Hi central otago hilton
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

We're hunting Tour caches and anything that's not slowing down our objective to much. We scored 3x nights at Rotary Glen with max occupancy of 10 vans. The plan was just staying 2 nights but it's just to nice here. We never explored Cromwell, just raced through so we're going to make the most of it. The wind is already picking up and grew into a decent storm as the day progresses. It took two phones and a GPS to be reasonably sure we had the right tree. Then suddenly the carrot was spotted on the ground minus its bison. Victim of muggles, weedwacker or tractor? Took photo of the carrot as proof to claim the find. Thank you central otago hilton
We are out and about in the area finding some caches and enjoying exploring and revisiting other areas again.
Today we focused on healthy eating, making sure we got our recommended number of servings of fruit and veges.
Unfortunately all we found here was a carrot on the ground and the bison and log likely a victim of a tractor.
Thank you central otago hilton.

Just needed a TOTT to grab itA couple more to go on the vege trail, another time too hot now! tftc
This one took the longest to find of the trail. Thanks central otago hilton

Thanks central otago hilton.
We didn't find this in June but this time we did find it quickly. Easier with no leaves on the trees.
Quick find today. Thought I would try again before too many leaves grow. Must have been put off by previous dnf's.
Really like this trail and the fruit trail. Such a cute idea and awesome container. Thanks for hiding
On a 7 day caching trip with Nosynel. Seventh day on the road focusing on caches in Cromwell. Having found the fruit for a balanced diet now we are onto vegetables. I love ! Thank you for the hide.

It took a while to spot. Jude_E and I spent last night in Arrowtown and are planning on finding the fruit series, doing the lab cache and other geocaches in the Cromwell area. It is our final full day on this Otago Road trip.. Thanks central otago hilton for creating this hide. It was find 8715 for me.

We couldn't find this one either. Felt like we were on someone's property so we were too uncomfortable to look for too long.
No sign of this one today, with the ease of the other finds, we were wondering if it has gone?
Found on the ground without hidden. I put it somewhere better (hint). Thank you for a tip where to go for a walk after sitting in beautiful public library.
Quick find. Enjoyed an afternoon on Bike, visiting some Winecellars.

We’re based at Arrowtown for a couple of days and headed over Cromwell way today to find a few caches and do some short walks in the process. This was one of 24 caches we located. A quick find. #2683. TFTC.
My turn to do a little safe cracking. Some jewels need returning to the vault. Yum, Topweight all the way laughing. Found the cool cache and signed the logslip in the thingy. TFTC
Hmmm Carrots, I'm not partial to cooked ones and prefer eating them raw; not that they help me see any better in the dark. A fresh new day seen me grabbing my vitamin ABC's on the hunt for the third of three Sapphires taken in the great jewel heist at the Museum having been briefed on the case by the detective and gathered the clues at the start of the investigation. An eclectic collection of keyrings attached to the cache holding the squeaky clean logslip was in hand after a wee reach and first to SL after the caches were recently maintained. A muggle ploughing his field responding with a noice wave, hmm nothing suspicious going on here. TFTC COH

Today we made a trip in and around Cromwell, thus visiting many sightseeing highlights. On this trip we searched, found and logged many caches, too. The weather was beautiful, sunny, very warm, no little bit cloudy, and only sometimes there was some wind.
Almost no muggels observed us as they had to drive their cars on the not too easy roads around here.
Thanks to central otago hilton for showing us this location and for the fun we had at Little vegetables - Carrot. The search we had here today didn't take too much time.
Greetings from Germany and hope to see you soon in the forest.

Many thanks to all the COs who helped make our geocaching holiday a great success
We left home early April and returned 21 May 2018. We toured from our home base up to a wedding in North Taranaki then carried on heading south right down through wellington and on down the west coast and back up via the eastern side of the alps some times going around in circles. Our aim was to get as many smiley faces on the puzzle caches that we had solved but of course stopping for many traditionals, multies and others as we went. some time we biked the bike trails or walked but mostly by campervan. we enjoyed the quite back country roads, many of them were metal but we just travelled along slowly going from cache to cache. Most caches were in good condition and I will remark if we thought it needs maintence etc.

We've been up for the weekend and were meeting a fellow cacher at 10 who had already done this series, so we de-iced the car, layered up and had the first cache in hand at a chilly 8am. Thanks for the cool series.
Up for a couple of days of caching staying in Cromwell. Loved every minute of it.

Yes! I think I might have left my training a bit late for rail trail tomorrow!!Thanks for the series Central Otago Hilton
From the big fruit yesterday to the little veges today. I woke early this morning so thought I may as well get out and about on the trail. I must've been eating my carrots because it was no trouble to see this one in the dark. Although I haven't seen one growing quite like that before. TFTC # 12,112
Last one from the vegetable series. This one was a quick find in the refreshing shade of a tree. TFTC central otago hilton!

Nice easy find for the first cache of the day. Think the vege series is going to be just as entertaining as the little fruit one yesterday
After doing many of the Little Fruit series, we got hooked on this one. So fun and cute. TFTC.
Another great series to follow along, once again great containers. Lots of cherries for sale as we traveled along.
Thanks for the placements on another set of roads I have never traveled.

Great day out caching in the area, lot of neat caches, and interesting spots. Many Thanks Bitsprayer
A quick park and grab while up here to clean up Cromwell's caches before Xmas as I want to try to get to 2000 before 2018. TFTC
Logged with GCDroid. With the end of the year looming I needed a good boost in cache finds to up my daily average. With my eyes on this series for quite sometime, today was the day to venture out and nail it. A great series, impressive hides and a creative theme and caches this was great fun. Most caches in good nick, few lids missing and the odd logbook full, thats all. Tftc RowenaD
Beautiful day for a picnic so we decided to gather some vegetables on the way. Didn't need a hint to carrot hunting. TYFTC
The (major road trip was about to begin) that was for the Oamaru Geofest trip in the company of HKCB and iammrwalker for a bit of a road trip across to the west coast, through Haast and in a roundabout way to Oamaru.
My trip stats were as follows: 617 caches (214 Puzzles), 3300kms, 500 litres of Petrol, 21 hours sleep, 100+hours caching time. THe weather was wonderful and apart from about a 6hour period on the sunday we had fine weather all the way and feel that we made a bit of a hole in the region.
Firstly thanks to all the CO's that put in the effort to to set up these caches and to all the CO's whose caches we did not find this trip, well we are already planning our next trip.
We worked hard at getting specific caches (especially the Geo Art around christchurch and hence our concentration on this area for the preliminary 24 hours. So after a couple of running repairs to the rental vehicle (fuses not working) we were off knowing that all ports could be charged and that sleep was for the weak.
Sorry about the copy and paste logs but that is what tends to happen with a number run of this size.
Well we made it to Cromwell by 11am so now its just to collect the fruit and vegitables along with a ouple of others before heading up to Bendigo.
