An early morning run and I was on the lookout for something crafty. It didn't take long before I had the colourful container in my hand.
A great day out with daughter and two dogs, not easy walking for an 81 year old, but a good day
Exploring a new area in the neighbourhood. Being in the right vertical as well as horizontal location made a difference. So many paths to choose from. TFTC
I foolishly tried to find the cache before GPS had settled, spent far too long searching in the wrong place
Checked again and it said I was 10 metres out, walked around the corner and the cache was soon in hand.
Love these crafty containers! What a great idea for a series!
Signed the log and replaced as found; TFTC!

Quick find after completion of the Adventure lab in the cemetery. It was becoming quite dark down here at GZ after 5pm
After a challenging week, I was really keen to get out for some fresh air, exercise, bush magic and cache therapy. After a quick scan of the map, I thought perhaps this patch of bushland behind the memorial park and the scattering of caches within it may tick the box. As I'm not particularly familiar with the area, I messaged Brewmaker for advice on the terrain and he offered to meet me here and join me for a walk and a chat which was very nice. It was wonderful to discover and explore some new bushland, despite some rainfall and a record number of leaches trying to make me their meal source!
Well there was certainly no mistaking the cache once uncovered! I dare say it is the most colourful cache I've found?! This is my second find in the series and judging by the linked list I've still got a few to go TFTC!

A nice walk down over the rocks to this cache, cache is all good
Today I headed south to Sutherland for a walk around to find some caches near the cemetery and get a new LGA before making my way back to the harbour for a nice afternoon at cockatoo island.
Thanks for the cache

The last cache on a little circuit bushwalk. Found in the logical spot and in good condition.

What a cracker of a GZ. Loved the pretty spot. The container was basic but served the purpose. I'm giving a FP based on the pretty area. This was Discobob3 and my last cache for the day after doing the Royal National Park line, 10000 steps, bashful and a couple of other miscellaneous caches. It was a good solid effort and by this time it was time for me to find a slurpee at a nearby 7-Eleven and head home for a shower! Little did I know that I would have picked up a huge leech 5 hours ago at bashful that was sucking my blood!

Last cache for the day for Jennyfromthefarm and I. What a lovely area, so peaceful and pretty. we found and signed pretty quick, and FP from me as really liked the area.
I’ve been here before with the geodog but spent more time worrying about her running off or rolling in gross things than actually searching. Came without her and found it in 5 mins. Tftc!
Nice rock formations. Came for the trackable (still logged as here) but has been taken. A bit disappointed with that. Love the cache area tho
Found on second attempt thanks to a very helpful geocacher and a very helpful second clue cords a bit off
No luck spent half an hour cords way off because were it says it is there no were to hide it
Interesting spot ... was glad to see the cache sign and indeed it turned out that this was the cache I was looking for before I moved along. Thanks for placing. I have a theory about caches like this, they exist alongside teenager drinking spots. Does the presence of a cache cause people to congregate unknowingly around it, or do we seek out similar spots for bush cache as kids find for their illicit drinking?
Regardless, an enjoyable spot to be in. Thanks for creating this guy.

TFTC kFEAR27 and myself. Great location and hiding place. Found a Gheko on the cache!
Bit of rock scrambling and looking here & there. Took us a while to find it. Lovely afternoon walk to gz, we enjoyed the flora and spotted deer tracks. Tnsl tftc Team MavEtJu
Found a cache nearby, figured it'd be silly of me not to walk over here and find this one too.
Cheers

We always enjoy caches hidden in the bush. A nice walk which we then continued around to another cache. Took the Geocoin. TFTC
Whilst collecting another one nearby thought I would grab this as well. Found pretty quickly TFTC
Tftc! Found with TealM. A top location after the nearby adventure lab. Left a geocoin
A good spot down behind the cemetery with quite a dramatic rockscape. Cache wasn't too hard to find once I got to GZ, especially with those bright colours standing out. I added a spare pen I had on me, since there was room. TFTC : )
Found it but didnt have a pen, and there is plent space for one too. A well. some other time then.
Great spot. Cache in good order.

In Sydney for a couple of days after some work, we came to this part of the city to visit family. We decided to take an early morning walk down to the river and along the way this was almost on our path. The bush in this area is beautiful with so many flannel flowers in blossom at the moment. Thanks for bringing us this way.

This was not where we had expected it to be and it was only after a bit of slipping and sliding down the hillside, we successfully homed in on this cache.
Last for the day on the way back to the car. Surprisingly, for the cache with the easiest difficulty/terrain rating of the day, this took us the longest to find. So many places it could have been. Eventually found it further down that we were originally looking, about 7m away from where the GPS wanted us. Spotted a tell-tale scratch up piece of camo which led us to the prize. Cute container. The colour has fallen off the lid, but the rest is holding up well. TFTC MavEtju.
Nice little cache, the coordinates were a bit jumpy so I ditched the gps and used my eyes and the cache was soon found tftc
Found it!! I’ve come here with my friends twice now and finally found the bloody thing haha
Took a while since there are a lot of great spots here. Shame we can't put a couple more here! Tftc
After making a quick find of the Side Tracked cache in Woronora Cemetery I had time to grab another before heading to Waterfall and the southern end of the Royal National Park for a bush walk.
I found the track entry point easily and began to follow the track. It got to a point where the track seemed to peter out or maybe it was just very hard to see after the back burning so I headed straight down the slope where the GPS was pointing.
Once near GZ I looked round the items mentioned in the hint rather than poke my hands everywhere like I usually do, just in case of slitherers.
The cache was a quick find.
Construction Paper - we used it where I used to work. Actually I think I still have some. Very good for craft stuff.
Now where is that track back to the geomobile?

With a plan of heading up to the GIFF night in Sutherland I decided to get away a bit earlier and grab some caches along the way.
After finding the nearby cemetry cache I dropped down intot he bush where this one was soon in hand.
Thanks

Found still in draft mode.
I had a great time today geocaching with ziggiau and Team MavEtJu after attending a dinosaur event. I needed a little emotional tank filling and this was a fantastic way to do it.
Writing this a month later, I recall the placing of dinosaurs in this area and now realise I didn't log any of the dinosaurs I found. haha. Oops. You can see how dZ has lost it's sheen to me now. Hopefully I can find it again.

OCW No_Tomorrow and the CO after an event in Bankstown. This series of caches are set well apart from each other so it’s taking some time to get around to them all. A very good piece of camo kept this colourful container well concealed. All in good condition, dropped in a TB. Thanks Team MavEtJu.
A familiar location! We did a bit of GCA maintenance whilst we were here. A quick find. TFTC!

Nice spot, quick detour here on the way to GC4KRA4. Left some temporary tattoos and signed the log book. tftc.
Got around to this one today while on a walk around the park.
Thanks for the cache. All is well, nice hide.

Back to the Shire this morning to grab a few caches to fill in some blanks in the Challenge Cache. This was the third of the morning and probably took me a lot longer than it should have. Not to worry I had the lovely valley to myself and the rock outcrops were something to behold. The home made cache was also something to behold. TFTC Team Mav EtJu.
A few in this series down now and a pleasant walk up from below and no trouble at GZ. TFTC!
I made this much more difficult that it should have been, as I usually do when the map shows the cache is just a little way off the trail. After leaving the trail in what I thought was the right direction and then going around in circles trying to figure out where I needed to head to get closer to the cache, I slowly narrowed in on GZ and eventually had CIH (after dropping a rock on my thumb - ouch). Like the decorating job.

Up from the Can visiting family in the Shire
After making the finds on a couple of others along the tracks, the geobro, goldfinger777 and I, decided to swing by this one on the way back to the car. Took a bit of navigating to choose the best way to GZ over/around the rocks and boulders, but once there it was an easy find of the creative container.
We were glad to get back to the car's a/c as it was very hot with about 95% humidity! Really made us huff and puff!
Thanks for the hide, Team MavEtJu

Pretty sure we found it, after a 1 hour hunt, as the location matched my GPS (only accurate to 10m radius) and more importantly matched the clue and nearby pictured gumtree. However, cache was a rectangular 1L Sistema container with "Geocache GA8867" on the lid and on the log. No sign of the fancy colourful paper container. Is this a replacement cache container? Fabulous hiding spot!
It's 12 noon and 30plus degrees, and i decide to get to this one from the river. Sooo many steps. Even geodog couldnt be bothered to go exploring. Now to head back to the river for a swim for both of us. Tftc

Having found my target cache (King Tide 2), I decided to grab a few more GC and GCA caches in this part of the world. I really enjoyed scrambling around and exploring the large rocks in this area. One of them even had a colourful surprise.
Thanks for placing Team MavEtJu

Cycled and pushed geobike *Kosci* to nearby jumpoff spot for me to hunt out the brightly coloured cache. A few minutes around the big cork to eventually move one that had too many fresh scratches...CIH. Many thanks to the CO ***Team MavEtju*** for establishing and maintaining this cache for the rest of us to visit this location and enjoy a bit of a hunt around.
#165 Have been here before and looked for some time, phone was all over the place, this time found within seconds, happens sometimes. Nice container and has stood up to the elements well. Now down to the river. TFTC Team MavEtJu
Quickly found by geo son who has had much experience with construction paper.
Thanks

Met up with phlphotos for a caching stint...and what a day of caching it turned out to be. TFTC
#1293 met up with alnic39 at the listed trailhead and headed to the cache. Took a bit of time for the GPSr to settle on GZ eventually Al said that looks like the clue just as I was closing in on on the same spot. I soon had the cache in hand. Signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for the puzzle teamMerlin
