On our way home from our caravan at Lake eppalock to Geelong.Stopped for lunch time to do this one.Took some looking but we got it.Thanks.Vicfire
OK, we're back. The hide is back in place and waiting to be found. Please ensure to use stealth and a bit of common sense here as we don't want to loose it again. Im including a spoiler to help identify the search area. Thank you.
Spent the good part of 20 mins trying to look inconspicuous as muggle after muggle drove or walked by. Im either having a really bad man look or its gone
Almost a year to the day that the cache was last muggled last time. We paid a visit today and we noticed that people are obviously pulling rocks out of the wall. Please dont do that. Its a difficulty 1.0 and should be obvious! We will be replacing it shortly.
A quick park and grab on the foggg and drizzly day. Put I took a pathtags which lightened up my day Luckily I didnt lift all the rocks TFTC
First stop on a route with not many caches but quite a few kms. Easy find. Glad the linemen were a bit further down the road. TN, left a pathtag. TFTC
A nice quick find while on my way to Gisborne

The estate is just gorgeous, and reading up on its history was pretty cool. I pulled up, used the hint, and bam, had the cache in my hand in no time. Signed the log, put everything back where it belonged. The cache is all good - there's plenty of room left in the log. TFTC
Chunk had to go to Woodend today to pick up a radio purchase, so of course he was instructed to pick up a cache as well (never waste the fuel). A quick find that highlighted this rather swanky housing estate. Reckon if we owned a house in there, it wouldn't look like the others - too much time caching instead of gardening! TFTC Mrs Riddell.
Having completed a zero cache bushwalk to the west of here , I figured that I needed a find while on the way home. This one would have to be the one and having parked right next to GZ, I soon had the stash in hand at 15:40 after a short search.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Mrs Riddell.

Our caching mate found this one quickly, a very busy road though so stealth is required, nice hide.

According to a 1992 article in the AFR, Shirley was then 81so while the estate was named in her honour presumably the property had been passed down to descendants who carved it up and sold this part - not surprising when you read about the demise of the Nicholas empire as it was back then. Anyway I digress as usual!
After parking nearby my mates eagle-eyed missus spotted the cache but was unable to retrieve it so it was up to me with my long and nimble fingers to prise it out from its hidey-hole. Log book signed, cache returned . . *job done!* Time to keep moving towards home.

On a road trip to Daylesford for a walk around the Lake picking up some caches along the way. This was the sixth cache for the day. We stopped here on our way home to stretch the legs and it was Mrs Pooky looking from the right angle who spotted the hide. TFTC and the history.
A nice quick find at gz on my way out of Woodend. Thanks for the cache Mrs Riddell.

Perfectly placed to tackle while following deanside's new Adventure Labs from cemetery to cemetery.
The navigator tried to send me along the dry weather road, but today's not the day for that scenic route...
A nice quick find.
Thanks, Mrs Riddell.

Luv unusual hides like this, worth favourite point from us. Thank you for bringing us here.
After leaving Rutherglen where we had completed the EASTER 2023 whereigos, to stay at Yea for the night to meet up with a friend the following day, we suddenly had to change plans and meet in Woodend instead, so a bit of a cross country jaunt. We then decided we would stop at Bendigo for the Puzzle afternoon before heading home to Echuca.
We had time to spare, so there were caches to find, and this was one of them. I hope we didn't compromise the hide as we had been discretely watching muggles some distance away, but got distracted and they were suddenly upon us.

It disturbs us that people have taken to vandalizing the hide location rather than reading the hint and locating what was a very simple hide.
The cache will have to be disabled until further notice.

Tftc. Tricky one to find with Muggles mowing, walking, driving and riding past. After some patience, soon had the cache in hand. Found with JK Muggle.
Teamed up with Bigsnuffler for the day. Great start to the day. This estate wasn't here last time I was in this area. Many thanks
Must admit, given the cache name we were expecting a reserve and not an entrance to a housing development. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache.
On our way to Creswick for a few days, picking up a few caches along the way.
This cache found in good condition. Signed and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Riddell, for us and others to find.

Staying with friends nearby. This is the closest cache to their place. Have a funny photo of us bending over finding this, the first cache ever and the intro to geocaching for the friends. TFTC!
Great geocache really fun first one to do with my brother a bit tricky at first but really fun
Third geocache I have found, not where i was thinking of where it could be thanks for a good find!
Wow so many big houses around here, a nice quiet area to live! A pretty quick find here in the obvious location. TFTC!!
As much as this is a lovely estate, it is not for either of us. GT37 reckons that it was a hell of a wedding present. Thanks for the cache that was found without any difficulties.
IdiotLairds found it!

Just one cache on my birthday. This one.
Blowing into town with my partner catnap777 and CybergranV (the lady that did all the hard work on this day so many years ago), we all stormed the Shirley Park Estate entrance for a smiley before heading on to accommodation aiming for an early start in Lerdederg the folliwing morning.
TFTC Mrs Riddell.
The cache is in good condition and a great weekend was had by all. [^]

Found in the company of dalerious and Cybergran V on my first trip to Woodend. Thank you Mrs Riddell for bringing me to a very nice entrance to what appears to be a very affluent part of Woodend .
Found on our way to a couple of events tomorrow, with catnap777 and dalerious. We had to find one for his birthday before arriving at our accommodation with his Godfather tonight.
Thanks for placing it here for us to find Mrs Riddell.

Not sure where. I think inside rock, but l didn’t want to pull apart the stone work. Too much traffic going past distracted me and some dog barking in neighbors house. Will try again when its quieter, people looking at me as they drove past.
No need to touch the rock wall. It looks fragile.

Out and about on cool Tuesday night. In Woodend on a work thing so snuck out to get a few caches. Thanks for the hide!
A nice day out in Mt Macedon across to Hanging Rock and on to Woodend. Fancy estate. TFTC
Took a final look and asked some locals who had not heard of geocaching (loved it) and so I had to find it with an audience. Success!
Drove passed today for a check.
The log was missing out of the container.
So, replaced with a fresh log and ready to go again.
The cache had moved quite a considerable distance from its original placement and has been put back there again.
This is now out of sight.
Please replace in the same place as this cache has been muggled a few times.
Please enjoy and let us know if you have any issues.
