks mcflurry on the way home, it was essentially a cup filled with icecream with oreo dust overflowing. Had to stand outside of my car to eat the first half of it.Public toilets? Not today, had to do a bush wee.Munzee distractions: during breakfast near the Big Merino.Weirdos spotted: surprisingly noneAnimals spotted (alive): kangaroos, ducks, rozellas, magpies, crows, sheep, goats (both white domestic and multicoloured feral), horses, cows (all colours), and a camel!Weather: overcast, light sprinkles, pretty cool.My main aim of today was to get anything I'd solved, multis and letterboxes. Thanks to the cache owners and for the efforts they go to place and maintain these caches. TFTC!
Great spot for a view, great spot for a cache, not a great find for sandals. I turned back empty handed.
Awesome views. Perfect spot for a sunset.
Love a visit to Goulburn and what better reason than the events that happen each month. So a group of us decided to head up a little bit early to pick up come caches.
Thanks for getting me out and about minniek

Wow fantastic sunset over the mountains. Thanks for hiding this cache minniek for me and others to find.
Off to Goulburn for a couple of days. TFTC.
Great views from up here. Night or day. Nice.

5/6/23 - When I heard that there was a CITO on in Goulburn, I knew I could go but would my car make it? I am having car problems. However, waking up this morning, I decided before the rain coming later this week, I would go out and find some caches and attend the CITO, today. This is one of the caches I DNF or found and added to today's Geocaching adventure. I had a bad start with six caches becoming a DNF or a NA due to muggles. Once on the next second half of the day I started to actually find caches. I ended up with 23 finds for the day. Also, before you ask, yes my car did get me home. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO's of the caches I found today and for allowing them to bring the Geocaching community enjoyment. TFTE & TFTC's A nice quick find here at this one. Great view.
Found It!
There was a bit too much daylight to see any city lights while I was here but still a nice view!

Well this was interesting. I approached this from a path that looked like a road on the map, to where it met a road that was also a road on the map. As I climbed from the path to the road, someone was walking past. I was right at GZ but had to pretend I was lost. He passed by and I quickly logged the cache.
Has this been moved? The coords are a bit out I think but I found it quite easily, it was in a spot that I would hide something myself. Where it is hidden it is high and dry.

Our first full day in Goulburn, and what a great day weather wise it was.
We had a number of Adventure Labs in our sight, as we always enjoy them, and different locations put on different slants which gives us ideas for a Lab credit we have to use when we get home..
We tried to pick up any caches we went near en route which becomes complicated, juggling phones, GPSrs and ipad maps for the overview, as well as the car GPS!
We found a variety of caches and hides, generally all in good condition and saw some of the sites of Goulburn.
Our only downside was a flat tyre late in the day, but even then a lovely bloke stopped and offered to help!
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache minniek.

I chose to come on a rainy day for this one. I lost my grandmother a few days ago and i decided to start geocaching today and its making me feel human again. This has always been on of my favourite spots to look out on the city and i never knew there was a geocache here. Thanks for making this world a better place TFTC!
There were some muggles in a car that saw us find it but they knew what geocaching was! TFTC
My GPS had me a fair way distant from where I found this one. Nice orange glow to the west, a nice cache to do on nightfall.
I thought I’d found this one years ago but it turns out it was one around the corner. Came at midday, and as it was cloudy so the photo is not so spectacular.
Found on a day trip to Goulburn with sebass19. Amazing views from this area and especially at GZ itself. After a short trek up to GZ it was a quick find. Fun container, always love seeing these out and about! TFTC team_lewin!
#12529 - 10:55:00 AM; After a couple of trips out to Braidwood which cleared most of our unfound caches in that area, today I headed north with Sol de lune to clear a few of the caches around the city. While we had a couple of caches on our 'to do' lists for the day, it was mainly an improvised run as we went. Remarkably, it pretty took us past our 'to do' caches without too much backtracking, while picking up others as we made our way around. Parked across the road and headed for the most obvious spot where the cache was located. TFTC minniek
In Goulburn for a few hours with LuckyL10n to grab a few caches and hopefully whittle the number of still to find down. Rather quiet around the area here so no issues with this one and we soon had our names on the log sheet.

Although Tankengine and I knew it was meant to be a chilly day with rain and wind, we needed a cache today.
So the allure of a Christmas in July Celebration Event, 3 x new caches and the cache type we needed today was just too great to ignore.
We started with the new caches finding the trio without issues, then cached around even picking up a great AL and bonus we needed then finished off with the event which was the highlight of the day.
This cache: We parked down below and clambered up the small slope. The views were pretty good even on a cloudy, gloomy day. My phone wasn't playing nice at all and had me too far down the fence line. Thankfully Tankengine's GPS was tracking well and we soon had the CIH. Tftc team_lewin!!!

Second time looking for this one so happy to find it.
It's not exactly where it says it is.

We could just make make out the wind farm from here. Last cache for the day. Container was full of water. Emptied it out. Log is write in the rain, so all good. Container lid is cracked. Tnln TFTC
Yes this doubtless would be a great spot for viewing the city lights and certainly a great view even in daytime. Made my way up to GZ for a quick find and TFTC team_lewin.
We had a most enjoyable day of caching around Goulburn. Sunday is always a great day to do caches in a city. We also ventured out for a bush walk and found the Governors Hill series. Thanks to minniek for arranging this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
In Goulburn for a couple of days, to pick up a few caches.
Most caches found in good condition, signed and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, minniek, for us and others to find.

Who knew there was this great view of Golbourn! Not us. Found with lyn999 between drizzle showers. The container lid is cracked and the log was completely soaked so we put a baggie and some waterproof paper in there. Could do with some TLC minniek! SL TNLN TFTC Geocoin was not in the cache
A lovely place for a cache; today the late afternoon sun hanging low, just above the horizon, the low light reddish across the ground. I tipped water from the cache. The lid has a crack and that is likely where water is getting in from. TFTC minniek.
In G Town for this afternoon's CITO so find a few more Goulburn caches with furfaces. TFTC
Think like a cache......where would I hide???? Nope, nope, nope...….then I hear "FIND" from StumbleTrip. Found in a location that I stood over muttering this mantra! Lol
Would love to see this at night time! TFTC

This was a nice quick find once at Ground Zero in the middle of the morning. We signed the log book, enjoyed the view and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
Today Geoturtle37 and I are caching in and around the Goulburn area. We managed to get quite a few caches done and they were all interesting in their own way. Sizes locations and ease of find were varied today . Thank you to all the CO’s that made this possible. Thank you for showcasing this lovely town, it’s views, it's architecture and it's history which is certainly fascinating and worthy of the caches dedicated to it.
A quick find as we were finishing up our caching day . Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Found at night. Had a look at the lights before completing the signing duties
