Logs
Mrs Woodyrothwell and I definitely need a bit of relaxation in our lives. We are definitely getting to that stage in life where we need calm hobbies like pruning a bonsai tree. There used to be a time we could drink all night and party all day. These days we cant even make it to midnight to see in a new year. Thank goodness for the old fogies fireworks at 9pm. I know they say they are for the kids but lets be honest with ourselves. There used to be a time we could survive on 2 hours of sleep and function like normal humans. These days there are timed events like bowel movements that dictate when we can sleep. If we dont get a solid eight hours of shut eye then we wouldnt look at of place at a Shrek convention, and we would even need a costume. This was our first find of the day and it was kid to see all the kids out playing in the park. The only kids here were two old ogres complaining about how tired they were. tftc
Scratched around for quite some time.. looking for either the new or old container.. found the ?remnants of "a" container.. Will come back another day to look again.
Thanks for your patience. This one was removed or not placed in its set hiding spot. This updated one has some juicy swaps for the kids.
I was over this way to have a look at the new tree climb that was just published nearby. As I was passing I saw this cache and thought why not grab it for my cache for the day. Then i had thougts of getting two others down the road, however they turned out to be DNF'sThanks for placing this cache here. It was an easy find and the hint was a big help, as I was looking skyward for a while there. I signed the log and returned the cache as found.
14 April 2024 4:49 pmCame out here to try and make for an easy find after a very long DNF earlier in the day.Found almost immediately by Miss 13....makes me wonder what in the world I was doing last time when I couldn't see it!TFTC
Indeed. Like a Bonsai! Easy hide to find unfortunately container has no lid. Currently everything was dry but if we continue to have this dry summer it wont be long before its a swamp container.Ta
Next finder might like to take a replacement container. We had none on us as we used them all yesterday. Lid is missing so log won't last.
I heeded out in the geo-car for a few caches today.Decided to hit a few along the way to visit my granddaughter for her 1st birthday.I found your cache, Like a Bonsai today. This is my 2594 find. What a beautiful park. Thanks for bringing me here. Quick find. Cache is missing its lid though.metacarpal74, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF

TFTC JENPETEH, The H,s , South Africans living in Tassie GeoCaching our way around Australia and loving it
Uber dope, took me a minute, thought I became dense. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
Found it after 2 minutes with Jerodanime. Found it at the bottom of the tree
Nothing in it. Just a dead spider. Note to next people who find it: lid is in the jar. 2/10. :/
Suspect muggle tampering. Found in the open lid torn off. Only a tiny piece of paper inside as a log.
The one day I have no maintenance kit with me! Put it back together as best I could and camouflaged with some vegetation.

After parking the car, I looked over towards the park, and knew immediately which tree to search. Great cache name! Once there, it was a nice quick find. Thanks metacarpal74
What a lovely shady park to have at your backyard. Cache found safe and dry although there is a hole in the lid. TFTC
Nice little find. Trinket left and trinket taken. There is a hole in the top of the container
Kids found this one in a minute. The log is still ok, but the lid of the container has a hole on it so it may get wet at the next big rain
Catching up with some unfounded with hatzofff, echocahe1, and imbunda.
Nice park!

First cache for the boys. Found after a few minutes searching. Not sure if the massive huntsman was part of the treasure
it was in a big root in a tree me and my little brother found it but forgot to bring a pen to write our names, thanks for the adventure
Doesn't look like a traditional geocache, almost picked it up and put it in the bin
Found it on the ground with no paper I put a scrap bit of paper in to sign and placed back in the roots. Needs a new log.
Good hiding spot. It was a bit complicated because it wasn’t in the correct area but we found it and put it back where we think it was before.
Finding the geo cash was a very fun experience. It challenged me to connect with others. I definitely recommend this for a fun activity on the holidays. It definitely took some tree climbing to find this one.
Found with team of three, I didn’t find it an acquaintance did, Elliot, the size is a bit of a misleader we thought it was trash the first time we saw it, needed a hint
