Doh...a DNF for me here today....

Enjoyed the walk in while chasing another multi waypoint. The GPS clearly settled on a spot to search and search it throughly I did, but no cache was found. On reading the logs again I think I need to give this one another try with the coords suggested in the logs, and may need to be prepared for a creek crossing?

Thanks for the nice walk TeamMavEtJu. I’ll be back to avenge this DNF another day (and the DNF on the nearby multi....the shame....)

This is the second crafty container cache I've found and I managed to drop a rather large rock on my hand both times. I wonder if I should avoid other crafties to prevent further injury. Wink After finding this cache, continued along the path on the way to other caches. Beautiful area.

Next one on my list and another nice short enjoyable walk. GPSr had me going here and there but retracing my steps and going a bit further soon had me spying some telltale cache signs and the log was soon in hand. TFTC!

By the time I got here with Ms Atalanta, it was lunch time. However, we decided to find the cache first. My map did not show a creek, so the first decision was to decide which side to search. Of course, we chose the wrong one. However, having decided to look "over there" (we were getting crazy GPS results), we soon had cache in hand. TFTC.

3rd and final find for you on a rainy day bush walk. As per our standard we managed to leave the path and had to back track to regain the path. Once there a quick find was made. Tftc

Was standing there waiting for the gps to settle when I noticed the possible hide and hey presto CIH. Had to wait for a muggled looking straight down at me from his balcony to leave before retrieving. Beautiful tropical looking spot. TFTC.

I love the little bush areas Geocaching takes you, this could have been in the middle of no where, until one of the residence started his lawn mower..
Bouncing Coords had me in a few spots until I found it...

TFTC,

This is a good colourfull series that I am enjoying.

The log shows that I visited here on the 21.05.17 and left a trackable. I did a lot of caches that day and failed to log this one. Let's hope that someone grabbed the trackable that it says I left from me.

Visited a group of trackables.

I was shocked when we found our name in this log book, dated 21.5.17, can not understand how we missed logging it. Anyway signed it again and replaced. No wonder we knew where to look. Thanks to Team MavEtJu.

Had two cracks at this one today. This morning with the phone was not a success. The GPS was much more reliable and successful. TFTC

Entered from the other trail from Van Buren Circuit. Beautiful view out across the water and mangroves. When we got to GZ we searched everywhere in the vicinity for a good 30 mins before taking a break for lunch. I checked the previous logs and found Brewmaker's coords which turned out to be spot on.

Took a gem stone and a badge, left some Star Wars stickers, Scissors, tattoos and an eraser. TFTC.

Team MavEtJu I found your cache Crafty Containers - Paint on 23/7/17, 12:10 pm. This is my find #1867 and find #2 today. Searched a few likely spots but no find.
Read the previous logs and used brewmakers coords and found in a place away from where I was looking. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN

My now weary legs carried me down to this easy find.

Great spot for a cache.

It's been a long time since I came down this little path, and I loved it just as much today as before - one of my favourite types of cache is these little 'pocket adventures' as I call them - great little spots tucked away in areas you wouldn't necessarily expect. We might just have to agree to disagree on what constitutes a cave though Smile

Thanks for bringing me back to this very pretty little spot.

TFTC, have a favourite

22/4/17. 8:29 AM. Cache #4957.
4th of 7 finds - Miranda, Grays Point, Kareela, Bonnet Bay, Sutherland, Menai, Barden Ridge

Made my way across the Shire this morning in search of Crafty Containers and a tiny gnome as well.

I came here after getting "Game of Gnomes: Guanome" and instead of the suggested parking WP, used the short cul-de-sac across the road from the trailhead. Seems like the further west I was heading today, the longer the bushwalks to GZ were getting.

A few neighbourhood dogs going off about my presence from behind their fences, but I ignored them as I made my way towards the cache. Checking the hint, I tried a few likely spots but was getting nowhere. On reading past logs, it looked like Brew's coords would be the goods and I can confirm that they were much better! SL and took the TB to move along. Construction paper was next. TFTC.

Thanks for this new cache in the area. GZ coordinate off by a fair bit. Spent about 45mins looking under every nook and cranny being eaten alive by mozzies! Got there in the end. Pretty container

STF! I've lived walking distance from this my whole life and never realised what a beautiful jungle was hidden away here. I find brewmakers coords were very accurate. Here's a funky tree a saw along the way. Being aeroguard!! Great hide Smile

Another [FTF] for the series and my 3rd FTF for the day. The hardest one so far, mainly because it was dark, mozzies were about and coords seemed out by 8m from where GZ was. Spent 20 min looking in every possible cave in the dark (not a good idea really), even getting down and dirty for one. Don't try that one! Try S34 00.514 E151 03.274

Nice trail in. You can park near where the trail head starts along Washington Drive and not a few blocks away! As it was dark I couldn't really appreciate the artwork of the CO, but I'm sure it was of a high standard. TFTC. [8] [8]
