I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, rossinperth, requesting additional time, and it appears abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache.

###Cache Owner Action Needed###
This cache has been brought to my attention as likely to be missing.
After a string of successful Finds, it has now had a string of DNFs. I agree that this certainly suggests that something has happened at the cache location which requires investigation by the CO, rossinperth.

The cache will be disabled and I'll check back in 30 days to see if either

- the CO has checked or rectified the apparent problem
- the CO has communicated in a Note log here, when action will be taken

**If the CO has not taken either of these actions, then we can only assume that the cache has been abandoned and, regrettably, it will be archived.**

The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.

Thank you

On my continued mission to clear My DNF list, I visited this one after the dentist nearby. Muggy day but the breeze at GZ was welcome especially after my leopard crawl. Found quickly this time around. TFTC

Headed out early with mommy Ooh Yeh for yet another caching run north of the river. Pretty good day with 30 finds and one FTF and unfortunately 4 DNFS so that means we will be back up this way in the near future for another look for them. TFTC!

This is find #2061 for the me and the geo - kids!

Took a bit of scrambling to get this one!

With the long weekend looming we decided to head NOR for a days caching adventures. We left the deep south nice and early to ensure we were able to target a decent amount of caches. We had fun driving from cache to cache around here! Cheers and TFTC.

G’day there rossinperth, I was in this area today and found your cache Roselea Estate Weird Plant GC70QC7. I added my name to the log book at 9:17 am on 26 January 2019. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

This cache find brings our total find count to 10310. Woohoo!!

My geocaching buddy is afraid of frogs. So it was up to me to get down and dirty to find the cache. The title made sense once it was found. Thanks rossinperth.

No luck. But now I'm back at the car have had epiphany for my return visit. Times up though for today... Thanks for the hides...

Find 3 of 9 on a bike ride in and around Stirling. There were also three DNFs along the way.

Mr. O. made like a troll and after a few minutes of headbanging was ready to give up then found the cache was right next to his prone figure. Good camo indeed! Found 12m west of GZ at 239/150. Always good to avenge a few previous DNFs.

TFTC rossinperth!

04-Mar-18
What a frustrating day - five caches and only one find and that one was broken. If this one is under the bridge as the hint suggests the coordinates are off as the GZ is in the middle of the grass. Nesting black swans also prevents a safe trip under.

Last cache of 2017! Definitely a funny looking plant! Though it doesn’t stick out... Thro60clan and I looked for a good 20 minutes! I eventually became the troll and only when Lone Wolf joined me did we make the find. Tftc

We headed NOR this afternoon to visit our daughter and son-in-law and managed to talk them into grabbing some caches with us.
Found after a bit of trolling
TFTC rossinperth this is find # 3855 for us.

29-Nov-17
Are you sure it's there still, I came out yesterday and searched for about 5 minutes, then came out again today, and searched for around half an hour. [The only thing that I saw that could have been it was some sort or sprinkler (in the photo)] I think someone must have taken it, or maybe I'm blind. But I looked everywhere, even the other side and under he bridge.

09-Nov-17
My second time for this one and I thought it was going to be another DNF again but then I read the clue and soon spotted it. I'm not sure how I missed it last time.
Lovely little estate to run around in the early morning.

Been a while since Cravo10 and I have ventured out to cache the burbs of Perth, with us both having a rare free day between moving houses, building walls, setting up retic and general stuff around each other's houses we decided to have a couple of hours to cache around the city of Stirling.

We cleaned up a good number of RossInPerth hides, which was a welcome change as we've had some difficulty with his over the years.

There was a great variety of caches around today. Some big, some small, some camoed, a few nano (love them)

Ended up with thirty odd finds and a number of great pics from where we started in Stirling and where we ended up in Claremont.

Ended on a little sour note with Me copping a 200 dollar find for speeding a little bit in the back roads of Claremont, much to the my annoyance as I wasn't speeding when I went past them going the other way, just forgot they were there.

Thanks for a great day out to the local COs.

Found it in the rain tftc

24-Jul-17
The plant did not look weird at all in the dark, in fact it looked incrediby normal and seemed to belong where it was. It took a good five minutes or so, while battling with the dog and praying for the rain not to intensify, before I found what I was looking for. It's a shame that the bridge is closed due to erosion as it makes it a much longer trip to get to the other cache in this park. I hope this one doesn't diappear with the inevitable council maintenance. TFTC rossinperth

09-Jun-17
Found it while out on this sunny Friday afternoon with the better half.
Beautiful area, lots of birds around.
The coords in the previous logs proved to be spot on, quick find, funny hide. TFTH

31-May-17
TFTH rossinperth. Found the weird plant! Quick find but hard to get a cutting!! All good. SL and replaced as found

25-May-17
Off for the first fine day since we returned and headed out in m4yb's GeoJazz for some park and grabs of the new ones in the area.

All good after using KBs waypoints and certainly a weird plant. Had me confused for awhile but all revealed on finding the beast

First chance at going out caching after getting home from the 1/2 lap trek.
Happy to spot this one after using the other coords... and reading the hint! TFFC!

14-May-17
Nice camo, thanks

30-Apr-17
Quick find while in the area with my youngest. As others have mentioned, cache is about 12m West of GZ. Love the container, nicely done. TFTC

28-Mar-17
Great construction, camouflage and placement! When I stopped at GZ on my way to work, someone was feeding the ducks so I had to wait until they walked off before searching. I had misinterpreted the cache name but the penny dropped after a couple of minutes. Thank you for the cache rossinperth.

15-Mar-17
A nice quick find using KB coordinates. Thanks for the cache.

13-Mar-17
Found it this time after a helpful hint from another geocacher and using the co ords suggested by .K.B.
(S 31 53.238 E 115 49.151) although the area seems to be tricky for the GPSr.

I have often thought about trying something like this myself....nice piece of camo and ideally placed.

Thanks rossinperth, glad to clear my DNF

10-Mar-17
Tftc rossinperth this cache has been bugging me so i came back and did not bother with coordinates and searched where i thought i needed to search. I had searched the same area at around sunset and did not find it. However with different light and different focus i found it very quickly. Great home made cache well done.

01-Mar-17
No joy here today. Searched the side of the bridge the coords are on then the other side where K.Bs coords were.
The hint tells me its not under the bridge. Is this a correct interpretation?

28-Feb-17
Found on a second visit but only after soliciting s hint from a previous logger. TFTC Smile

27-Feb-17
This is find # 23816 for me

Today is very nice weather so decided go and have some caches etc... It make me happy day. Cool

My second attempt and saw the dead duck - very sad but so happy signed the log. [^][^]

Thanks rossinperth for organising the cache and hunt [^]

26-Feb-17
Even trying .K.B 's co ords no luck for me.

25-Feb-17
been here 3 times coordinates put me in the water

24-Feb-17
No luck for me either. A resident came down to see what I was up, had to pretend I was mourning the passing of the duck near GZ. Thanks anyway Sad

24-Feb-17
I didn't take a reading on my GPSr but looks like about S 31° 53.238 E 115° 49.151 for those struggling.

22-Feb-17
Saw the dead duck and a lost ball but couldn't find the cache.

22-Feb-17
Sadly the duck is looking like it's on its last day of life. I phoned two wildlife organisations and they recommend taking it to a vet.....not going to happen on my bike. Sad

Better news, I found the cache quite quickly today. I found the hint unhelpful...in fact, for me, since I'd misinterpreted it, it was a hinderance.

Thanks for a good camo in a lovely area. Fingers crossed the lake isn't infected with something nasty for ducks.

Had a good look around , could it have been washed away in the recent deluge????

21-Feb-17
spent 15 mons here lots of damage at end of bridge

21-Feb-17
No luck for me so DNF for me SadSadSad

21-Feb-17
I stopped at 8am so suspect I was first to DNF. There was a dead duck on one side of the bridge and a seemingly almost dead one on the other. I didn't do any damage as I just stood and looked for a weird plant. When I couldn't see one, I went to a nearby cache that had been previously found since it was drizzling and not an ideal morning for a lengthy search.

21-Feb-17
After the number of DNF I came out to check it out.

Still here. Exactly as I left it but even I forgot how camouflaged it is.

Will increase difficulty, but definitely here!
